There’s a reason this place has been around for over 50 years. Awesome selection of fish and product, extremely knowledgeable staff, and the owner is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Full disclosure, I’m a former employee, but how many people can say that about their boss? Definitely give this place a shot, there’s nowhere else like it.

Display should have a historical registry. They've been there for 50 years and they're solid. It's a wonderful place to do business with.

First time shopping at this fish store and location was easy to find, right off I-95 & Hallandale. Big selection of fish and accessories but pricing seemed a little high.

Top notch. I pass over a dozen other fish stores to go here (20 miles each way). Owner and all employees are really knowledgeable and friendly. They're the first ones who come to mind when making a recommendation. A real staple in the fish community. They suffered some damage a little while back and need our support now. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with the service or the products. And you can't beat their prices...

Fish’s Paradise is a great little ancient and local fish store. They pride themselves on having overall clean and well stocked tanks. I’ve seen a number of giant fish I suspect they traded/bought from customers. They’re not against buying fish from you as long as you give them a call beforehand (don’t always expect way too much 💵💵, it’s usually on an individual basis). Also, their customer service has been enthusiastic and very patient, but not too consistently informative. I’ve been mislead a few times concerning freshwater fish compatibility and species’ names/labels. All in all, Fish’s Paradise has existed in Hallandale for 5 decades and that’s older than me😋; so, they must be doing A LOT of things right ‼️

This is a historic fish aquarium for over decades!! I used to shop there when a was little and the same amazing owner is till the day of today years later at the front! Making his passion into his job. The store itself it is not one of the best kept I have ever seen. However, prices are unbeatable and soooo fair. The people working there are the best always willing to help, giving the best advises and you never feel rushed like in any other conventional store. They are definitely a regular stop for my supplies needs every time.

This place is truly one of the best. I have been visiting this store for since I was a kid. The owner Joe helped me setup my first tank a 45gal. Now 15 years later with two salt water 300gallon setup and a 1000gallon pond. I drive all the way from sawgrass and I would recommend this store to anyone.

Jim was helping me out. Although there was a mix up I truly applaud the customer service and attentiveness. I ordered 3 cases of sand and they only ordered 3 bags of sand. When I arrived it was handled very professionally and I left very pleased. Good prices and friendly staff always keep me coming back.

They are a (Mom & Pop) store that is & has dedicated for the last 50 years, to truly focusing on your fish, aquarium, etc, Goals & Needs.. If they don't have it, they will make sure to put something else to make it work. They have been able to survive all the years, especially throughout the financial burdens of covid. Which comes to show you that the large commercial anchor stores can not out or over compete with A. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, & B. THE BEST QUALITY RESOLUTION FOR YOUR PROJECTS GOALS AND NEED.Joe (The Owner) is such a highly knowledgeable, astonishing and profound character. His ambition and approach on providing the best service, and extra hand for your endeavors are far beyond anyone expectations.Anthony (🐜) is a very charismatic person in his ability to grasp your goals and desires to your goals. If you have any questions or concerns regarding pretty much anything, he's your guy.And most definitely I will not forget about the staff.. each and every single one of the staff have been a part of the survival of this store reputation. As you can determine many of the staff are younger aged, this store is like their second home and the ability for them to process and learn from Joe & Anthony. Has only shaped them to become the better person they are today. Before I came to Paradise Fish I was gifted an aquarium so I had questions. I was fortunate to call them and speak with Spire (spi) for short she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was able to answer all my questions. I came here after terrible service at Beverly's pet center on Pines!! Do not go there!!! I went home with 8 fish, food, and plants for my aquarium. They are doing very well and the family have been very happy. I will continue to go to Paradise fish for my aquarium needs

This place inside is tight... But...I fell in love with the butterfly cod & water dogs... An employee there took his time out to explain the fish that we were interested in kudos to u ... I cant remember his name but i do remember him showing us a video on his phone of the water dogs he had ... Interesting how they turn out... Anywho ill be back .... Closed on tuesdays but I keep coming back whenever I get the itch. It's a mom and pop shop with the quality and service of a big name store. From the owner all the way down to the guy mopping the floor everyone in this store is extremely knowledgeable about this hobby. They're honestly when picking fish is outstanding. They're not just trying to sell a fish they're trying to earn a customer regardless of how many times you come back.Fish Paradise is the first store I go to when looking to add to my 9 fish tanks.. and if it's a Tuesday I anxiously wait till the next day, they're worth it..

Mask are mandatory which is not a problem at all but my family forgot theirs. My family member asked if they had mask and he said to take a plastic bag and hold our breaths. We were so happy to go there to show the family out of town. We were going to purchase lots of fish. I'll be taking my business else where.

My son saw this store on your YouTube and begged me to go here. I was a bit reluctant because of the drive from where we live. But it was well worth it, staff was super nice and owner took time to talk to us. We will definitely be return customers!

Once you get in you are well greeted and they're very friendly and helpful. I asked so many questions and still they had a great smile and showed me around for what I need and gave me suggestions as well. They went above my expectations. There's a lot of beautiful healthy fish and shows that they are well kept.

Great prices on exotic fish, and they can source pretty much anything you can think of if you're willing to wait for it. I used to work here about 10 years ago, and I can give you legitimate testimony that the owner and their staff run an honest and trustworthy operation. One of the owners, Joe, is one of the most caring business owners I've ever met.

The absolute BEST shop for fresh and saltwater fish! They have everything you’ll need no matter what your setup is - live plants, saltwater reef, you can find it all here from livestock to supplements. They even sell some used stuff at decent prices! My first visit was seventeen years ago, and I still think it’s the best place to shop for any type of tank. Joe and Anthony are the best, hands down - not only are they knowledgeable, but they are open to sharing that wisdom with customers and always try to steer you in the right direction no matter the circumstance. Great people doing good business. If you’ve never stopped by do yourself a favor and head over soon. Love you FP!

Hands down one of the best fish stores I've visited, if not the best. For the most part employees are knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about the owner, a very good man. I've been going there since I was 14. I'm now 39 and plan to continue going there for all my aquarium needs until I'm 101 -Hopefully they'll still be around :-).

Came back here after many years of coming here as a little girl with my dad. Great to see that they are still in business. When I was little I had a freshwater fish tank but I was always fascinated with salt water fish. I knew someone who just recently got a salt water fish tank and was a beginner and I automatically recommended her to come here. I was luckily enough to come along with her back to the place I once came to as a little girl. Was a little disappointed and expected to see more variety but they had a good amount of salt water fish nonetheless. Had an amazing time going back down memory lane and the service there was awesome.
