I never rate a negative experience at an establishment, I usually give them a chance. I made a purchase online and they deducted my money, I even had to show my passport for them to deliver my order. I didn't feel safe. They demanded to see my card, I didn't want to show it since they wanted to see my CVV, I don't recommend this store. I loved the service they had at Sunrise. But in this Hollywood stay away, they will treat you like a criminal!!!

I don’t recommend coming here. First the phone seems off the hook, if someone just answered I wouldn’t. Have had to drive all the way down here to ask if they would take a fish surrender of a perfectly healthy clown pletco. The supervisor seems to have an attitude. Also wanted to buy some fish, however doesn’t seem like anyone is actually working in fish and they would all just rather stay in the office and talk, they also had a lot of dead fish. I used to get all my fish from them but I will no longer be coming back here.

Tried returning didn't have the receipt, went back a month later because I was sick with bronchitis, no receipt. Went back later with receipt the current manager decided not to do anything- quoted policy regardless of previous promises. Cashiers were sweet, manager was snotty and didn't care nor listened to what happened. Rude and unprofessional.

Good Store. For shopping ONLY DO NOT use Grooming. THEY GROOM too many dogs in a day with limited staff. Witnessed dogs left unattended in dangerous conditions. Very uncomfortable that I left my dogs there. I will never take them there again. I went there asked questions prior everything I asked was not accurate. Just a warning ⚠️

Great location with a lot of parking. The store is very well stocked, organized and clean. Selection for different products / brands and such is ok. The staff was very polite, professional and available so if you need help or have questions they're right there.

Hello I wasn't happy with the grooming with the store I really love sorry for the delay in writing this review in April my dog Henry was there for grooming and when they call me to come pick him up he ready so when I arrive the young girl approached me and say that there were accident with his eye but she kept telling me but he fine but he fine when she was grooming he was bouncing around and she cut his eye he almost lost his eye I took him to the vet and say it was the inside the eye lid the doctor say it was very close to the cornea he could of gone blind the doctor also say his eye lid will never be the same again the grooming did pay the vet bill but very upset with the grooming never will go there again they should be very careful especially with a bouncing dog

I always find what I need at this pet supplies. The store is very organized and kept meticulously clean. The staff is very friendly, courteous, professional and ALWAYS willing to help without hesitation.I love coming to this store for all my pets needs.At one point I have visited other -near by- pet store as it is convenient (in terms of timing this other store opens ar 0700am and also when I come back home from work is right off my exit on the expressway, ANYHOW, the treatment received was not amicable, prices for pet grooming and other services are ridiculously high. It's simply not my store.I'm sticking to Pet Supplies Plus, every visit is special, I never go wrong when coming here. I'm a very happy customer!

Small pet supply shop with great variety of specialty doggy treats, outfits etc, but not a great variety of pets for purchase. But they do have many ferrets, the funnest greatest pet on earth.

All the staff at this store are just great people, from managers to store assists, everybody are son kind and willing to help you find what is best for your pet. Also here you will find a great variety of brands and products, all pretty good quality. I love this store because you can find brands a products that non one else have it. Some times you can find cats and ferrets for adoption at this location, all are so beautiful and well maintenance, not bad odor, etc.Also they have fish, lizards, torts, etc. Go and visit this store you will find amazing products and brands.

Very nice pet supply store, with a huge selection of dry pet food but they could use more of a selection of canned dog food. Friendly, helpful staff, good prices as well as great mailed coupons.

Annoyed that the manager literally took his time from being on his cell phone to attend me after the cashier told him she made a mistake when she charged me and had to keep telling him that I was waiting in line.Cashier was nice and friendly!

Pet Supplies Plus Hollywood location has a good variety of foods, toys and supplies for pet needs. Prices are reasonable as we shop there often. If there is something you want and they are out of stock, they will gladly order so it is included on their next supplier shipment.

I have been coming to this store since it opened. The store has supplied me with fish, food, aquariums, and filter products. They are always stocked with pet food and supplies. The staff and manager are hospitable and if I have questions or concerns regarding my pets they help suggest what is good for them. I leave the store every time a satisfied customer.

Now, this is my favorite pet-supply and groomer place in Hollywood, FL! Great selection of food items on my list (dog and cat), cologne for Sasha- (so that she stops using mine, LOL) and brush for both, Sasha and Percy. The grooming salon is bar none, Valerie is a magician and Brent is awesome as well. For all of the proud furry Mom and Dads of Hollywood, that's one amazing one-stop shopping!

Jordan in the grooming department is hands down the best!!! Not only does he make room for my two fur babies last minute but he is very good with them and they’re comfortable with him. He does an amazing job and is very informative when it comes to next grooming and after care! I always feel comfortable coming in knowing Jordan will be in care of my two little guys!!! Love PSP!They carry various brands and always have great pricing and program rewards! They’re pick-up orders are great as well, always within the hour and if an item happens to be out of stock they call you to check if you’d like a replacement or not. Very helpful!

I have been going here for more than a year and staff is very helpful with products.They will always let you know if something is already being marketed at the lowest retail price, as well as any new items that will be coming in.Both Lydia and Alan the managers make an effort to stop and answer questions while also multitasking and serving customers. I wish that there were more samples available and unfortunately a lot of the pricing has gone up so it would help to have vendor coupons for PSP coupons that are a little more easily accessible. This is still a great family-run store and they have always treated me well and I wrote this original beginning of the review a few years ago I believe

This is where I get my babies food, toys. Service is always good, don't really have a problem with them, except, my cat's use prescription food, and I always give them the prescription, they take a picture, but it never is there when I go, if I don't keep the prescriptions on me, it's never in their system and I wouldn't be able to get it, that's the one thing that I have a problem with, other than that, it's great.

I always love coming to this pet supplies plus because they have a wide variety of kibble that you don't find in other stores.Love that they added a self wash station, and their staff is always very friendly.They sometimes have good sales, and even some clearance on the table by the cashier.This is my go to place for my dogs needs.Three dogs:German shepherd 3 years oldBelgian malinois 4 years oldMiniature schnauzer 12 years old
