6/24/2022..Been here for about 35 minutes, waiting in the fish department( those poor fish were struggling to breathe in those bags; some dying ECT, they need to be released in a timely fashion), watching the employees huddle together in different corners, helping other customers and talking amongst themselves, most looked right at me and ignored me standing there. 45 minutes in one person came - Hunter (he was the only good thing about that store today, he was friendly and courteous) - and helped me. I am hoping it wasn't because I was the only colored person in there today... Honestly this store has been going down hill. I don't think I will return nor recommend. Beverly's pet store will be where I go from now on. I normally spend hundreds at a time which is a shame. Customers deserve better care and consideration for their money.

I’ve always wanted a little bunny rabbit. And the workers in the store were so helpful. Walked me through what food would be best, what type of hay they like what toys would be good for my rabbits health and even helped with picking out a cage that would be best for him. From what they’ve told me he’s only 1 month old but he’s such a sweet bunny. He’s playful and he’s curious about everything around him. I had a great experience overall. The workers were very knowledgeable on my rabbit I’n particular would definitely recommend again

Staff is always pleasant but the prices are soooo much higher than Petsmart. My dog food is easily 10-12 dollars more here. I usually ask to price match because the other Pet store is about 20 minutes from me. Also, the store is rarely stocked.

Really nice pet store. There are lots of accessories and other things for your bigger pets, like cats and dogs. There are numerous other small pets like gerbils, spider, snakes, and fish. There are also many necessities for these pets that are available for buying here like food and housing. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you Pet Supermarket for your service ☺️.

i went into the store lost and needing help to find good dog food for my golden, and i think he mentioned he’s the manager Jorge (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was super helpful and told me a lot of valuable information about the dog breed i have. he recommended a great brand and i can’t wait to try it out! thank you for the help

This store is amazing. All staff is super friendly. Two weeks ago bought a $20 male halfmoon betta that had most his fins in rough shape and I wanted to take him home. One of the store attendants,William, ensured me that his fins would grow back and he helped me buy him everything that I needed to start a tank for him (betta water, bio live gravel, proper food, water additives and a live plant). Today I returned to test my water. William, once again with 5 star customer care, remembered that I had bought the betta and answered my 100 questions about my water care. He gave me the best advice and actually admitted that he wanted to take the same betta home to care for the same day that I came and bought it. An employe that cares that much about his store animals deserves this recognition. I am humbled to have met and dealt with William, and the PetSupermarket will continue to have my support as a customer 🙏 🌟 Attached are pictures of 2 weeks progress we have made with FINN the betta. I’ve stopped by this store 2 times now and each time Jorge has provided excellent customer service. He’s taken the time with me to identify the proper food for my pup and even mentioned the importance of incorporating dental care for her from an early age.

I passed by the store as I always do before I head home automatically I go straight to the betta I am a breeder of betta I approached the young man at the register and ask him how much are the females on the top rope he said they're priced and then told him those are female they already have their eggs showing no he said those are not females or males you cannot tell what the sex is on I betta fish by that the males are brighter color than the female news flash us breeders breed the female in the mail so that them females are also colorful I proceeded to show him some pictures of mine that I have on my phone what's the use of you showing me that what does that mean those are males horrible customer service on his behalf so I told him that's fine and I walked away someone needs to school him on fish this is 2018 us breeders breed fish so that male and female alike are desirable due to their colors and fence three out of the four on the top row are Halfmoon female

First time at this store after having a bad experience at the Hialeah location one and it was a great shopping experience I mean Briana went above and beyond to advise me on the brands of the food and Karina was beyond patient with me at the register. Also the store manager Jorge sounds very friendly and confident with every customer while I was there

Waited 20 minutes for fishes. Every time I come here I have to run around looking for help for 10-20 minutes. After snapping and waiting all this time ( which is why I go way to Beverly’s to buy fishes) young lady couldn’t count the fishes correctly. Asked for 30 feeder fishes and she gave me 27.

A lot of the walkways were cluttered and had to finagle to get into aisles and such. Then after carrying a large food bag up front around everything.. the card machines weren't working. I hate running to the bank everytime i turn around so rarely have cash on me. Needless to say, went elsewhere for dog food and toys. Employees were nice though. Just a very unfortunate frustrating visit.

Great customer service, everyone was nice and friendly but Im not sure if management is aware there are spiders on the dog food and lots of big white eggs on it. I dropped the bag cus the spiders was crawling on me and there not regular house spiders. They are big look like a marble.

Honestly I was hesitant about coming back here. I used to shop here a lot but the management and workers were terrible and rude 90% of the time. I had to stop by for food since my other store didn't have the brand I liked. I was presently surprised when I was greeted by Claudia. She's the new Assistant Manager at the location and I can already tell they're better off with her. From what I can tell, she knows more than any previous employee I've dealt with, and is 1000% kinder than any of them. She's the only reason I'd say to shop here.

The store is OK. They carry a lot of items for different kinds of pets (dogs, cats, birds, fishes, etc). The store is also well organized. A little expensive when compared to other stores.

DON’T BUY from this place!!! Please double check your dry food from this store. This is my second time buying and there are live maggots inside the bag. I bought two different brands of dry food for dogs (Wellness and Fat Dogs) I told the cashier to double check their food in case other brands were infested, but she didn’t care.

I love this place but today I had the worst experience, i placed an order online for pick-up, I order 4 items and when I get there they only give me 1, said they didn’t have the rest, that I should get the money back to my acct in a few days, christmas and new years will be weeks! I said ok let me look around to see if I can find anything else, for my surprise and theirs, I found 2 more of the items they said they didnt have, the guy was on the phone for 10min and then told me I had to buy the 2 items again because they were going to refund my money. I instead of giving me the three items in total that they had, and just refund me for one. Never buying at this store again.

This place is a disaster once you enter to the door it is a lot of disorganization. It looks dirty and smell really bad. I was trying to buy a food for my dog and the price was not updated. Karina was the cashier who called the manager a blond lady with curly hair who refused to tell her name didn’t want to give me price that was showing on the display. This place is run by a group of teenagers who does not what are doing. I advise the owner to take care of his money and hire professional individuals to run his business.

Sebastian was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me pick the proper food for my dog so he doesn't get anymore hot spots. As well there was a deal where I got 2 free cans of food and a bag of healthy treats. Daniel at the register was great as well I was able to add my police discount and got a great deal on my purchase. Thank you.

Great customer service. Workers are always diligent and providing the best service possible. Most people don’t understand these employees are not vets but they do indeed go out of their way to help w/ any question. As well, the employees try to be as attentive as possible. Being that I’ve asked the manager why they have so low of employees on shift and they told me that they unfortunately do not have enough hours to give out. On other news I did read a comment down below and saw that someone complained about getting there past the time frame. If you are late you are late no excuses. If your animal was that important you would have gotten to the store with ample time. They are open 9 am to 9 pm no excuse. Do not complain it has happened to all of us, but it’s only your fault. Do other companies care if your late? No they don’t so please take your self pity some where else. Thank you, awesome service highly recommend if you ever need anything. Staff is one of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever seen and really care about the well being of your family memeber.
