I had to go to the Publix at this address by chance (4/5/24). The parking, the size of the store inside, the smell and the attention in the customer service and not to mention in the “Subway deli” area, is a true nightmare. It doesn't look like Publix, it's a shame that this establishment leaves such a bad impression of what PUBLIX stands for. Do something in this store, for the good of the company.

Ordered a birthday cake, chocolate vanilla with butter cream for my son, I feel so sad because it did not taste fresh. Usually Publix has a amazing reputation for cakes but I don't know what happened for November 26?I will be calling corporate, I feel like they just got a cake that been sitting there and just decorated. I'm so disappointed because the cake was for my kid I will not be ordering cakes from them anymore

Went to the Publix to get me a sub around 9:35 p.m. The young man that's making the subs seemed irritated that I came at this time and looked at the clock. Last time I checked, PUBLIX closes at 10pm. I see this a lot, and your staff needs to be checked about treating customers like this. If they don't wanna do their job until the end(10pm), then hire someone that will. Alot of people out here need jobs and will be GREATFUL to work until closed. I no that PUBLIX don't tolerate employees making the customers feel unwanted. Get it together bro. I didn't get his name, but he nos who he is. Poor customer service!!!!

This store is a great location. It always has fresh, deli items, fresh bakery items, and relatively short lines to check out. The only problem with this location is parking. It's always a battle to park in a decent location where someone doesn't almost back into your car or hit your car.the customers are extremely rude. However, the staff in the store are very helpful and welcoming.

I don't know how that Publix deli guy keeps his job. He must have spent a minimum of 20 minutes making my husband and I a sub sandwich while a huge line formed behind us. He seemed so ocd about it. He slathered the mayonnaise on the bread like he was painting a house. Then he put the meat on and was trying to make sure the pieces were all lined up just so. Then each tomato slice was tenderly placed under a piece of meat, as if the tomato was in a bed using meat as a blanket. It was pretty unbelievable. It's great that he cares so much about the sandwiches he makes, but he really needs to step it up when it comes to the speed. People can't wait 45 minutes for a sandwich!

Super convenient but always over crowded and it is obvious they price gouge certain highe volume items specific to the demographic of the area. If you are looking for anything organic don't bother, anything thy have is either dying or WAY over priced or both.

I would like to thank Angel for taking his time and having patience while making my dads sub. He explained things that have never been explained to me before like substituting bread for lettuce and making a salad for the same price and I was also told I can get my toppings on the side. He was very nice and made the most perfect sub. It was very loaded and not messy at all. I noticed he positioned the tomatoes under the meat and was able to close the sub with ease. It’s people like him that that go the extra mile and make a difference in the little details. Thank you.

This is a nice store with very nice employees and have been coming here over 50 years as a child with my parents at the original store combined with Eckards drugstore. Unfortunately, the outside parking lot is losing its touch! People park in front of the entrance and stay in their cars waiting for their guest to come out and make it difficult for other drivers coming in and out while they park on the fire zone. The entrance asphalt is dirty and filthy and needs pressure cleaning. Now there’s a man living on the right side entrance door soliciting! I’m not a harsh person. I’m always donating to many types of organizations that help the needy as public dose too but as I’m visiting family in Zephyrhills Florida over the weekend. I got to see a different Publix supermarket. It’s only here in this MiamiSprings location. It reminds me how clean the outside was once. This needs to be addressed and please stop rearranging the aisles! Thank you!

The customer service at this pharmacy is wonderful. Special shout out to the pharmacy manager, Sergio who went above and beyond to ensure that my Rx got transferred from the pharmacy next door, ensuring that my 1 yr. old got his medication after numerous back and forth phone calls. I am so thankful for all his, and his team's assistance on what was a verrrrry long day for me.

Been going there for years. Customer service is obsolete at this place. Homeless people outside asking for money 💰 and inside grabbing chicken and then putting it back for the other people that are clueless that it was already opened. Employees walk by don't say good morning. Requested several items I needed took over a year just to get it. If I could give it a zero I would.

I ordered a # 2 cake in azul claro (light blue) and what this Publix made is insulting, they ruined my day (my grandson 2nd birthday). They put on the cake the darkest frosting blue they found and put also a white frosting that looks dirty with blue. Horroroso!!! And the lady @ the bakery said to me the cake Is lindo (Pretty) At this point I was fuming, and told her that the cake is horrible, ugly and how they did that to cake for un baby who’s turning 2. I’m very disappointed. This is the end of more than 20 years buying at Publix.

This has been out family's supermarket for over fifty years. My wife was a cashier there some forty years ago and out family home is about two blocks away. It is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the disabled parking spaces are far from the entrance and the armored cars often block the path making it tough for those of us in walkers to get in and out.

Very clean and friendly staff! Parking lot is always busy. Went in to order a Roller Skate pull apart cake for my son & daughters birthday and was very disappointed that they wouldn't do it. 😔 But they do pull apart cupcakes. GO FIGURE. Now I'm on a mission to see which other Publix can get it done. It's really not difficult. But ok np.

I haven't been to this Publix in almost 10 months, and I was shocked with the customer service. I had an online order but it was not on the pickup, one employee immediately acknowledged me and asked me for a moment and within minutes another one popped in to help me. Since my order had to be modified they wanted to make sure I was ok with it, and that honestly made me happy. On my way to the self checkout again I was greeted and the employee there was extremely nice trying to help me with the bags. Honestly something so small but made a HUGE difference!!! Just be patient with parking, but the employees really make shopping here a pleasure. 🤭

These are the nicest people in any Supermarket I've ever been the people at the deli are great the food is great everything is really awesome and everybody just pays so much attention to the clients it's incredible. Won't be shopping anywhere else. Way to go Publix.
