Why is EVERY OTHER WINN DIXIE LOOKS 50X'S BETTER/CLEANER??? This is my local store. I love supporting my local business.....BUT I'M TIRED OF THIS STORE BEING A SHEITT HOLE!!! I LOVE "MOST" OF THE EMPLOYEES....TRULY.BUT WHY DOES OUR WINN DIXIE LOOK LIKE THE "HOOD"!!!!SERIOUSLY.....SOMEONE HAS TO FIX THIS MESS!!! IT'S EMBARRASSING!!!!!

This location is ehhh. Customer service is ok. Store needs a massive update. Layout is awful. No self checkout and frequently only 1-2 cashiers even at rush hour after work during the week.I'd rather drive to the one on Salerno.

I really appreciate the employee staff, such hard working staff. Why is the 2 liter club soda always empty and on the top shelf ? Produce is weak, deli staff is understaffed yet very nice. Check out crew and cart care is incredible. I do however need to make an additional stop to fill my needs.. I still love the staff. Always helpful and polite. Even the customers are cool 😎. Please increase the cases of 2 liter bottles of WD club soda.

My wife and I have been going to this store occasionally since her parents moved to this area decades ago. We've always thought that it was okay. It has obviously been renovated/upgraded since our last visit. Today, it was very well stocked, and the produce was the best that we have seen in this area in a long while. If this is the new typical, then this store easily deserves a five-star rating.

Good meats and prices. Same with cheeses. Their BOGOs are real savings.Their produces are always well past their expiration. Sad looking fruits and veggies, sad.They have wonderful baked good too. Their almond joy cookies are to die for.Now for the staff! Mean old women working their. Cashiers, deli, and fish. Have no business working retail!

I so love this store. Great value and great customer service. One thing though...the Mushrooms go bad right away. Two times I bought them and had to throw them away. Not happy about this.

Laura and Don managers at Win Dixie are OUTSTANDING LEADERS, the support and guidance they show there employees is above and beyond. They have made a bad situation into something outstanding. If you ever need a wonderful support of leaders win Dixie is right where you want to be , they will incourage your family member to becoming a better person, I love having my son being apart of the win Dixie team . It's a win win ...you couldn't ask for a better company to stand by and give such good leadership and support to your son or daughter ....your in good hand while away from home .a job at Win Dixie is the best way to go ....I really can't thank Laura and Don for all they do to see my son through ...God bless the both of you .Cindy Tinsley

I love this store!! Great prices, clean store, and conveniently close to home! I love the choices in cats and baskets. They have larger baskets that turn into a pull cart! I love those!! Hope they never get rid of them, it's brilliant! Every staff member I've encountered there is friendly, helpful, and happy. That goes a long way! Thank you to all the staff!!

Dolly in the Kitchen section was so nice!! The person with me got a huge fish sandwich and I got a chicken meal, everything was tasty and she was so sweet. You definitely have to ask for the fish sandwich on a club roll with the onion cheddar. It's excellent for $6!!

The greatest associates work at Winn Dixie, Hobe Sound, Florida, most helpful, fast efficient, kind, and courteous, Management in every department keeps departments easy to shop, and well organized. Prices are affordable. #1 store in Martin County and the baggers are my favorite, they are so helpful, carry my groceries, get my ice, and never once complained. The night baggers are my favorite, so helpful.

Awful customer experience, where do I even get started. I literally don’t have words due to the lack of care towards customers who want to spend their hard earned money, and CHOOSE to come here over nearby supermarkets. I can on and on, but quite frankly, I’m too tired from dealing with their lack of care. Take your money somewhere else.

We've been shopping at the Winn Dixie (Bridge Road, Hobe Sound) for our weekly groceries plus additionally as needed during the week; for two years until today. 3-strikes you're out in baseball applies to this store and a specific check-out clerk who has no business being in any form of customer service, for any business. Simple rudeness to customers, being at work not wanting to do your job / provide check-out service, flaunting disrespect to customers and in front of Winn Dixie management, repeatedly on 3 occasions (3-strikes) has us moving on to the many competitive options in the area. I'd like to provide Winn Dixie Management at this location some sound, parting advice(s) - fire her and improve your hiring. But then again I'm not cognizant of current Winn Dixie corporate policy; your employee is probably protected even as you lose customers based on their simple disrespectful nature.

Very pleased with location and contents of store. We were able to walk there while traveling. Quite a bit of traffic but good sidewalks leading to shopping center. We found some good healthy food to eat. We could have eaten out but preferred to stick to healthy lifestyle and prepare our own food. It was delicious and we plan to go back sometime.

Went in at 3pm today for two items from deli waited over 15 minutes because they were cleaning all slicers at one time .Once done I waited again ,again..One clerk ask me what I needed,I said lunch meat sliced.She rudely said well if you want soap on it . I finally left .. Not one customer came near deli the whole time I waited.Customer service skills are greatly needed..

I love Winn-Dixie for the variety of foods they carry that I grew up eating, so awesome!This store is so super clean, stocked and makes me proud to see Hobe Sound on the wall inside! If you are coming from Jupiter Island it is the first supermarket on bridge road, close by and easy to get in and out of there without traffic problems.

It was pleasant shopping at this Winn Dixie in Hobe Sound. The cashier was very nice and that was refreshing to experience. Store was clean and prices on some items such as soda, juice (especially orange juice), tea for brewing, were reasonable.

Great sale and service from staff is always amazing. I use the pharmacy there and the service I received was like I was at a mom and pop place. The pharmacist and techs know your name when you walk up. Holly always says hello even when I am not at the pharmacy. Actually took time to stop her shopping just to say hello. Will never use another pharmacy after the outstanding service from the staff at this Winn Dixie

I love this Winn Dixie. Fresh, fresh meat on Friday ... Killer sales by Saturday and Sunday! The BOGO's are on brand name products I love and use as well as SE brand products that are as equally good as brand products. The staff is always friendly. No fuss no muss on return products, when it happens. The only thing that stopped me from giving this store a 5 star rating is that the interior of the store needs help. The floors, the coolers, the checkouts, the restrooms ... in need of upgrade for appearance purposes.

I like the new layout of the store. The employees are courteous and helpful. When you get more people from the North though you will need more deli assistance. Love your rewards program. I seldom go to Publix now.

Good prices. Friendly staff. I'm handicapped. They are very helpful in getting stuff off high shelves and have plenty of handicapped carts in good working order. If needed someone will load groceries into vehicle. Sales excellent. Easy parking.

I love this Winn Dixie. I can't vouch for other stores, but this store has improved so much in their selection of organics, produce and their deli.The meat department has consistently been good. Prices and rewards program is an added plus.Sidenote: At the beginning of Covid-19, they took more initiative than the competition by wearing masks and making sure shoppers felt safe and had access to plenty of sanitizer and wipes (instead of pulling it). I have noticed younger management seems to have come in, and they are friendly and keep the checkouts going.I'm not saying they are perfect, but as a consumer it's good to see the improvements. They need to overhaul the fish department -- it's just bland, although the frozen case has some cool items (crawfish tails for your gumbo anyone?)Convenient location if you are on the way to the beach.
