The store manager is amazing I never in my life seen a Walmart so clean and organize. All the vegetables looked fresh and organize. All the employees were also very friendly. Amazing leadership it felt like I was shopping at Publix!!!

Avoid at all costs. They fired all their cashier personnel. It's fully self service only. The "new" registers They installed do not read chip cards and not contactless cards. We wasted 2 hours shopping and then half an hour trying to cash out, unsuccessfully. If they tell you that they install new machines don't believe them. These are the old model who just don't work. The worst customer service ever. After 3 employees and the manager herself trying to help us check out we gave up, left our shopping cart in the store and left empty handed. Never again Walmart neighborhood store in Cooper city. Very disappointing.

Love going to this location never alot of people lines move quick and it's very easy to find what your looking for. If your having trouble finding something the staff there is very helpful.

Update now the line to check out goes all the way to one end of the store and all the way to the back of the store been waiting for 30min now these people are a joke.Stay away they refuse to help you i needed water and they said to bad theres nobody here to help, Update ever since this store got rid of all there cashiers and started making people scan and bag there own groceries it takes for ever to get out of this store, I've waited 30 mins just to get to a register, they got rid of the cashiers so they won't have pay as many people a real shame

I am not big on leaving reviews but when you deal with a place that really deservez it people should know. A while back I left CVS and started using this walmart pharmacy and I coukd not be happier fhe service and professionalizm not to mention the quality and timeliness of the refill s they are absolutly amazi ng. Van and Will are absolutely incredible.They are kind , knowledgeable, trustworthy, and overall make the experience of your pharmacy incredible.As a health care provider I have immense appreciation for those fellow providers who are compassionate and put in 100% of there efforts into helping Patients. This store is a wasteland. Most fruits and vegetables are rotten every time I come here. Today I saw an employee stacking shelves with strawberries which were dark and had mold on them.

It's definitely a low, really low ladder quality rung on quality all aspects. They literally in my 2 out of 3 visits in 3 years state no speak English on my first visit (creole), and today I get told we are cuban. These two experiences, as, I am at deli counter, requesting, beef bologna that is not available and then I ask for ham and same response. What is up with this.... Bread is stale, REALLY!!! In addition, this location does NOT and did appear when I used Maps app. Shame shame on me not going with my gut and personal instincts. Shame on you for this location with your business name. I am flabbergastedly galled at the realizations of an established business name acceptance of such anything and everything you have accepted. Ps. I put, rated one star only because I am taking into consideration can food, like in the event of an Apocalypse. Yes, thumbs down. A do not 🚫 stop and go up or down to another anything is better location. Sorry. Quite the jaw dropper.

Very disappointed, I been going here for a few months and it saddens me that today i had to experience OP # 000038, who clearly does not know the meaning of customer service and needs to find a different field of work.. she definitely makes me not want to go back there.. sad. I rather drive twenty minutes to a different Walmart.

Absolutely worst customer service Walmarts in general already have trash customer service but this location is top tier trash… no one ever wants to assist they hella rude for absolutely no reason. I went in today to pick up a few things as normal and to return some gerber baby food that made my 5 month old baby girl swell up and had an allergic reaction. I attempted previously to return it and the employee Leandra was rude and stated it’s not open so I was super surprised as I always shop at this location because it’s close to home. So today it was open so i got to the front of the line and was asked what I needed I explained I needed to return some baby food that was gifted to me leandra stated do you have the receipt I stated no I don’t being that it was gifted to me she replied there’s nothing I can do for you you need a receipt I stated I’ve never had to have a receipt I’ve always used my ID to return things she just blank stared at me and said well there nothing I can do I asked for a manager and she said I am the manager with a nasty attitude so I then said no who’s you manager the person that hired you that can also fire you she said my manager is in the back so I asked her to get her she gets the manager named Krystal who was not in the back she was in the produce section because I previously shopped before attempting to return the baby food and I actually asked Krystal a question and she helped me so no she wasn’t in the back on break she was actually stocking the bananas in the produce section. Leandra is a liar Krystal assisted me even tho I didn’t have a receipt she returned the baby food and gave me a gift card with the balance of the baby food on it. She was a please thanks for you excellent customer service Krystal Leandra needs to be In the back talking to boxes since she acts like she doesn’t know how to talk to customer she needs to be retrained and definitely doesn’t need to be a manager because the same thing she said couldn’t be done was done by her manager Krystal. Customer service is everything thanks again Krystal for you help Leandra next time you don’t wanna come to work I’m sure Walmart has a call out option use it.

Let's see. No cashiers so you check yourself out and bag it yourself. Have yet to speak with one employee who seemed to have any idea of what and why is in the store. When I pay, what exactly am I paying for? Stocking the shelves? Seems like everything should be much cheaper if I'm the one doing all the work. Or at least on salary.

In the paper goods isle on the corner display was a pack of paper plates with the price listed at the top $1.32. When I rang them up it came up as $4.56. I spoke to a girl that assist the registers she went to check the price. She came back and said it was a mistake. I told her the price clearly said $1.32. She said I would have to speak to a manager so she went to get one. As I waited and waited and waited as she returned with a smirk on her face and all the other employees looking at me no one spoke to me again to let me know what was going on. Finally I went back to take a picture of the display and instead of a manager coming to speak to me they changed the price at the top of the display to the price it rang up as. They just had me waiting and no manager in sight to speak to. Very rude.

The only reason I came here was because it was an easy self checkout, extremely short wait times to get to one. But of course they had to make the experience worse for everyone. Oh and they still don’t take Apple Pay. Sad!

The BEST Walmart Neighborhood Market in SoFlo. The staff was extremely friendly and the shelves were fully stocked. Awesome experience every time. If you can't find an item one of the employees will go above and beyond to assist you finding what you need or want. Great experiences each and EVERY visit.

Waited over an hour for my curbside pickup order. Called several times and they said they were coming (a few times they didn’t even answer the phone) told me to go to the front of the building and still never came.

The store's new self checkout crew is not good. There is a older man with grey hair who is new, he spends most of his time out front talking to other workers and is never around to do a price over ride if needed.This caused me a issue as another worker did a over ride on a bottle of wine when he was outside, and then as I am paying, I get a weird feeling and I look over my shoulder and it's him watching me pay which was creepy - then he insisted on seeing my receipt to prove I bought the wine and this is as I just pulled the receipt from the machine....I told him no and that you just watched me pay, why would you need to verify it? If he insisted then I would have demanded a manager rather than be shaken down by him. If he is unsure of over rides then you know what, stay in the self check out area as it's your job, this store doesn't even have cashiers so I'm not putting up with that and I hope others don't either.

The online order and pickup is awesome! I've never had an issue with the items selected and they have had 100% accuracy on my orders. The staff is courteous and works quickly to get your order to you and loaded in your car. I love coming here.

So I have always loved coming here to do my groceries. The store has been remodeled and they got rid off all cashier lanes to self checkout. First of all, I do a weekly very large groceries. If I come to thestore is not for me to do a 50-100 items of self checkout. Checkout is for quick items, 20 or less. If I wanted to checkout my items then I might as well quit my job and become a cashier. But I guess I’m expected to do all the work for free. And don’t get me started with the shopping bags getting stuck to each other and unable to get a bag opened!! 😡😡😡
