I have a blind little friend, Jonah. Because of his condition, he's not the most trustworthy with people or other dogs. He enjoys going to see Pam and her staff. They earned Jonah's (and my) trust years ago. Now I'm taking my new little rescue friend, Jack, to Pam to get him introduced to the Pet Silouette family!

My 3 year old pit bull had an appointment. She knew the breed of the dog when the appointment was made. After arriving, she said she couldn’t do him alone. I traveled 35 mins because of her reviews. I don’t mind traveling for good service, but how are you a dog groomer, you know the breed and don’t have what you need to bathe a small pit bull or the decency to call and let me know you wouldn’t be capable of grooming him today. If you have a pit bull, verify that she want be alone for the appointment. This was very inconvenient for me because we could have made an appointment elsewhere and he would be clean now instead of having to wait for an appointment again smh. Everything happens for a reason right.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I don’t usually write lengthy reviews but this horrifying experience warrants one!I had my dog groomed today and they were specifically asked for haircut to be done as last time, which was written on his card.I am disabled and have been very illI had someone pick him up for me.I couldn’t believe my eyes! when I saw my dog, he looked terrible! He was scalped down with reddened areas in several places. 3 yr old could have done a better job! and with more care. $55.00 for a hack job! so uneven and down to his skin in many areas.His face was scruffy still! looked like she didn’t touch it. it wasn’t shampooed and fur wasn’t trimmed on face or his ears!I called about my concern for what happened to our sweet little guy.The staff admitted they went a lower level than I requested on last card.I asked why. Her incompetent staff could not give an answer for this mistake, and put me on hold twice.They came back to phone and told me, Pam is the one that shaved my dogPam, the owner came to the phone..I expressed my concerns and asked her why she did that to my sweet dog. She did not apologize. I asked if she had a reason to do this to my dog.She was extremely unprofessional, sarcastic and rude! with no accountability for what she did to my dog. She said the card prior to the last grooming for different reasons than today was used. Instead of saying it was a mistake she stammered around and then lied.It had absolutely nothing to do with today’s grooming.I told her he was well brushed and their was no mats or problems she needed to scalp him for. She said no he had no mats or problems. She said she used the prior card where he did.I said this is your mistake and I should’ve paid for it.I said it’s Just like when you go in for a hair trim and they chop it off.Customer 101.. You own your mistake and do the right thing and compensate for it. It’s called good customer service! She got angry because she knew I was absolutely correct.There is no reason for this, other than incompetence and extremely poor grooming skills! See pics belowWe will never take our sweet Bailey there again.Please think more than twice before you bring your sweet fur babies, to this unprofessional, uncaring and incompetent groomer..

What a great place! I happened upon it in passing, taking my ugly and ignorant mongrel to have his nails trimmed. The staff is great and very friendly. They trimmed my cowardly cur’s nails and had us on our way quickly. My doltish mutt looks so much better.

We just came home from having our hairless Chinese Crested groomed! We still are awed by the great job Pam did!! Prior to moving to Florida he was a show dog in Michigan . Would highly recommend!!!

My Yorkie Henry was groomed today. He looks so handsome! Not only was he groomed exactly as I requested, he seems very calm when I pick him up. I’m always able to get him scheduled within a few days which is important to me. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. This is a great and safe place to bring your dog to get groomed. I brought my dog in for the first time to get a detailed cut and shave and the groomer looked at pictures of her with the cut we wanted. She asked a lot of questions until she knew what we wanted. They actually called to say she was ready for pick up, most places don't call so you have to call them, and the cut and shave was exactly how we wanted it. I liked the fact that they will not strong hold an animal and that when I leave my dog I feel they are in a safe place. Great job!

The owner and her crew do everything they can to make my dogs look great and feel comfortable. I started going to P.S. when we had two geriatric dogs. Everyone at P.S. was so kind to them! They grieved with me when the dogs died. Later, when I got a new puppy, the owner helped me socialize him so he was comfortable being groomed. This people are terrific, and their prices are extremely fair.

They always listened to and followed my requests and were very patient and helpful all around.We have moved now and after using other groomers now I appreciate Pet Silhouette even more now! As a first time consumer I am HIGHLY unimpressed with this business. I have worked with dogs before, and was previously a dog groomer myself for 5 years. I dropped my dog off for an urgent flea bath and when I picked her up she was STILL infested with fleas. Not only was the manager/owner at this shop rude and completely blunt to me... even further, she was nasty, combatant, and highly unprofessional to my boyfriend when he called to simply just consult the still existing flea issue. I can guarantee I will never be back here, and neither will any of my friends or family. Your money is better off going in the trash when it comes to visiting this store, save it and spend it with a business that actually fulfills what they offer.

My first visit was yesterday. My dog needed his nails trimmed only. He does not like getting his nails clipped and filed. Our old place in Jupiter would have him jumping out of his skin and did a horrible job. Yesterday the young girl, I didn't get her name, but she was GREAT. His nails were PERFECT and he was calm! She's a real dig whisperer! Go. Also, the place is spotless.

The owner is very nice and the groomers are professional and kind to the dogs. They get familiar with your dogs and cater to their needs. Nice selection of products to check out in the shop too. I've been taking my dogs here for 15 years and wouldn't dream about taking them anywhere else.

For the second time they shaved my dog and blamed it on matting her face was trimmed tight like a poodle and she’s a terrier. When I told them the first time they said it was a miss communication so today was because of matting when i complained she yelled at me and told me it was all she could do very dishonestmy beautuful baby looks awful!!!Terrible Place !!!!!Can’t believe how the owner lies my pet was not taken care of was her response. I have proof she saw the vet 3 days prior to your visit ... they can testify this is untrueI don’t know if you didn’t tell the groomer what I wanted or just are lazy so you shave every dog fo summer .....absolutely disgraceful place. This is a 4 thousand dollar BiewerBe careful!!!!!!!!!I was sitting in taste explaining this situation to a friend and the table next to me stated they know if several people who have had severe issues.I don’t usually post things Like this but I’m extremely upset !

Took our dog for grooming and they only trimmed the right side of her belly and chest. The left side was untouched. Also , had a clinging piece of poop that was not removed. We asked for a very short summer cut but within 2 weeks we had to have her recut.
