Recently I helped a friend in need, and Cynthia’s helped my new friend immensely. Little Lola was treated like the princess she is! She removed a ball of ear wax that took almost ten q tips and a lot of love. The bow and scarf were complimentary and Lola changed as if ten years was washed off of her! I love this place! My dog had an appointment at 11am. I brought him in at 10:45am they said they had 3 dogs to do before they can get to my dog. I let them take my dog and I walked outside to leave....then I thought I don't want my dog in a cage for hours until they can get to him. I went inside I told them to call me when their ready, I would be around their shop area waiting for the call. The man said in a nasty tone "That is not how we work". It seems like they double/triple book appointments and leave the animals caged up. I asked for my dog back and will never return. As I was walking to my car even yet another person pulled up for an 11 am appt.

I brought my 9 yr old dog here for third first time on Saturday.Tucker gets really nervous going to the groomers but he did very well. When we picked him up he looked great and was totally relaxed. Cynthia even helped us cut out Guinea pigs nails!Very happyThank you

Insanely expensive, charged 60 dollars to cut my dogs nails and spray some baby powder on her, then she nearly cut my dogs tail off not paying attention to her heavy swinging door! I didn’t think it would ever heal and then she played dumb after I mentioned it to her. I have been there a few times because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else or make an appointment but they need to do better, a lot better.

$240 for an hour and a half to wash four shih tzus that she said were mean dogs one of the dogs she didn't even wash the face she's very unprofessional talking rudely about my dogs I work hard for my money hour and a half of work for $240 poor quality and she bad at my dog choked with the rope that she had tied around her neck definitely don't go to this groomer unless you want bad quality in your dog one of my dogs is still shaking so I don't know how mean they were to her I'll never go back here again and if all you was and he had any sense you would not either thank you

Cynthia was super friendly, and got us in for an appt. to trim and dremel my 11 yr. old Boston Terrier, Sonny Boy's nails in only an 1.5 hours! She put a sweet stars and stripes bandana on him, and I bought him a VERY reasonably priced bed for our weekend stays in Holiday.Would HIGHLY recommend!

If you’re looking for a great place to take your pet go no further, Cynthias is the place to go. I recently took my Morkie for the first time and I was very impressed with the services I received, my dog looked adorable when I picked her up. Took the pups here for the first time today and we will be back! Such a quaint little place with tons of goodies for the dogs for sale! Sandy made sure that I was happy with their cuts and said if I had any issues to please come back and she would take care of it! Was very happy when she mentioned she liked to write down the cuts for the next visit so she has an idea of what she had done before!

If I could give no stars I would. We recently relocated to the area for a travel nurse contract. Due to the Florida heat my smaller dog needed groomering desperately. I found this place by a Google search. The reviews for the most part were positive. I called for an appointment got in that same morning. Small shop appeared clean. I spoke with Cindy on the phone and in person about my med/LG dog being a rescue and being skidish. She reassured me there would be no problem. I only wanted my rescues nails clipped. In spite of being a rescue she is and has never been aggressive. When we picked up our dogs we were told they had to muzzle the rescue due to her growling and being aggressive. My small dog who usually loves everyone was growling and my rescue was trembling. After we got our girls home we noticed our little dog had been nipped in several places by clippers and the rescues nails were bleeding and she started having trouble walking. I was angry and disappointed. This was w weeks ago and I waited until today to write the review. I did not want to write it while angry. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Called to get my dogs nails trimmed. Asked what kind of dog I had. I said Rottweiler. Responds, yeah I don't do the big dogs. Of course turned me down because of My breed. If you are going to be a vet/groomer please include all dogs! What a joke. Wish I could leave a 0.

Cynthia is clearly the best! During a visit to Holiday we had our Yorkie groomed there and she was happy when we picked her up. Usually she is shaking and eager to leave. We are very happy with the cuts (summer short - winter longer) Each time exactly what we wanted. Yorkies require a lot of grooming and other groomers just can't live up to Cynthia!

This was my first time taking my cat to Cynthia's for grooming and I was very impressed. It's clean and very friendly. I dropped my little guy off and picked him up several hours later. He wasn't traumatized and his groom was beautiful and he had a blue reindeer collar on. Nice touch Cindy!!!! Thank You.......

I have my poodle groomed every 6 weeks,and the prices ARE WRITTEN ON A SIGN according to size and breed. Of course the prices for a Maltese is not the same for bigger dogs. Do you go into McDonald's and tell them Burger King is 1.00 cheaper for a burger you are only going to pay that price after you have eaten? Do you tell the cable company how much you will pay on their rates versus other companies? The prices are posted. The time to decide is BEFORE she provided service. She is an awesome groomer that cares about the animals and owners. Check out pictures on her website. She is reasonable on her prices and her shop is clean. She even offers coffee and a waiting area.

Well let me just start by saying that Cynthias Pet grooming has EXCEEDED my expectations! I took my baby girl Cookie and she was a mess when I took her. I didn't know what to expect. My groomer is in NY and being new to this area I wasn't sure if I would be able to trust a NEW groomer with my Furbaby. Well I went on faith and it was the best decision ever! Cynthia did an AMAZINGLY AWESOME job. She looks beyond amazing and I couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend Cynthias Pet grooming!

When I walked into her grooming salon she did not even greet me and say hello. Then she demanded that I bring my dog to her saying "get her up here" and began asking me questions, instead of greeting my dog and introducing herself to my dog, she pulled on her paw to try to feel around for any matting. She then proceeded to tell me thibgs I knew already and had shared with her just mins before she responded to me. It was everything that I had just told her as if I didn't know what I was talking about. And as if I wasn't doing right by my dog.. It ultimately ended in me leaving her salon and then she asked me to wait so we could talk about it. So, we talked about it outside and then she said have a nice day and didn't even offer to make it right and groom my dog. She put me through a lot of drama infront of my 8yr old daughter and her home helath nurse and for no reason at all. It was a very argumentative conversation, very confrontational and then it ended in no offer of service b/c she said "well no, not of you don't trust me" when I asked her if she was not going to groom my dog. I cannot even understand how she is still in business b/c her shop is old, it's crowded with junk and is dusty and she is a jerk of a person! Never have I experienced something like this ever. Shame on you Cindy!

Cynthia is charming gracious and very knowledgeable she gave my Pomeranian (havoc)such a cute cut for summer and he actually let me leave without panicking it was a wonderful experience right down down to his new favorite pink flamingo!

She was very knowledgeable about my dog and her health Mis Cynthia was very nice to not just me but my dog as well I called other pet groomers to get my dog groomed and no one would groom her because of the kind of dog she is I called Miss Cynthia no problems she did not discriminate against the kind of dog I have a pitbull but it is very hard to get them groomed at groomers because of the reputation I want to give a big shout-out Thank You so much Miss Cynthia I will see you in 8 weeks
