Is big and filled with all kind of merchandise, also having a small pets and birds. They also having few self service bathing spots for big dogs which I find very convenient. Towels and shampoos are included and I believe it’s $10 for use.I wish they have Purina Beyond cat’s food.One day I saw a bag of cat litter there on the shelf full of mold. Maybe the packaging was torn and moisture somehow got in there... I showed it to the associate and instead of carefully removing it, they began dragging it around the store. The guys there are all young and apparently don’t understand the danger of mold, I understand everything... But why did it lie there for so long? At least someone should have noticed, they are rearranging the goods on the shelves, they should probably inspect them? I tried not to breathe and run away quickly, somehow I felt uneasy... It happened once I hope will not happen again.Good thing is they have a carts which going outside and staff always happy to help to bring it out and load into the car.

What is up, Googlers!!! I wanted to tell you guys about this pet store. I have officially found my dog's pet store for all his needs!. I really want to talk about a few things 1st I want to talk about the customer service They have some really good people in the store working welcoming customer There was this girl that was helping me I had to ask her about the grooming and how does it work? She guided me through it told me the price and different packages that I can buy so after that I want to go groom my dog I have to say I really like the way they have it set up It looks like you can only wash 2 big dogs and 1 small 1 in the middle if I'm mistaken but any dog owner knows you definitely don't wanna let too many dogs inside in one small spot at a time and want to make sure youre dog is friendly before meeting or being close, I think they realize that and know that and play it safe really interesting really smart business. I highly recommend that if you need anything for your pets, you come to this store. I'm officially sold on it. This is where I will shop from now for Max.. He really liked it here.

Theyre ok. I noticed the chubby asian dude didnt give me the 5 dollar rewards i was entitled to after he tried to push a sale and was unsuccessful. Most likely will not return unless absolutely needed.

So disappointed. I’ve been here many times before and I had great experiences from a to z, BUT today was the worst. I took my dog in for a bath like I have done many times before and the staff was incredibly rude, lazy and unorganized. When I asked for my second towel they were rude, when my dog had a small accident they brought me paper towels then had me go outside to toss it( this is a pet store, there should be protocols in place for when this happens as I can’t be the first case), the bath section was FILTHY!!! There were 3 guys standing at the cash register playing around when they could be cleaning this place up. Multiple guests were complaining about the bath section. The floor was covered in water ( an accident waiting to happen), towels all over the floor, there was just stuff everywhere and gross. A customer that was there washing her dog was cleaning the floor herself with towels, this is crazy! Need better staff that cares about the store.

New location! Very welcoming and the store manager and employees are awesome and knowledgeable. Great selection for pet dogs. The dog wash was fun too! Although it's a small store everything one would need for their pet is there. Keep up the good work!

Don’t know what happened to this location. Been coming here since they opened and now they seem they own the place and can’t help anyone with anything. They don’t know if you ask for something or you need to look for your self everywhere on the shelves. What kind of answer is that for loyal customers? There are a lot of people out there who needs to work. Not coming here anymore rather drive anywhere else wher they treat people better.

i have been going to this location for a full year now spending about $200 month on treats for my dogs. Today I had the worst experience someone could have at a store. I went into the store to give my dogs a bath. After the bath, we normally walk over to the dog treat section where i then would buy treats for my dogs. Today, some genius decided to put a display with Kittens right next to the dog treats. Obviously my dogs went over to check it out.. They did not bark, they just walked over and sniffed. All of a sudden one of the employees comes running out from behind the counter accusing me of purposely sending my dogs to the kittens. After a heated exchange, I started walking out of the store. This employee must have been following me when i walked out.. and as soon as I got outside, he punches me in the back of the head. I will NEVER go back there again!!!! and I am pressing charges on that employee.

Staff was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the things I was looking for for my kitten and dog. I did not feel rushed in any way. I would highly recommend this place and in fact I will be going there tomorrow again to look for some different things for the kitten. She just has to have new stuff all the time and thank goodness they do.

Great place to shop for my dog, Sir Lapsley. He is a big fellow but there is comfort in taking him to the store.They are at a convenient location and are always stocked with a variety of pet needs. Not to mention special dietary supplies.The customer service is great. The store is clean and nicely stacked. 👍

Love the washing station but today I rushed here after work to was my dog & they gave the wash section shut down an hour before they close. Wish it says online it closes earlier than the store.

Went in to purchase a refill for my dog. Everyone was friendly and courteous. An employee came over and asked if I needed help and kindly escorted me to the correct location for what I was looking for. There was no line and no waiting. Everything was quick and easy. The store was clean and well stocked. 👌

Went there for the first time it's amazing. I like it because it's close to me I dont have to go all the way to Aventura and deal with the traffic. The employees are very nice even when your looking for something and can't find it they help you with a smile thank you very much. I will let my kids know were to go because they all have dogs and cats love the place ❤

When for a Betta fish , they sell 3 different kinds at different outs , for me a 5.99 fish will do . Every other. Pet store they are 10.99 and up .Crazy even the price of a fish has gone way up .Thank you ,Pet Supermarket

My granddaughter for her school project had to create an Eco Column Chamber. After checking several places it was there we purchased an aquatic plant to complete the project. The staff were very friendly, made several suggestions. We were very impressed and satisfied with the service.

HORRID experience here at the Hollywood Pet Supermarket. Tall African American manager was super disrespectful and unhelpful during our visit there. Went to wash our dog and he gave us attitude the entire time. Animals seem neglected as well. Will not be coming back!

Went in with the intention of just looking and holding a few of the animals there per my daughter's request for her birthday. Just me and two of my little ones. Walked out the store with a newly adopted kitten about 5 months old. Lol. Just couldn't resist bringing the lonely fella home. He's as sweet as can be.

My puppy just broke his leg. I went in the store for hello with items to help him. Some staff members tried to help but clearly were new. They tried to ask a more experienced staff member. She was very rude. Wouldn't look at me. And when she finally did look, she just kept shrugging her shoulders and blowing me off. I finally left. It was not worth spending my money.
