I started taking my dog here to be groomed and Dawn took her time with us to help us understand what our options were. She really did a great job! When our little Jax was finished, he looked cuter than ever and smelled so good! He even comes home with an adorable little bowtie or bandana each time! Now my son started taking his dog there too. He's also very pleased with Dawn and her services!

Great rates and service. Very knowledgeable not only about grooming but an animals health which can be just as important. Our dogs come to Dawn everytime we come to FL and our dogs always look and smell their best. Plus our dogs are relaxed at the shop. Plenty of toys and treats to keep them happy!

My dog is reactive and is afraid of baths. Groom Gallery gives peaceful, quiet, one on one attention. The got along with Dawn right off the bat and came out of his bath and haircut happy as can be. I'm so pleased that Dawn was recommended to me.

Exceptional service and grooming I have 3 large hairy dogs and they look great, clean and there shedding is almost gone after 1 grooming, I can only guess after more how perfect they will be.All I can say is that after trying others Dawn is the best!

Dawn washed the 3 dogs in our family, and the one was lookin' way rough when we brought him in... When we went back to pick them up, I really couldn't believe they were the same dogs! LoL! It was like she washed and clipped and buffed them like their new spiffy selves were just hiding waiting to come out...Oh and I dunno what she used, but the three scrappers all smelled awesome!! Simply put-- Dawn's awesome!

We have a very scared dog He does not like getting his nails done. But Dawn was so Patient. So got the Job done, It took longer for her because of Oliver's anxiety. But she didnt mind. We are looking forward to our next visit.
