if I could give this place 0 star I would, price has increased significantly the past year and if you say something they would take it on your dog and call it an accident, not to mention the bad customer service, this is not a friendly environment in any sense , but this is just my experience I won’t be taking my dog there again and I don’t suggest anyone else to do so either.

I always take my Maltese for her haircut and Rottie for deshed here and they always do such a great job! My rottie doesn’t like her nails clipped at all and they always seem to be able to cut hers. Very pleased with their service, they come out smelling amazing and looking gorgeous!

Asked to have our Shih Tzu's coat to get evened out, since packets of hair stick out from the rest and asked that only the face to get touched up only where hairs cover his eyes/face since we wanted the rest of the head to stay long since we style our dog's hair in a bun.When we picked up the dog, he had the same uneven coat we left him with and hair on head was reduced completely only to a bowl cut and long droop ears, they cut his hair however they wanted and completely disregarded what we asked to have done.*Also I know not common at all grooming salons but our dog didn't have his gland excreted nor ear hairs pulled out.Total value of $60 for less than a half done job.

Today was my second time there to get 1 of my dogs teeth deep cleaning and it was great i love the result, I shared some photos so you can see for yourself 👍🏻👍🏻 The first time i went i took all 3 of my dogs to get bathed and groomed and they looked and beautiful and smelled amazing! Their customer service was absolutely great. I will be returning here every time. I highly recommend them! 😄

This place is super accommodating, the staff are so friendly. I’ve been taking my oldest pup here for 3 years, tried other groomers, they were more expensive and they did an awful job. My pup ended up having pups of her own that I’ve started taking here as well. They are so patient with them, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Best groomers in west Hialeah!!!Este lugar es el mejor groomer de Hialeah. Es el más barato y el que mejor corta pelo a mis perros. Tengo 3 perros y el staff aquí tiene tanta paciencia con los 3. I take my dog Nico every month to this place for grooming and bath and they tale good care of my best friend. Also recommend the dental cleaning which they also do with no anestesia.Staff is very friendly 100% recommended

Took my 14 year old shitzu here today for the first time. Her hair was really long and knotted. They did an amazing job on her. Managed to even leave her ponytail and and the hair on her tail. No cuts either. She was extremely happy when she got home. Definitely earned a new customer. 👍

I was waiting for so long and when they called me that my dog was done I went to go pick him up but my daughter said he was bleeding from eye I told them what happened but all they said was oh I didn’t notice that it will leave in a week I hate that dog salon don’t do it don’t go there I hate it my dog came crying to me and scared of that guy
