Large Walmart with ample amount of parking. There are vending machines right as you enter. There was a a subway on site. The isles were clean, well stocked. The line ups at cash were long but service was quick. The only thing which was odd was that Apple Pay either didn’t work or not accepted.Prices were reasonable

Seen 3 different staff members arguing wi6h customers. Quite the entertainment. Pretty well cleaned. Lot and inside. Produce tip top organization. Didn't see empty boxes anywhere. Mgrs seem argumentative too. Lol. Gotta love it. Waiting on them to exchange hands... lol. Love this Wally World.

This place is poorly managed. I have management experience with several airlines. This place can’t keep a bathroom clean. And today, not a single cart. Then after standing in line with my box, I was forced to another line. I asked for a cart but, nothing. Couldn’t buy another thing because I am a woman and cannot carry this big box and buy anything else and carry. I asked to speak to a manager, the associate went and got a different woman said she had to go to the bathroom. When I talked to this lady she was the rudest person saying she said that speaking to a manager wasn’t going to happen. Finally after telling her that she doesn’t need to be so rude, she says, what exactly do you need, you need a cart, you need a cart, you need a cart! I said that would be nice or someone to help me carry outside. She said that’s not going to happen, so then she runs off and gets the cart. The receipt shows the location and register but the girl at the register left as soon as I asked to speak to a manager and this lady shows up with the worst customer service EVER! I also have auditing experience and this would get a FAIL! Worst experience ever! I am a Walmart plus subscriber and this is terrible in store service!

Stopped in to get some JB Weld to repair our RV driver mirror that had been destroyed. As the repair was drying Walmart had the police ask us and other RVs to leave.Auto parts store would have been better.#AlwaysAvoidWalmart #ShopElseWhere

There is plenty of parking at this huge Walmart. There are wide aisles, and they offer a large variety of foods and goods. Their prices for canned, frozen foods and chocolates are below other stores! There are not a lot of workers to help, however the people that you can find, are extremely helpful! It’s not a pretty store, but it’s clean and offers so many fairly priced foods!!!!

I am writing to bring to your attention a rather disappointing experience we encountered at your store on February21, 2024, at approximately 7:30 pm.Our visit was centered around picking up an online order consisting of two navy blue curtains, each measuring 37"x84". Unfortunately,the events that unfolded during our time at the store were far from satisfactory. Initially, we had to endure a 30-minute wait before being attended to.To compound matters, when Britney, the person in charge, eventually presented the curtains, it became evident that they were not the items we had ordered. Instead of the navy blue curtains we anticipated, we were given white curtains measuring 37"x63". Naturally, we brought this discrepancy to Britney's attention, explaining that the color and size were incorrect.Regrettably, instead of proactively resolving the issue, Britney insisted that we accept the wrong items, asserting that there wasnothing she could do to rectify the mistake. Frustrated by this response, we proceeded to the front customer service area to seek assistance. It took about 25 more minutes of discussion and clarification to finally resolve the situation, the total wasted-time was about 55 minutes.This experience was not only time-consuming but also left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. We believe that customer service is pivotal in maintaining a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately Britney is providing a very poor customer service, our recent encounter fell short of expectations.I bring this matter to your attention with the hope that steps will be taken to address the lapse in service and prevent similarincidents from occurring in the future. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to a more seamlessexperience at your store in the future.

I used the grocery pickup and the experience was really great. Once you place your online order, choose your pickup time. When you get to the pickup area, check-in by letting them know your parking number. In no time the gentleman was coming out with the groceries. Pop my trunk and they do the rest. After this experience, I may never go into the store😁👍

I always have a great experience at Your Walmart Store. Plus my insurance UNITED HEALTH CARE gives me a U card to purchase products, which helps out tremendously. What a Blessing it is to have Help with Groceries and other products since prices are very high.

I came today to but a flea collar and some other items. I walkout without the flea collar. I waited 40 minutes for assistance. My husband and I spoke to different people including a teamleas name Jacky. My husband spoke to a manager. She told him to go to customer service . The line was long. I will never go to this wal.art again.

I am at the Walmart to purchase a video games website and hours are posted in the store they are refusing to sell a video games before 8am which is not in Walmart policy at all I wanted to buy one game in the manager on duty on 11/25 614am is refusing to come with the key to sell a game

I took 3 folders from a shelf showing 50 cents special and but I was charged 2.38 each . I went to CUSTOMER SERVICE and instead of adjusting the charge she refunded and I had to return the folders..This Walmart is taking advantage of people LYING about a price so you need to be careful and check your receipt.Thiis Is WRONG!!

Can someone explain to me why, in rush hour, Walmart in 441 opens up only 7 cashiers when they have 20 cashiers available?I am so tired with big companies like Walmart and Bank of America that keep discriminating their customers. In some neighborhoods, they put many employees to speed up their services; while in middle class and low income neighborhoods, they have very few employees. Because of that the waiting line is long and customers have to spend more time for a simple service.

Wow this store has really changed! For the worse! Young cashiers are rude, slow and disrespect ful! Long waiting times on line to pay for groceries. The meat section is disgusting! You can actually smell the rotting meat! So disappointed. It wasnt like this 2 years ago! Is it under new management? I usually try and write positive reviews but i am so dissatisfied!

The absolute worst shopping experience ever!!! Out of stock on many items everytime I shop.. the isles are clutered with food products on the floor.. Many times grocery carts are not available in the store and are not being collected from outside.. many of the employees have no interest in working or helping. I was at the deli counter on Friday April 5th at 4:30. There were 3 haitian women behind the counter doing nothing. Each looked at me, none acknowledged me and they were doing nothing. After a while I said are any of you working or just getting paid. It's disgusting to have people so unwilling to do anything. Finally, one got up and walked so slowly toward me and asked what I wanted. I told her thin sliced 1/2 lb Genoa salami. She took her digging through meat to find the salami then slowly walk over to the meat slicer. There was a loaf of ham sitting on the slicer for God knows how long, she removed it, bagged it and proceeded to cut a slice of salami. It was too thick, she asked if I want it shaved, I said no, just a little thinner. She wouldn't do it. I finally got the hint, these people are not sanitary and not customer friendly, maybe me being white had everything to do with it. Absolutely disgusting filthy atmosphere. Worse than a third world country!!!

Waiting in line by the electronics at 5:40pm 12/14/2023 and after the cashier was with one customer for 15 minutes when it was our turn she just decided that she wasn’t doing anymore transactions. How about letting us know WHILE YOU'RE STARING AT US ON LINE that this is the last one. It’s not that hard to COMMUNICATE. Therefore I put my items back, I will no longer shop here.Beware of horrible human beings.

I came here form working a 12 hour shift to get my son some medicine. The store says it closed at 11pm. I got here at 1043 and they won’t let you in. Lying that they close at 1030. Walmart corporate needs to do something about the workers here. They are lazy and useless

Security at the door only checks honest people with a shopping cart . I witnessed a man leaving with obvious bulge under his jacket with no receipt , he pointed to the man, the man laughed and walked out. I said so you let the thieves steal, but check the honest people ? He said he don't want to get beat up ? So what's the use of security , other then waste honest people's time. I'll never show my receipt again..

Donna in cosmetics is wonderful! I was looking for a shampoo product. Donna came up to me and asked me if I needed help. She helped me find what I needed. Donna is very personable, caring, and has a very sparking. Donna deserves great recognition for her excellent customer service. I like shopping walmart I usually order and pick up.becouse I only have my 30ft rv so one day I ordered $120.went great the next day had a smaller list of things I forgot ect..well walmart security decided to flag my account suspicious what ever they called it so not only can I not shop but they hold up the $100 for up to a week of my money. I wasn't happy the guy I was talking to in the help depth was realy trying but he han no power over the security. I ended up kooling myself down so John the guy helping me offered $25 for my inconvenience abd he was very amazed how I went from being mad to being understanding...thank you john..

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Walmart. I understand that it’s a busy store but it’s an absolute shame to wait 45 mins for “Pilar” to come to the jewelry counter. I heard her being paged on the on their walkie talkie. I heard her respond to the page. I heard the man tell Pilar that we were waiting at the counter. I heard him tell her she needed the key for the counter. After 45 minutes waiting there guess who comes strolling down the aisle without a care in the world. PILAR. Guess what Pilar doesn’t have? The freaking key to the counter. Then she goes on to add she has to find the person who has the key. After another 5 mins. Slow strolling Pilar shows up but can’t answer any freaking questions about the jewelry counter. LIKE WHAT???? I’ve waited patiently for this women just to tell me “ I don’t know what we have I just open the counter and show you what you want to see.” She had the worst customer service experience I’ve came across in a long time. I work in customer service and I get it you work at Walmart but you applied to that job. You did the interview and you mostly likely lied when you said you enjoy working in customer service. However all that is not my fault. Pilar you’re a horrible representation of Walmart and customer service. By the way I don’t know Pilar’s last name but I was in Walmart on 4/4 at 8:17 pm. So if your looking for help around that time do yourself a favor and don’t ask Pilar for anything.

Pick up service on 02.15.24 the worst, 40 minutes waiting for pack with 3 items. Even after a phone call, it took 20 minutes to bring it. Looks like shift manager Britney "knows how to organize work there"

unfortunately this is my closest walmart, the service here is very slow and it seems as if you are an inconvenience to them. i had asked about three employees to help me in the electrical section, or to find the person who is supposed to be working that section to come and assist me. i got more help from the sweet girl who works for at&t, than the people who work at this location. i am not a person who writes reviews at all, but this is just beyond ridiculous. i have been waiting since about 6:04 for assistance and i am currently typing this at 6:30, and still no one is here to help me or the other two people who need their assistance. i even tried calling the store twice to try and get a hold of someone to help us, guess what, the phones don’t go through to anyone. the other employees are all moving boxes around, the same one i asked to get the person who works in electrical as passed me twice, saying “i told him to come.” yet i haven’t seen not one person come and try to assist me as i sit in front of the register, waiting. i have frozen food that’s now thawing out because i cannot get the assistance i need from these workers, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Just wanted to comment on an associate who should really be recognized for going above and beyond her job duties. Remy is so helpful! Several times, I have gone to Walmart and asked an associate for an item I am unable to find. I am always told by associates something like, "I don't know", "If you don't see it, it's not there", or "I'm not on the clock." Then, Remy comes walking up smiling, tells me exactly where the item is, tells me if it's low in stock before we even get to the item, walks me over to the item, hands me the item, smiles, and tells me to have a nice day. Sometimes, she's not even on the clock yet. It's obvious she loves her job and helping people. I only wish more associates were like Remy. She's usually over in the pharmacy area.

What can I say.... I really appreciate the app and the curbside pickup. This time I had three small issues:The curbside pickup time was 30 minutes, (in the past it had been maximum 10 minutes) and i received a text with the suggested substitutions at the same time as the text with the confirmation that the order was ready for pickup. There was no time allowed to confirm or reject the changes. The customer service helped me to resolve this.The grapes looked like someone had eaten part if it .... (see pictures)EACH item was individually bagged... every single item had its own bag, which i find like a wasting of money for them, and a useless pollution. Maybe some customers ask to bag each idem they buy individually?!Other than that everything else was fine. Thank you for the great service! 👍

Gargantuan! 40 varieties of drinks I never knew existed ( and don't need to know). Quite the extreme variety of everything. I got tired after 15 miles in the store ( ok I'm exaggerating). It's like a city block long. Did I say it's big?
