I've searched for affordable baby turtles at all the major pet stores. I finally found some here and the price is unbelievable!!! I paid $9.50 here compared to another pet store that charges $30. They also sell very reasonably priced bird cages. Great customer service! Great experience!

We love to go to this pet store. The owners are very friendly, the prices are very cheap and they have a big selection of different kinds of pets. I absolutely recommend this place for all your pet needs and they have live crickets and worms always in stock .

Went here today and bought a few stuff for my animals. Let me start by saying that the place is way more than it seems. The owner was there and is very friendly. They have almost everything for pets and also have different types of exotic animals and even plan on bringing more. You can tell that the owner is great with animals. This place is totally worth a visit and im definitely going back !!

Love this place. Employees are awesome and very knowledgeable. They have everything you need, if not they are a distributor so they have it all. Good prices and convenient location. All the animals there are treated with love and care. If you are buying an animal, know it will be a friendly home animal.

This pet shop is great for trying to find supplies for your pets but the conditions they have these animals under are NOT ACCEPTABLE. It really is sad to see the way these animals are being maintained. There are multiple animals to a VERY SMALL enclosure, some of which need their own enclosure to themselves...I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE WHAT I WITNESSED IN THIS STORE. This is no place to buy your pet, easily comparable to the conditions animals are in at the FLEA MARKET. I recommend you do your research before even considering buying your pet here.

Very friendly,the two ladies that work there are super helpful and know the answers to all your questions. They don't have a bad attitude like staff from others places.Our first time coming here and will definitely be coming back for all our pet supplies. Loved it!

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP FOR PETS HERE!!!!This place may mostly have very good ratings, but this is based on supplies and customer service wise. When it comes to getting an actual pet from here, i STRONGLY recommend NOT to. Let me explain why: first off... THEY DONT GUARANTEE YOUR PET. If its sick they blame it on you and they WILL NOT refund you or let you exchange pet. I got a baby lovebird here on Friday March 22, 2019. The bird was too young and wasnt even weaned yet. They asked me if I had experience feeding baby birds and I said yes because I have. They didnt bother explaining to me how COMPLEX caring after a baby lovebird is, even though i did do alot of reasearch before i got it. First off, pet stores should NEVER sell baby birds if they are not weaned! Most people have no to very little experience hand feeding and caring 24 hours for a delicate baby bird... there is a HIGH chance of it dying and thats what happening to my bird. Ive only had the bird for a day and a half and on Sunday March 24, 2019 my baby got very very weak, was wobbly and cant walk and is refusing to eat. I rushed him over to ruffos to see if they could help. The girl at the front said it wasnt their problem, that its probably my fault for not knowing how to properly care for it and that They will not give me a refund or bird exchange. Clearly for a bird to get this sick in a matter of a day means that he already had issues when they sold him to me. They keep their birds in PINE shavings. PINE AND CEDAR are highly toxic for birds and can seriously affect their health!!! Google it! They dont know what they are doing! They gave me dumb excuses like saying that his litter mate is still 100% ok so mine should be too and the girl proceeded to drop the bird to the floor as she finished her sentence. Clearly they dont take good care of the pets they sell. One guy kept telling me that my bird was very very sick and messed up and the girl at the front kept telling him to shut up. Im not dumb!!! I know you sold me a sick bird. I spoke with the store owner and he gave me the same lame excuse and said to either take the bird to a vet (which is super costly) or let it die. He said he will give me a “discount “ but you know what??? I DONT WANT IT. Im never buying a single thing from there again. They lost a customer. Sure they sell alot of cool stuff and give you cool discounts and even give you things for free... but they will never tell you that they dont offer guarantees on their pets if they are sick or die on you. Its not about quantity, its about quality and these people lack that with their animals. LESSON LEARNED!!!

The people here are very helpful I have bought supplies from them for my leopard gecko and I am planning on buying another leopard gecko from here to breed my female and they have helped me on learning how to breed them they told me that if I wanna breed them to buy a incubator and their animals are in good condition the only thing that i disagree with them is that they keep two leopard geckos together and that is bad for them cuss the leopard geckos can fight for the territory.
