his is a 5-Star for both Wellington and Kevin. I was in town for weekend with my wife and had to be back to work Monday. We went to the car to go home Sunday morning we found our car on the ground because of a flat tire. I was able to get over to this store and Kevin helped me by ordering a new tire. We had to stay overnight for tire to arrive on Monday afternoon. Wellington the manager figured out the tire was not being delivered until TUESDAY for some reason. My 22 inch SUV tire was not in stock at the warehouse. Wellington made something happen but he got the exact & correct tire on my car by 5 pm on Monday. Thank goodness! GREAT SERVICE by the Hollywood Pep Boys.

Kevin and his team were outstanding! I was in the market for a used car and I brought one in to get inspected before buying. They gave me all of the information that the dealer tried to hide from me and saved me from making a bad purchase. Because of the great work the first time, I brought in a second car to get inspected by them. This time everything was perfect and I bought the car. I live in Coral Springs and I drove all the way to this Pep Boys in Hollywood because of the excellent service they provide. No B.S. just the truth and facts. I will continue to give them my business and refer as many people as I can to them. Best Pep Boys in South Florida!

I arrived to my appointment at 7 am.Pep Boys immediately took my vehicle in and they provided a courtesy vehicle inspection.The service was quick and economical. They applied a coupon on the lifetime alignment and new sensors were installed as well. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I appreciate their clear communication and service.

I can’t give this place enough praise. I’ve been coming here back to back for all my cars needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service. A1 quality work. Super friendly staff and the place is always clean. I’ve never had to go back for work that was performed on my car, they’ve always got it right the first time. Wellington was super patient and went through a couple of options until I decided which tires were best for “me”. Y'all should just pack up and shut this business down. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. I sat in this shop for 6 hours for an oil change, after making an 8:30am appointment. Employees caught an attitude when I asked when my car would be serviced. I took my keys and left. It's not worth it.*UPDATE* went to Good Year on Pines Blvd (10 mins away). I’ve been here less than 30 mins and they already drove my car to the service station. Atmosphere is nicer & cleaner too.

We really like Kevin. He is totally professional. We brought Sherry's car in for a leak in her front tire. Kevin diagnosed and tightened the valve stem and fixed the problem. Thank You Kevin. Everyone at the shop was so friendly and helped find me discounts that suited my situation and got me out the door within a few short hours! Definitely will be back!Edit: not sure who this new Manager is, or maybe he was out for a while, because WOW HE IS AWFUL. He is rude and crass over the phone and even ruder in person. I used to love this location, now I will be avoiding like the plague. Save yourself some time, money, heartache, and a lesson in terrible customer service, and go across the street to one of the 50 other vehicle repair shops. This location seems to con you with a great first experience (as long as you’re spending over $1K). I’ve already reached out to corporate about the price gouging for my 1 axle tire alignment, and have been told to forward all my correspondence to them, because the pricing was unusual. If this manager is a representative of how Pep Boys is run, they need to count their days. So disappointing.

First let me start by saying, I called this store to see if I was going to be able to get my car service the same day. Mr Wellington phone etiquette was top tier. Nothing about our 5 minute conversation sounded discouraging. I just knew after talking to him that I was going to take that 35 minute drive. Went to the location and Kevin assisted me. He was so polite and his customer service was refreshing. They definitely won a new customer. Thank you Wellington and Kevin for the amazing customer service. You guys ROCK!

Sent the mother of my child to go get her brakes checked they said she needed new brakes rotors and tires . These con artist just sold me a set of brand new tires 3 months ago and she only drives our son to school in that car . For a second opinion about brakes and rotors only needed brake pads( which I have already) rotors are fine . Do not trust these guys . Not only that they must have lost lug nuts and left only 2 on one of the tires could have killed someone. I will be taking this to corporate

Very bad service. My vehicle was with them a day and a half and they couldn’t figure out how to program the TPMS my van. The managers are incompetent. Store manager stated van will be done in an hour. They told me the van was ready. When I arrived the wheels were off the van.DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I was traveling the turnpike hundreds of miles from home when my tire pressure light went on, pulled off into a gas station and quickly realized I was in trouble on a Sunday no less. Went to pep boys and they took excellent care of me! They were professional and courteous from start to finish. The situation was awful but they were a blessing in disguise and I am grateful for them getting me back on the road quickly on a Sunday! Thank you so much!!

I came for Wheel alignment around 12 noon and was informed that my car might take up to 6 hours by the service advisor "Ronald" despite my confirmed service appointment. They offered me a lyft car to home and to be picked up once the car is ready. At 2:30pm I received a call informing me that the car is ready, and lyft will pick me up to the shop. Lyft arrived 10 minutes late since the driver got the wrong address. When I arrived to the shop I was presented a bill with total $175 instead of 149 due to the state taxes and $14 shop taxes (I was not informed about. When I drove the car out of the shop I noticed thattl the car is still pulling to the side. I went back to the shop and they are working on refixing the car at this moment, however the power is down in the shop and they can't work on the car untill they restor the power. I received my car around 5:45 pm and did a test drive with Gabriel (to be fair Gabriel was professional and friendly).Unfortunately I just drove my car and now its pulling to the other direction. I will seek a refund since they cant do a simple alignment and will send the car to the dealership and get it aligned from the first visit.All this could be avoided by going to details when offering the service prices and doing a quality check before calling the client.I got a very bad experience with this shop and would never comeback neither recommending them to anyone.Update:Visited the shop to give them another opportunity to redo the alignment however the mechanic and the service advisor (Gabriel) adviced me that the right side strut is broken and need to be replaced in order to allign the car. The charge to do the job was (1255) and offered a discount for the inconvenience. I was suspicious and decided to take the car for another mechanic who adviced that the struts are in a perfect condition, however we decided to change them since the car had 85,000 miles. I took the old parts and showed them to Gabriel who confirmed that the right side struts is not broken and confirmed that the mechanic has misdiagnosed the car.Overall, it has been a terrible experience with this shop and a legal action should follow to prevent that from happening for others.Last but not least no one form pepboys did follow up on my complaint ad they promised in their auto email.
