This is my favorite pet supermarket. I always deal with the assistant manager. Every time I go there they always have the cat food I need treats and other supplies. The service was great and I was able to check out and leave in a small amount of time

First time visiting this location. I normally like to get the name of the person that helped me, but I forgot. The young lady that helped me was very helpful and nice. She helped me pick out puppy food for my husky puppy and a crate. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

They are always welcoming and always greeting all customers as they enter. Unless they are close by. And it doesn't matter whoever is working at the time! They are very friendly and always knowledgeable and very helpful. The account is under William Lockett. But we are the sidekicks, Toy Chihuahua 6lbs max, or they are overweight! Both John the manager and David the assistant manager, give wonderful service.... I bought something that did not work out for my pet...They replaced it without giving me a hard time and were very professional.Even during the initial sale I had trouble making my mind up and they showed me several different products and could not have been any nicer. I recommend this location of pet supermarket very highly!

Nice and friendly corner pet store for all your pet needs! We picked up some Greenies for our Labrador, and a toothbrush/toothpaste combo on sale. Clean and organized store. Plenty of parking!

Baught some guppies from here and by the next morning they were all dead and killed everything in my tank. I will no longer be buying fish from them. They sold me very sick guppies.

I went to look at some fish and the first thing I notice how much filth and nastiness are in those fish tanks. The water quality is bad specially when you trying to bring a fish home. It put’s at risk my pets due to the poor care that this animals have there. I seen fishes without fins, and dead fishes.

We adopted our beautiful baby girl Ava. From here. She gets along wonderfully with our other cats. Went in for cat litter and came out with a new kitten.

We had such a great experience here with our new puppy! As others have mentioned Deysha was so helpful and recommended a few products to help with teething and nipping that are actually working! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our go-to pet store.

Steve! Whoever leads this store must know that customer-wise this person is the correct one to be MANAGING a PetSupermaket store on his own. I was coming with an inquiry of a fish, & Steve not only cleared out the fact that another store had sold me the incorrect fish he also went out of his way to simply get ME the correct fish from this store— that by the way are 3— in spite of this store pricing being higher than what the original purchase was for. I'm currently returning the purchased fish to the original store that sold them to me and waiting on shipment to come so I can finally get what & as many as I want. GREAT GUY STEVE!

I had a great experience today at Petsupetmarket. The staff especially one of the girls I don't know her name. I have a new rescue kitten and she was able to help me find the right food tell me about the needs of a kitten for a balanced diet. We also discussed spaying as I had a lot of questions about this procedure.

Always have too much junk on check out counter making it hard to put your purchases down. Staff seems preoccupied with lots of little projects. I felt like a secondary issue instead of the focus.
