I came in here yesterday twice because I rescued a mother cat and babies I cannot begin to tell you how helpful the staff was from the very first time I walked in to the last time that I walked in everyone was so kind. What's more is the polite staff ended up giving me a generous discount because the product was found cheaper somewhere else to my surprise. I will absolutely be back until everyone that needs pet supplies that this is the place to go. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted right away and asked if I had any questions they were there to help. Everyone is approachable. To see a manager (Rob) on the floor working with his staff and not hiding in an office was nice. This place is one of the cleanest pet stores I have ever been at. Everything has a place. You don’t have things in the wrong areas. I was really surprised by the self washing area. I will definitely be coming here to wash my bigger dog. At the check out Kyle whom was nice enough to carry my heavy bag of bird food to my car. I have NEVER been asked that at any other pet supply store.So many reasons to shop here* Convenience* Friendly staff* Clean store* Selections* Groomer availableIf you haven’t been here you should check it out. I am glad I did.. oh don’t forget the bins place next door!!!

It was my first time in the store today, and it was a great experience. Very nice and clean inside, staff was very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Gage. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me, and helped me with what I needed, Answered all my questions, and had a very positive attitude. The supervisor was very friendly as well, and made sure I was taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back!

Incredibly, it seemed like a good place to us until my daughter, after waiting almost an hour for the lady who bathes, peels, and cuts the nails of the dogs, arrived at 3:30, not wanting to work. It was very frustrating for my daughter when we had to leave without receiving any service. I think the management of this place does not take the customers into account. They are very conceited, thinking that since there is no competition nearby, they can mistreat customers in this way, especially a girl who treated them. The only thing I wanted was respectful treatment, I do not recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately this lady is going to continue doing her will without consequences.

Great store definitely will be back Wednesday and Friday! Kaden is such a great employee, good customer service and very knowledgeable people! Kyle is smart about fishes and Rob very informative about brands and products! Highly recommend this place as far as pet stores! 🤠

Huge selection of food and supplies for dogs and cats! Some things are a bit more expensive than other places, but other things are much cheaper than other places. I get all my raw food for my dog here at a great price compared to other stores. Overall a great place for your dog and cat needs!

Realistically the place is fine but nothing fantastic. The live animal section is extremely small. The dog baths are way too low to the ground. They've got stuff like goats milk that can be a bit of a drive to get elsewhere but past that it's just a grocery store for pet supplies. It's fine but not setup in a way where I'll ever be back.

The store was very nice but I did not appreciate seeing how the manager Robert handled a situation with 2 co-workers who looked like they were tryin to keep up. Other than that Kyle was a delightful greeter and Aydan was very helpful finding the right dog food for me.

Very rude . unknowledgeable staff. I had more info on products they were trying to sell me . The head manager Rob was very rude and pushy. Another head up Todd had zero knowledge on almost any products .one of the female workers was bleeding while working on floor gross made me want run out.. the store owner Gustavo had almost no knowledge on animals he was with his dog who was acting insane and made me uncomfortable... I've had ok experience with psp in past but this exact location and staff is horific

I’m not sure how many stars to really giveThe store is jammed packed with productsNo price deals really but very cleanThere’s an area when in enter the store to the far right where they keep their rescue cats2 in storage area and 1 in the otherThey look lethargic! I asked the girl if they ever get out to an open area to move around and play n exercise , she said the rescue people come in the morning and evening to clean litter n feedTHAT’S ITSO these cats are in a 2x2x4 ish holding bin around the clock! This is outrageous! My heart broke looking into the eyes of 2 of them😡😩It’s no way to live! This existing arrangement NEEDS TO CHANGERight here I’m adding to my comment:Do those cats spend the night in those cubicles by themselves with no one around from the time you close until the time you open? There’s no one there to be there in case they need something?You’re gonna have a holding area why don’t make a large one you have plenty of room in that store?I’ve never seen cats in a smaller, confinement as in your place. Even Petsmart is a little bit bigger and they take them back to the shelter in the evening. They didn’t leave them there overnight for a week at a time-ish as you said, I’m sure there’s not one person Reading this that would care to be locked up in a cubicle where they couldn’t even stretch their arms out for a week and call that humane!

I came to the store prior to opening date, and the staff was extremely nice and informative about upcoming event dates, services available, and product offerings. I am excited for this new addition to the neighborhood, and am I pretty sure my pet is too.

DO NOT send your pets for grooming they burnt my dog's skin so bad ,had to put silvadene and lidocaine mixture on two places and give him painkillers and anxiety medication for a week. My dog was so traumatized and in pain. Will never go back yes he had a couple of matts but you don't burn his skin so bad !!!!!!!! 😞😡😡😡
