Editing to add (2/9/24) thanks for trying but I've called your store every single time that I've wanted to come out and the phone rings endlessly. Nobody ever answers. EVER.Great little shop of food that won't eventually kill your cat (like Friskies, 9lives, and Fancy Feast do)! My only issue, and it's kind of a big one, is that the last FIVE times I have pulled up to this shop, it has been closed when Google has advised that it is open. I visited shortly after the New Year (jan 5, 6, 8, 12, and again today on the 13th) and I swear the hours changed in the middle of the week, as I'd checked the night before to plan my trip to pick it up. Arriving to the shop being closed, I had to double check and it showed as the shop being closed, with a note that mentioned the edit for this business was in the same week. What is the point of having a business if youre never open? Or when you are open, its like 3 hours out of the day, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, when everyone is working. I'm so perplexed, and definitely frustrated. Dont think I'll be trying again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, fool me SIX TIMES?????? 🤡🤡🤡

I haven't been in a couple of months, but every time I go, the owner is just so friendly and informative. I always end up learning something new and she is always open to answering any questions I have. the food selection is great and you're bound to find whatever you need for your cat there.

Lisa and her shop are absolutely amazing, heart-warming and full of healthy products for your cats! My cats love her selections and most of her items aren’t even carried by other pet stores or shops! She’s exclusive like that!Besides the large selection of healthy products she has for your cats, she also has enriching toys, great means of entertainment for your cat, and really awesome cat-related gear (I have already bought 2 shirts and a bunch of socks from her. I want those mugs SO BAD too!)However the best part of the shop is of course Lisa herself! She’s very approachable, accommodating, friendly, social and just a pleasant person to interact with and talk to! I always walk there with my carrier and my carrier was broken in that the front of the carrier was sitting on the front wheels and I couldn’t really push it anymore and only pull it. Upon discussing this with Lisa just as a form of venting, to my surprise Lisa literally fixed my carrier right there and then! It was a quick fix that I didn’t think of but she actually went out of her way to solve a problem in my life. She just always goes above and beyond!!You are much appreciated Lisa! Thanks for making the cats of our community happy and healthy :)

And owner Lisa is a font of knowledge about all things feline, not to mention a gracious and attentive host. This is such a cute store! I love that they have healthy options for the planet and cats ❤️. The service was amazing! She was able to tell me what litter is best for my kittie. And the products are waaay better than the ones at the big corporation stores. If you own a cat and care for their health and the environment go here. Kitschy Cat Shack has all the high-quality brands that I cannot find elsewhere! The owner, Lisa, is also very sweet and accommodating! This is where I prefer to buy my cat food over any other pet store, including Petco, Petsmart and Pet Supermarket because none of them carry Lisa’s brands! My cats don’t eat anything that was not purchased at Kitschy Cat Shack! She also carries this natural litter which, I’m shocked to say, doesn’t smell at all! This is the store for consummate cat lovers! They feature premium wet and dry cat food ( the owner checks out the brands thoroughly), beds, toys, etc, as well as goodies for the owners like jewelry, clothing, and other unique curiosities. There are many products from small and local businesses. There is a frequent buyer bonus program too! It's a small store that's packed with kitty treasures. Don't forget to say hi to the resident kitty greeter, Betty!

This is a wonderful specialty shop for cats and the people they own. I wil never forget the kindness shown to me by the owner when I visited before Christmas and shared how my furbaby Myer has terminal cancer. She gave me an ornament I expressed interest in even though it had been designed for her. This is exactly the type of business that should be patronized. Thank you.

I was referred to Kitschy Cat Shack by Sirens Cove cat rescue. I had just found a baby kitten at the Hollywood Courthouse and didn't know what to feed him. Lisa, the owner, was such an immense help and so nice. She even opened a meat treat and was feeding it to him because he was starving. Anybody with a cat should definitely go to Kitschy Cat Shack, she has all kinds of stuff there (you might even be able to meet Grumpy Cats lookalike 😂)

This is the coolest boutique and a must for every cat lover. They carry high quality cat food, treats, suppliments, dental care, toys, etc. The owner has done alot of research and really knows her products. They also have alot of cute "human" gifts and attire. Even though it is a cat store, some of their products can be used for cats and dogs. I saved $6 on Bixbi Immunity organic mushroom powder and $2.50 on some freeze dried minnows for my little Chihuahua, Bernie. He s such a lucky boy!🐶❤
