All I can say about this place is wow. They take care of my little Norris like he is there own. He loves his pampering and comes back to me smelling like a million bucks. I feel like I owe them for having to trim his nails cause it takes 2 people lol. Thank you for always being professional, kind and happy to see my little boy. If your dog has allergies, you may want to bathe them at home with their own shampoo and I guess let Pampered Paws just cut the dog's hair. My dog had the absolute worst reaction from whatever they bathed her in, even though the groomer said it was hypoallergenic. It started with itching and then extreme itching a few days later, then crusty skin and she got crusty around her eye. Now I might have to take her to the vet to get medication if she doesn't get better soon.More than a month later, I'm still trying to fix it. They did a great job at cutting, but that shampoo absolutely messed up her skin. I'll just groom at home even if it hurts my back.

This was our first time bringing our little fur baby Radar to Pampered Paws, but it will in no way be the last! I must also recommend Neal for grooming. He listened to what we asked and our dog looks great!! Making an appointment was easy and quick. The fees for grooming are more than fair. Very friendly employees. I'm glad we found this place! My husband and I have been bringing our 3 dogs here for 2 years until we moved to SC. I kid you not, we plan out trips specifically to come visit family AND get a nail trim while we're in town. We ask for Neal every time because he's the only one that can handle our reactive dog, Lyla. When we moved we tried taking her to the vet and other groomers but they wanted to put her to sleep to trim her nails without even meeting her first !! The first time we brought our dogs here, Neal met our dogs and he took his time meeting them and letting them warm up to him especially with Lyla because she doesn't like her tail or her paws touched. They do a much better nail trim here than the vet because they don't leave sharp edges. Everyone here is super nice and I'll be bringing my dogs here for as long as I can.

They have excellent groomers. Have been going to them for a total of 2 years with my 2 dogs I have now about 3 years with a previous dog. Without warning they said I can't come back because in all this time I missed 3 appointments. One of those my car wouldn't start., the next I had covid, and this recent missed appointment was because I fell and busted my mouth open and slept through the appointment on pain medication. My only complaint is they gave me no warning this was going to happen. Mind you I always gave a$20 tip and was told many don't give a tip. I hate leaving a bad review because I have always loved Pampered Paws,however, I guess you could say that my heart and feelings are hurt.

Pampered Paws has been the BEST groomer in High Springs!The Owner Tiffanie is hands-on, and they have done our 3 Yorkies. Spanky passed after 17 years. Cindy is fabulous with Cooper and Coco! She is always patient with them and does a Beautiful job on them!!!! They love her...........

I read fantastic reviews on this place and was looking forward to the special treatment for my babies. What a disappointment! This is perhaps the worst grooming experience I have ever had. When we talked to the groomer, we showed him a picture of our girls and told him more than once that we wanted them trimmed. The picture was after a previous grooming where their hair was 3/4 inch long and the way we like to see them trimmed. He advised that yes he can take care of them. I also mentioned several other items that I did not want done to my girls. When we arrived to pick them up, I was mortified with what was done to the first one. Then the second one was brought out and I had to fight back tears. Not only did he do exactly what I asked him NOT to do but he shaved them down to the skin. They look like the ASPCA dogs that are neglected on tv. The worst part is I was hoping for a reliable groomer and can't believe I had to pay $120 for this horrible experience.

This is the only place I take my puppy! I have a super skittish german shepherd and they take such great care of her! She always comes out so clean and perfectly groomed. They go the extra mile every time and I honestly appreciate this place so much. We make a 40 minute drive here every time and it's so worth it! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I take my big, hyper dog here to get his nails clipped, and they do it super quickly with no problems and for an affordable price. The products in the store are a bit expensive, but that's unavoidable for a small business like this. I haven't taken my dog for any other grooming or services here, as I can only afford to pay for nail clipping. I do all his bathing etc at home, but I have no choice to have a groomer do his nails because he fights me if I try. I am sure their other services are great too. I just haven't tried them. There is rarely a wait, everyone has been wearing masks, and the store isn't crowded.

I adopted a sheltie that had not been groomed in a really long time. I told them the horrible flea infested condition she had been in, I explained that i had attempted to cut my girls fur off just to reduce the fleas but i am not a groomer. They fit my sweet girl into their schedule that afternoon. They were amazing! I have one happy puppy!

I've been there twice now and couldn't be happier with the outcome. My 8lb Aussiedoodle looked as handsome as I've ever seen him! He hates being crated and the second time we went he was caged quite a while but this was do to staffing shortage, I appreciate that she stayed 2 hours after closing to groom vs cancelling appointments. Highly recommend!

I am a huge supporter in the small business I rather pay extra to support small business in my local community. I have been going to pampers paws to buy everything for years now and never had a complaint about buying anything or any services at higher prices because I believe in supporting the community. I didnt give one star because I'm unhappy with the prices, the look of the shop, or nail trimming I was provided. I am unhappy and will not return because the way I was spoken to. I went in for nail trimming like normal I typically stay within the shop and typically takes about 15 minutes the last two times I have went. I gave my name to be looked up in the computer which has my ONLY pet name, phone number, and email address (from which I understand but could be wrong) This time I needed to run ACROSS the street to get gas. I had ASKED before I left if I could do so and there was no reason why not. So I did so went across the street filled up in gas and came straight back. When I return I am assuming the owner or person in charge greeted me so rudely. Told me I am to never just leave my dog here unattended for nail trim. They are not a boarding company and that she didn't have my name or number. I understand the issue but the way it was presented to me was loudly, rude, and unprofessional. I have never been spoken like that before and it was like I was being belittled and disrespected. I understand now between it all it was all misunderstanding and plan to remove my review of 1 star but seeing the replied comment of continue belittling and unprofessional behavior from the owner that is continue to in a way bash me I will leave this up. I take ownership in my misunderstanding but will not stoop to their lower standards of petty comments.

I had been bringing my dog here for a number of years. I called for an appointment and asked that they use the shampoo that they always used on him as he is "itchy". After returning home they called and said there would be an extra $5 for the shampoo;I told them not to use it. When my husband picked up the dog,he was charged $30 and he also left a $4.50 tip. I called and asked about the $30 as I had always paid $25. She said "price increase". I replied that I should have been told about a price increase when I made the appointment. The very snippy reply was that "I hadn't been there since August. I said that doesn't make any difference;I should have been told.She began yelling and talking over me so I said I wouldn't Be back.If a business owner treats customers in such a disrespectful and arrogant manner, they won't stay in business very long.

Been taking Max there for years till he passed away. He loved Tiffany and they did an amazing job with him he always came out of there handsome and smelt amazing. They always made room to groom him at last minute for us. With our new babies Brody and Bailey we take them there of course. Not sure what they use when they get a bath but god do they smell so good.
