Their service is great, my camaro always comes out running as good as new, and I have saved so much money coming here rather than going to the dealership its mind blowing. I did not have a positive first experience unfortunately. I went yesterday for an oil change and wheel alignment and they forgot to let me know when my car was finished. I ended up waiting 4 hours trying to be nice and not question them even though I saw my car was moved 2 hours into my wait time, which I realized afterwards was when they finished working on it. Instead of admitting fault they claimed they were about to let me know the car was done. When I entered the car the paper they place to not dirty it was still on the driver side and they never vaccumed the interior as they normally do. They never spoke to me about anything in the car to confirm everything checked out fine, and their paperwork was blank. The only evidence I had of anything done on my car was an oil change sticker added. I questioned if they did anything else on it later via phone and the attendant said if everything is fine they dont document, to which I said was not accurate or good service because then if something were to ever happen it'd be their word against mine. No other Pep Boys goes by that policy, so I know it was again their way of covering things up. I would have appreciated at least some honesty throughout their errors. I don't think Im going back there again for the $100 cost I paid and service I received.

Today I had to come and have my brakes done. Robert the assistant manager was spectacular he's a very hard working individual. I had a couple of hiccups due to the parts for my car wasn't here. However Robert made the process less stressful for me and that's what really important for me. Save your time and money and find a reputable tire shop for your needs.1st attempt to repair my tire and patch a screw hole was a complete failure.After i pointed out that the tire is still leaking air after the repair, the guy couldn’t see the obvious things. After patching the tire from the inside it was still leaking air and half a day later tire pressure dropped down by approximately 5 psi.I tried several times to get ahold of somebody, nobody answered the phone. The decision was made to not to come back, since i couldn’t trust these guys anymore. And that was the right decision.I was shocked when the guy from a different tire shop unscrewed two lug nuts on that tire just by hands (no, he didn’t loosen them before that, i was watching the whole process from the very beginning)… Pep Boys probably decided that leaking air after their tire fix is not enough and didn’t tightened two of the lug nuts on the tire.Long story short, the tire was fixed by a different shop, and I will never come back to any of Pep Boys location.

EDITED TO ADD* PEP BOYS CONTACTED US TODAY AND THEY SEEM TO HAVE RESOLVED OUR ISSUE. ROBERT AT THE STORE PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY.I Don’t even know where to start with this situation. This started with Our purchase of tires from your establishment which resulted in an incorrect installation, that no one brought to our attention we had to bring it to their attention and made to feel we were the inconvenience. It took an extensive period of waiting and persistent follow-up calls before the correct tires were obtained. Since then the right front tire has been leaking. Despite contacting customer service and the store on multiple occasions, assurances of a return call have gone unfulfilled. Corporate representatives informed us today that the store had allegedly resolved the issue through warranty, a claim that is completely false. I will not be satisfied with receiving a patched tire as a resolution, as I firmly believe that a new tire is warranted, given the circumstances and that’s what I paid for. The recurrent inconvenience of having to address tire pressure issues on a regular basis is a cause for significant concern, particularly considering the safety implications of a potential blowout. It is disheartening to find that our concerns are not being taken seriously, especially after enduring this ordeal for over a month. I am disillusioned by the apparent lack of accountability and customer care, particularly in light of the escalating costs and declining service standards. I would not recommend Pep Boys to anyone. It is evident that Pep Boys does not take safety, customer service, or quality assurance seriously. I will dedicate time each day to warn others to stay away from Pep Boys and share this review across all my social media platforms.

The repair job and all was great. There from 10am to 5:30pm. Went to use ladies room and found the worse ladies room in my life, no supplies and dirty. PEP Boys should invest in ladies room remodel immediately.

Absolutely five star service from Pep boys for my first time with Mr.Robert. Not so sure if he’s the manager but he’s amazing . He went over and above during my service to make sure I was comfortable and ensured my oil change was done within thirty minutes. I desperately needed a oil change and this visit made my day. Mr. Roberts it’s truly a genuine human and deserves a raise. I will be coming back just for the customer service and my car rental company needs . Please ask for Mr. Robert when you come in for your services. Shout out to Nicaragu

Stay away from this place. I have fidelity coverage which allow me to get discounts on my oil change. I called pep boy and they advised me that I could only get my oil change Monday through Friday because they needed to verify with fidelity. Mind you I was referred to them 15 minutes before calling them to get my car service therefore the company was open and they could’ve verified but obviously didn’t want the extra paperwork. Something told me to call the pep boys on state road. I got my car oil change and brakes done without a problem. Go see Kevin and Wellington on state rd. The customer service was top tier and I knew I was not going to be disappointed from the phone call. They assured me that my coverage plan would not be an issue with them when this location made it seem as though I could only get service Monday through Friday.

I took in my car for a wheel alignment, dropped it off at 3:45pm. By 6:30pm I still hadn't received a call to let me know my car was ready so I called and was told that it was ready. If I never called, they would've closed without giving me my car. I pick it up, and asked twice if they were sure the alignment was done. I was assured it was. As I'm driving back home, my car is STILL pulling to the right as if nothing was done to the car. Now I have to take additional time off from work to drop off the car again to get a job done that was supposed to be completed the first time I took it in. DO NOT waste your time here.

This place advertised American Tourer Tires for $112 online, buy three, get the fourth free. The ad fails to disclose that installation is not included. Once explained, I went ahead with my purchase. I was the last to leave the shop that day. When I checked out, I was given my receipt and when I got home and looked, they actually charged me $149.99 for each tire, with one at no charge. The following day, the ad changed to reflect what they had charged me. This place engages in Misleading Advertising and Deceptive Trade Practices. This is the type of scam that will keep me from going back. I will make sure to let everyone I know to beware of these scammers.

I came in at 11:00 AM, for a set of 4 new tires. The man told me that it was going to take about an hour- an hour an a half. My car takes two different sizes, the front and back. When they installed the tires, the two tires that was suppose to go on the back were installed on the left side of the vehicle, and different the other size was installed on the right side of the car (front and rear).It took them about 3 hours to finish the job, when they handed me the keys to the car, I found out that they installed the tires in the wrong locations, so I told them to redo them correctly.So they started again, and when he finished, he needed to redo the alignment one more time, so I had to wait 45 minutes more, because there was another vehicle on the alignment machine.I told the technician, the tire pressure on the back should be 44 PSI, and 35 PSI in the front.After they finished the job, five minutes later after driving the car alerts me with four different tire pressure numbers, each tire having different pressure, as in the picture attached. At this point, I didn't want to stop by again to waste my time even more, since I came in at 11:00 AM , and left at 4:30 PM.

First in foremost, I purchased tires from TireRack who apparently has a partnership or agreement where I can have the tires delivered to me and brought in for installation. I made an appointment for 6:00 pm for tire installation. I arrived to the appointment 30 mins in advance (5:30 pm). Initially by the PEPBOYS technician, I was told that tires that were purchased outside could not be installed here. After mentioning I was sent and serviced by Tire Rack, the narrative changed. Another technician jumped in and said we could not take you without an appointment, without asking if I already had one. After mentioning I have an appointment, they glanced at their watches and decided the installation could not happen today since they will be closing in 1 hour and 30 minutes and they still have 3 cars in shop. Knowing that I was able to make an appointment, not being informed that installation could not occur because they are back up before driving across town, and wasting my time dealing with incompetent individuals who are expected to provide somewhat customer service leads me to rate this place 1 star. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have given that rating.

Worse customer service ever. Manager has an attitude when he is told what they do wrong. They never fix anything right so you have to keep going back to fix something new that conveniently they find a second time and not when you took the car the first time. I really want to file a complaint with their corporate office and get my money back. Mechanics are incompetent.

Awful! I feel that they wanted to make a sale when it comes to their products. My husband purchased 3 tires on a Saturday. The installation was supposed to be Mondays once the tires arrive in which wasn’t Explained in the first place. It was stated as if they had to order one tire and the other two was already in stock. So he had to call twice to see what was the holdup. Now I’m here at this place where all they had to do was install!!! My truck is still sitting in the parking spot I pulled up in. It is now 2hrs I’ve been sitting here! Still nothing! I wish it was a way to put 0 stars ⭐️

Horrible location. Had an appointment for 11:30am for an engine diagnostic. The person says it’ll be about an hour no problem I can wait. At 1:30pm my vehicle was still parked where I parked it. I speak the guy again and ask how much longer. He says about 20 minutes. At 2pm my vehicle hasn’t moved at all.I asked for my keys and left. There was also another couple waiting just as long as I was for a battery check and replacement. Something that can easily be done at an auto part store.
