Publix is a good choice for grocery shopping. Always well stocked and clean.Their reputation for having good customer service is outstanding. But that’s not always the case at this location. I don’t get the usual “good mornings” here. 🤷🏾‍♀️

It's an okay market if you're shopping for the essentials, but there is no self checkout, which is a major minus. You won't find a gourmet section, and like most Publix, the deli section is filthy. If you're looking for a hot meal, they have them, but eat at your own risk. Parking is a nightmare, and if you park on the street, you have to pay. If you live in the neighborhood, it's okay because you can walk there.

Great staff, great store. It’s always clean and organized. Every time I need help,they’re always willing to help. The fruits and veggies are always fresh and the sandwiches are really good.

A trip to this Publix can either be very quick or very long. It really just comes down to what time you choose to go. Usually when it takes long to get in and out, it is because it is rush hour. I never have had a problem here besides the times it is packed and I am in a rush.

I'm staying at The Circ Hotel so this location is very convenient for me to grab a snack or a fresh sandwich. My interaction with staff at the deli, cashier and even the gentleman who gave out samples of wine were positive and pleasant.

I’m a frequent flyer here and by frequent I literally mean I’m in here everyday. Pass by it every morning and sometimes in the evening on my way home. The deli in this place needs major help. What’s the point of placing online orders if customers don’t have access to grab them? Reason I place them is because I’m short on time so I don’t have time to wait around for the poor single employee to deal with the customers at the deli AND have to deliver the online orders. I understand that there might be theft that happens when online orders are placed for the public to see and grab but there’s gotta be a better solution to this issue. Such as, having a dedicated zone for customers to ask an employee for the order and not by creating chaos at the deli when there’s one person working.

PURE GHETTO. This Publix location has the most unhelpful, rude and nasty employees of all the Publix stores that I have visited. The way they speak and treat the customers show how ghetto they truly are. And to think of the fact that Publix touts that they offer "premier customer service" is a complete joke in itself. "Mr. Jenkins" who was the founder of Publix must be rolling in his grave from pure embarrassment because of this store. My suggestion to this Publix location is the following: I don't know what ghetto neighborhood it was that you guys held your job fair to staff this store but don't go back there. The damage is already done.

My parents came here to shop and paid at the register. Susan, the register lady, accused them of not paying, bringing a security outside the store. However, my parents showed the receipt that Susan herself had given them. Accusing someone of not paying after providing the receipt to them is not right. Train your employees better. Susan's behavior was disrespectful to them coming out angry, either train her more properly or consider termination. Accusing my parents while coming out angrily with a security when she handed them the receipt herself is unacceptable, Susan. She scared my parents by coming out angry yelling at my parents with the security. My father is sick he should not have been stressed out by an employee who doesn't know what she's doing. 03/04/2024 at 21:52 this was night time

This store has about the RUDEST employees of any Publix I've gone to. In many other Publix you are greeted with a hello ( good morning etc ) asked if you found everything you need , and than a thank you, or a you're welcome . THIS STORE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST , I BLAME MANAGEMENT ! Train these people !!! Do your job !! I'm a life long resident of the Lakes neighborhood an believe me I'm not the only resident that feels this way. Quite frankly this Publix is a disgrace !

Hi. I came to this Publix for Fried chicken in the deli area. 3pm in the afternoon. There was no chicken available. I asked the manager can they bring more out. The manager said 15 mins so I waited. 20 mins go by. He then tell me that they don’t have any more chicken left. And was very nonchalant about the inconvenience and time wasted. POOR service. Very dissatisfying experience

They have good products, but no staff, even when they are busy. I have walked away several times because it is so slow. Milam's in Sunny Isles know how to run a deli. Milam's is always well staffed.

I know they call are called subs down in FL, but the way they made my sandwich tasted just like a Philly hoagie with half the cost, $7.00. Everything was fresh and on point.

Large Publix, good selection, helpful staff, and they didn’t mind me shopping with my dog.Went for the first time on Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and it was very busy.Good organic and plant based options, but if I’m gonna pay those kind of retail rates, I’d rather shop at Wholefoods. Can’t believe some of our favorite brands were more expensive here than in Wholefoods.This Publix is conveniently located to our airbnb though, and we’ll probably go here a lot. Parking is limited, store is a bit messy (food scraps on the floor). Lots of registers were open and check out moved fast.

So there was that one time my ice cream was already opened . Brought it back they made it right. Then there was that one time I didn't get all my groceries. They watched the video. They made that right. Love the people that work here. No matter what there's always a smile. The store is clean and well kept. Great store

I went in to buy food. For some reason it takes 4 different employees from different departments and 20 minutes just for a Supervisor to screw up what I asked for. As I'm walking to the register another supervisor has been following me and actually started running because of my six dollars of food he must have thought I was trying to steal. I called him a clown to his face. South Florida is full of ignorant people who don't know how to do the job that is prescribed but can make customers for over 3 years feel like a petty thief that steals a half pound of pulled pork. The criminals are the illegal immigrants that they employ.

This Publix is crazy. You park in a 3-story garage and take an elevator to the store. The associates have to collect carts from all 3 floors? Wild.

The selection is awesome! The store is clean and organized well! Yet the staff has become quite neglectful to customer service minus the actual Customer Service booth.I have not heard so many times that's not my department! Go ask her/him! Etc.Being a former grocery employee I'm empathetic but disappointed!Better service at Sheridan, Park Road, etc.

Went to Publix tonight 2/13:24 to pick up my medication i pick up some miix fired chicken from the deli when I got home to sat down to dinner I took one piece of chicken I noise that the chicken wasn’t cook enough time the chicken was hard I didn’t go back because I live Miami and I work in Hollywood so the Publix on young circle was closer to my job I will never buy any thing from this deli at Publix tomorrow am letting the deli manager know when I go to work in Hollywood
