We love Petsmart, Hollywood! I only come here to have Jerrica groom my baby, a Cavalier King Charles. She's the best and super sweet and makes me always feel comfortable. I live in Miami Beach, and have plenty of groomers near us, but we drive the 40 minutes to see her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I decided to go to PetSmart because they recommended it to me, and I decided to put it in the hands of supposedly professionals to do a complete treatment on my dogs, they left them unrecognizable, without a cutting style, they did not clean their ears, nor cut their nails, In the end I paid $186 dollars, and thank God the girl was wrong and gave me a coupon for $20 dollars for each dog, in total she gave me $40 discount, I say she was wrong, because the cashier called her when I paid and He told him that he could not give 2 coupons per transaction. They should be honest and more responsible and say I can't cut a goldendoodle. Instead of making a complete mess for my babies, my dogs were crying on the way home! My 8 year old daughter told me, "Mommy, I feel that they were not treated well." Even she felt what my dogs were going through.One more thing, my appointment was at 7 am, I arrived at 6:55 am and the person who opened the door told me, she's not here, she's at Starbucks, she's 10 minutes late, and I didn't receive a single apology,I attach my before and after photos.

I love this location, everyone is always so kind. It's my daughter's favorite place ! Always a cool friendly dog there. We found the cutest costumes for our guinea pigs!

Food is two years expired. I get mistakes happen, but it would be a different story if my cats became sick. Plus the cashier acted as though he could care less. Customer service is horrible because of him at this location. Also brought the food back in a reusable bag because I don’t use plastic, so telling me I should of used another bag was rude and unnecessary. Clearly we could tell he was itching to get off the register as he walked in front of my wife instead of letting her leave. Cashier number is 639207 so when you have the same experience they believe you.Updated 10/14Haven’t had any issues the sale have been good and the customer service from the usual faces has been great. Haven’t seen the cashier that gave in issue before so that’s a major improvement.

The staff here is fantastic. I needed to get another bird carrier as my cockatiels were being grumpy and they had another one but it was slightly damaged and worn but they accomodated à discount which worked out nicely as I was in need of à carrier asap. Thanks

The staff is friendly. The grooming staff was phenomenal. I have a 90ish lbs dog and they filled his nails!! So far no one including vet offices have been able to file his nails, only clip them. With lots of love and affection, Luke was able to relax so they could file his nails!! I still can’t believe it. Highly recommend!!

We went to this store for cat food for our new Maine coon kitty. I walked pass looking for some fish and saw these amazing koi’s for $7.99 each, that’s when Katrina came up and asked if you need any help, amazing customer service and great prices. Go Katrina ! Thank you.Second trip on 12/20/2019.Great customer service ,Marcy helped us . I love this store.

Absolutely Disgusting! I went there to get things for my Beta’s tank. Of course, I had to take a peek at the Betas. To my surprise and disappointment, this was the condition they were living in. It was molded and they looked so sad. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was aware and they are changing the water today because she NOTICED YESTERDAY that the water was green. I bought nothing from this establishment, I took my business elsewhere, and I recommend any animal lover to do the same. Shame on this establishment for the ill treatment their animals are forced to endure.

I have taken the beginner & intermediate Dog classes with instructor Gabriella Walleisa & it is a positive experience for Pup & Me. Gabby is knowledgeable, kind, patient, flexible & loving to the owners/pets. I'm always welcomed by the staff at Pet Smart, Gabby always returns phone calls, she is encouraging & flexible. For Gabby it's about success for pup & owner. Gabby is willing to go the extra mile whenever I'm not sure about a new lesson. She will demonstrate it & observe me perform it as well.

Grooming.I came here to get my dog groomed for the first time by Jerrica and she did an amazing job!! Not only was she super nice, but the staff was really welcoming as well. Jerrica took magnificent care of my dog and did wonders. My dog looks so handsome. 11/10 would recommend!!

Top drawer! Wonderful staff, clean environment, prices tough to beat and great little clearance area! I highly recommend this store and bring your critter with you! Pet friendly and it's really the only way to get the toy that your dog truly wants!

This petsmart sometimes has great deals on dog food, you just have to come occasionally and check the back where the cat adoption is.I was able to get three small bags of dog food for about 15-20 dollars for my little guy.The staff is friendly and always my go to for last minute dog food if needed.

Wish I could give them 10 starsI absolutely love petsmart and their amazing employees have always been the cream of the crop as they say but today I have fallen absolutely head over heals for these beautiful souls A doggy was hit by a car out in the parking lot and they sent someone right out to make sure the baby was OK and even offered the gentleman help from their store ❤️ luckly cici the doggy was ok what an exceptional group of ppl I didn't get the young lady name but bless her and all of you for caring I can't say enough good things your all wonderful

I am starting off my first fish tank for my 2 sons. I visited 3 other pet stores today, looking for fish. No one helped me until I visited the PetSmart location in Oakwood Plaza, in Hollywood, Florida. An employee by the name of Jerrica greeted us and explained EVERYTHING, in depth, about starter tanks. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell by her enthusiasm, how much she enjoys her job. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our tank. I was completely satisfied with the visit. Hire more Jerricas!!
