My cat just underwent surgery and hated her cone, so I called and asked if they had cat surgery recovery clothes. The sweetest girl on the phone told me yes. When I went to the store, I approached a man. He was white with black hair and looked to be in his mid-30s. I asked him if they had clothes for cat surgery recovery, but before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off and said no and walked away. He was so unnecessarily rude. Such an unpleasant experience and terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service !!!!!! The guys that worked there today Sunday 7/15/2023 are of no help !!! I walked in and asked for a dog cage and he told me the next aisle all the way at the top, did not bother going asking if i needed help or anything. This was like 12 ft high how was i suppose to bring it down!!! Wont be going here ever again ! Management needs to hire people that have the desire to work, people that have customer service skills. These employees there are not generating any sales and are just there to be there. I walked out no purchase.

Pet Supermarket in Hialeah on West 68th Street proved that investing in their community is a huge win, win. Allow me to elaborate.As Program Manager of a Youth Enrichment After School Program, serving High School age youth with disabilities, we are tasked with preparing our program participants for gainful employment and social development as they transition from High School to adulthood.We provide pre-employment training in our monthly Pride Classes but to further enhance their learning experience, we visit a number of local employers, so the youth may form a tangible connection from classroom learning to practical real time understanding of entry level jobs.To make this happen, we are always seeking quality employer partners in the local Hialeah, Fl. community for our Career Exploration Outings. Today we visited our local Pet Supermarket on West 68th Street in Hialeah, Florida.I knew instantly that this store was well run, from the way we were welcomed and the smiles on the each staff member face. One of the staff, Peter gave us concise and informative talk about what it takes to join the Pet Supermarket team, thanks Peter. Which he instantly demonstrated when excusing himself to provide customer assistance. We learned some valuable skill sets such as being a good listener, teamwork and taking pride in a job well done.In closing, I wish to say as a Pet Owner myself and as are the youth in todays visit, I am super impressed in how Pet Supermarket trains and develops a wonderful team, ready to provide their trademark, high level customer service. Ahuge thank you to Store Manager Ms. Ibelsis for the warm welcome. I will return as a customer, for my family's pet needs.

Very pleased with the attentiveness and customer service. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager (Jimmy) is great, he went out of his way to explain and help me with issue I was having. Also their employees one in particular (Kevin) are very helpful and take the time you need to make sure your well oriented and happy with your purchase. I will most definitely return and recommend greatly to visit this store.. Kudos 🤗. Don't ever visit the pet supermarket on 57th ave... ☹

Where I go to buy my pet supplies and the customer service is really great. Always willing to help you and even take things to the car if too heavy. The kind of place where you feel welcome! I use my phone number and occasionally have rewards and that also helps.

Great little pet store with high quality products available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping in stock the food for both my senior dog and puppy, only a few days wait if not available. Also convenient they have a rewards program to help save on future purchases!

They're pretty good, they're staff are really nice and they actually care for the animals that are in the store. Also, whoever something is wrong with the products I buy from there they give me no trouble what so ever to return it. I actually got 1 of my cats from here. They gave me a full medical history and I happily have him till this day.

I didn't come here much maybe once or twice before but now I'll be going back a lot more. The staff helped me find everything I was looking for and they were very knowledgeable. The store was clean and organized well and best of all the staff informed me about their price match which I was completely unaware of until then lol. They get 5 stars

Some employees are nice other don't even realize that are customers there. The store don't carry the necessary food for bearded dragons as well as the big rocks where they sleep in or hide. They manipulate their rules as they wish to their convenience not to help customers. Birds are over prized. Not a good place to buy animals.

They have dying fish there and the staff is ok. They'll probably notice you're looking for something but won't acknowledge you until you ask them to help you. Overall great underwater plants. I only for there for the aqua plants.
