VERY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! The lady in the front made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely rude. This is why I don’t like Hialeah because of these Cuban rude ppl like this. I went in to buy a puppy and saw three little Maltese and fell in love and started putting my finger inside to pet them. I’ve gone here before and they’ve never told me anything. The lady was super rude and screamed at me and told me I could not stick my hands inside. Excuse me? IF I WANNA PURCHASE A DOG I SHOULD HAVE A RIGHT TO PET IT? So rude won’t b coming back here again. If the owner reads this PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE NEW SHE SCARES OFF ALL THE COSTUMERS WITH HER NASTY ATTITUDE. And to mention the Maltese were GREY. Very dirty place as well

This has to be the best pet store! I drive from Miramar to Hialeah when I need something for the dogs. The trip is worth it! They are super respectful and trustworthy. When I go on trips I leave my dogs there, where I know they will be taken care of, fed and gaven water and the care and love they need. When it comes to my dogs health they are always on top of it . I couldn’t ask for a better pet store. The customer service is awesome. Everyone is extremely nice! 😊

Let me start by saying that Daylin and Lazaro are two amazing human being they treat my dog like family. What ever you need for your dog trust me they will definitely get it for you if they don’t have it. Also the shop is very Clean ,And the staff is very friendly . my dog loves going in to get supplies.

Called to get just simple information and lady who answered was very rude and hung up. I was trying to see if they had what I needed but before I could finish she hung up in my face. Called back and she just said come to the store to see if it was there. I hope management can show her this post to make this a teachable moment.

These people are the best!!!! I have never seen anyone treat animals so gently and with so much love. I drive from Sunrise to Hialeah to see them because they make my trip worth it! NO ONE ELSE WILL EVER TOUCH MY DOGS! Thanks guys!

We have been coming here for 10 years now and all services exceeds expectations, bought another puppy a year ago and family is in love, pero sitting and grooming is great, he loves his weekly grooming !

Check prices before going to this pet shop went las week to deworm my dog the girl working there sold me a deworming for 15$ for one day , went to another pet shop got the same medicine for 9 days for the same 15$.... ALSO SOLD ME 1 flea pill for 35$ dollars found the same one on Amazon for 40$ but 3 pillsLOOK FOR PRICES IF YOU CARE about how you spend you hard earn MONEY... TO HIGH NO BUY😂

Awsome place truly knowledgeable of dogs and birds and fish I have been dealing with him since 2000 and not once has the owners treated me it my family or friends not kind they truly care for their animals and give awsome advice before you buy anywhere else give them a try

Muchas personas hablan d la chica, la señora...y no saben q ella es la mera dueña y esposa del dueño. Lol. Si es cierto q a veces tiene mala actitud. Tambien es cierto q los animales q venden a veces se han muerto. Todos los pájaros q he comprado ahi y han sido como 15, 13 se han muerto. La comida la han subido al doble d precio con la excusa d la pandemia. En fin...creo q mejor es ir a Walmart u otro petshop. Sorry
