I found this place through recommendations from neighbors, and I have to say it was a great find. Alejandro's service was excellent, very attentive to what I needed for my puppy. My dog Rocky was super happy, and the grooming work and details were impeccable. Highly recommended.

Wow, this was a great find as new Hollywood residents. Not only is it perfectly located and easily accessible, my dogs have never been happier leaving the groomer! Very dissatisfied with the service received from Janine and her husband. First of all the place smells, however that is not the biggest problem. Not only have my dog gotten the worst styling I have yet to experience, but it got cut!!! Moreover, the groomer failed to let me know that when I picked him up. I had to discover it on my own on the way home. Please, be aware your beloved pet might get hurt here!

Best groomer in Hollywood!!!!!Fast, friendly and reasonably priced!!Dropped my 2 dogs off at 10am and they were ready by 12!Dogs were super happy when I picked them up . Was told by a different grooomer that one of the dogs wouldn't allow them to cut their nails. Alex let my dog play /be distracted so he didn't even notice his nails were being trimmed!!!!! This is the only place I will be taking my dogs in the future. ♥️.

Simply the best! I am a professional dog trainer and I only take my clients dogs here as well as my personal dogs. In fact clients notice if I take the dogs somewhere else and request I only take the dogs to them. I've been using them since they open 7 years ago and they've always done a fantastic job. They are professional and very skilled. When no one has been able to groom a difficult dog I send them to Alex. He has a way with the dogs and I've also been allowed in the back many times to help with a difficult dog if needed. They have gone out of their way on many occasions with additional grooming and not even charged me for it. The place is also cage free and they take excellent care of your pet. If your looking for awesome grooming and a fun place for your dog this is it! Oh and the fact that Janin is a certified vet tech is also a plus.!

I brought my Siberian Husky Koda for his first time and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I’m being 100% honest! Koda was very well bathed, he had a great time, they groomers there work hard, well, and they try their very best to get your pet back to as soon as possible! Even talking to the owners was a great experience! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, they really know their stuff and you can tell they love what they do and they love dogs! They were great, if I could give 10 stars I would. Recommend this place 100%. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a set appointment. We were told that our rescue dog would be well protected as she had been around horrible people and viscous animals. Walked up to a locked door. A very angry and unkind man opened the door in a very confrontational manner. Many loose dogs running around. Exactly the opposite of what we were told. We asked the angry man if our dog would be isolated, due to the abuse she had suffered, and he said that they do not do that. They lied and were so unkind to us. Our first and last appointment I assure you. What a horrible man and horrible experience and an utter waste of our time. To schedule with a company you want to trust, to load up the car, to drive over, only to be met with an ugly acting human being. Shame on you ANGRY MAN. We hope this will save someone the hassle and harm.

Our dog loves this place! We love the cageless grooming, it’s such a fun day for our dog. The grooming is perfection - the owners definitely know what they are doing. We drive 25 min for this groomer and don’t question that decision at all. Highly recommend!

We have been taking all our small dogs to Ultimate Groomers for more than 8 years and we have been 100% satisfied every time! This spa is truly a neighborhood treasure. The owners, Jeanine and Alex are gentle, caring and competent; they aIm to please and never miss the mark. They manage to keep prices amazingly reasonable even during these difficult times. Definitely worth a try, you won’t be disappointed and you fur-baby will look mahvelous dahling.

We bring our chow named Tofu here. Tofu is a little weary of new people and can be aggressive to people he doesn’t trust. If my dog trusts this place then I do too. I’ve never been able to bring him to the groomers so I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else. Alex and Jeanine are the best around. We are moving but I will still be making the drive every 2 weeks to have him groomed and bathed here. I give 5 stars, 10 if I could!

I called late at night after the shop was closed to see if I could get an appointment for one of my several poodles. First thing in the morning I received a call saying, 'bring them all!"We were greeted with friendly service, intake done, and my boyfriend and I spent the day 'childless' for a change.The dogs were ready quite late in the evening, as 2 folks had cancelled yet showed up later on. The groomer accommodated them, and my pups and a gang more. All my pups were beautiful, happy, relaxed and exhausted. They were groomed to PERFECTION!!Thanks to Janine & Alex for a fantastic experience. The kids will be back in a few weeks to do it all again!

I can't even begin to describe the great experience I had on my 1st visit to Ultimate Pet Grooming.! Bailey, my Cavachon & I were greeted by Janine at the front door. She then locked the door which was a wonderful sign to me that Bailey would always be safe. The surroundings were contemporary, pristine and very inviting. I felt like my dog was going to my Aveda hair salon. I met with her husband & groomer, Alex who was as nice as Janine. We went over how I wanted Bailey to look. Remember to bring a picture on your first visit. I forgot. I wanted a puppy cut. We talked about the length and he was very thorough as he explained how he was going to cut him.Then Janine opened the sliding doors to the "Play Room". Bailey went sniffing around and wagging his tail as there was another small dog waiting to be cut. He kept looking at Mommy and I knew I had to leave. Once in my car, I could still see him through the big front window. After about 5 minutes, I took a huge breath and drove away knowing I had found groomers that I could totally trust.Janine called to say Bailey was ready and back I came. He was so glad to see Mommy. His face was not exactly what I wanted so Alex took him back & forth 3 times until I was totally satisfied. You could not find a nicer couple, a cleaner grooming salon and owners that just want to please you and your dog!Thank you so much Janine & Alex! We will see you soon.

Amazing service, Janine and her husband always goes above and beyond the expected, we take our doggies Woody & Margarita, there all the time, recently moved to FL and having to find a groomer that we could trust in taking care of our babies is not easy but we are so happy to have found them. I volunteered here for about a month or so. My passion & dream is working with animals. What I have observed at this facility was absolutely horrific! There is an employee who has been there for about 3 dogs who has NO regard for your pet. She will pick dogs up by the ears, neck, legs, etc. when drying them. I can't tell you how many times I've almost caught a dog from nearly slipping off the table. I had a REALLY bad allergic reaction from the toxic chemicals that Alex and Jeanine use at the facility, and I stopped volunteering because of the hazardous workplace environment. The back room where the bathing and blow-drying occurs is EXTREMELY hazardous to the health of both humans and animals. You cannot begin to imagine the way animals are handled there. There are exposed pipes everywhere, old dog fur rotting away, and it's just so unsanitary. I had to see a dermatologist (and pay over $800) because the allergic reaction I had to the toxic chemicals they use got so bad. My arms and hands literally started to bleed and swell after about a week of being there, exposing my skin to such chemicals. I have NEVER experienced or observed dog grooming the way it's done at Ultimate Pet. I have had first-hand, front-row viewing of what actually occurs in the back room where pets are taken and it's just deplorable!! You [and your pet] are honestly better off going to a more reputable, eatablished company like Petco or PetsMart for your dog's grooming needs.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. They will take care of your pet like a baby. Pet is happy / not stressed, haircut is perfect, attitude is awesome AND the pricing is favorable. What else can you possibly ask for?! All these Petcos and PetSmarts are "meat grinders" compared to UPG&Spa. This is the ultimate experience for your pet. A+++
