This Navarro is very close to my place and I use to go very frecuently to buy fine items and pick up my OTC things.I find onsales and specials very often and I want especially to say that a Lady named Arletis treated me very nicely today 8/8/23 about 10 pm.I wasn't sure about the price of some items and she went to the line and checked it out the price for me ,she is a very corteous and nice person.I think that she could be the Manager in the Store.

I bought my 3ft doll baby from here last year! They up top on rightside of store where Santa Claus and his homeboys. My baby doll dress red.Nice staff! Plenty of parking. Cool ole' dudes outside! So handsome!I love it everyone is mature and kind. Store is organized and clean!My eye doctor is located inside the building. Now, that AWSOME 2 for 1 . . . eyes checked and a bottle of perfume on my way out!

I used to visit this navarro at 4th ave east Hialeah as always but now they only have 2 slow cashiers and the line is huge. The lady that is the manager the only thing that she do is exhibit her gold bracelets and necklace through the store. She don't work. I think that she has to open a register and help. Now I have to go to Walgreens

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever, and the manager is never around to complain about it. Big lines always customers waiting and the workers chatting . The lady in the perfume department with black hair never want to help customers . The lady at the insurance medicine department was drinking coffee and chatting in front of the people and the line waiting she didn’t care about customers waiting.

It is always stocked, its employees are very attentive and help you if you are looking for something in the store and you don't find the store very clean and organized.

This is the worst Navarro . Never enough cashiers and when you request one they complain, you cant find a manager. The cashiers are very rude to you if you're not a regular and speak spanish. They are very racist. The cashiers are inconsiderate to others in line, they are socializing. Im going to take this complaint to Corporate!!!

Give a star just for being allowed to complain. Always go and never a problem. Yesterday a cashier new for me, Fausto Q. opened my 'paleta payaso' to scan barcode and he got insulted when I explained him there was not need to open it. When noting him putting it in the shopping bag, I asked to have it changed. Confront me about who I was, that he was having trouble with every customer the whole day, and a lot more ...etc, etc so bad attitude. People now a day do not care about their jobs. What about that??? At least, the manager offered apologies.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO SHOP!!!!! OMG!!! It's not even one star.The employed are really rude with bad actitud, I try to give the complaint to the manager and never show up... let wait like 15 minutes 😡😡😡😡😡😡 ITS NOT ONLY THIS LOCATION! They are all like that... so I will recommend to any body DONT BUY IN THIS PLACE...

I used to visit this store when I lived in Hialeah, went today after 4 years and I got terribly disappointed, karts were dirty, old, full of garbage and bad wheels, no baskets available either, and the floor was just disgusting like it hasn't been clean in years, how is possible that a pharmacy is so dirty when I walked in it felt like you were in a mechanic shop, left the store and drove to another store,,, never again

This is the worst navarro ever! Worst customer service ever! I just bought the Tide detergent and when I got to my car I noticed it was halfway empty, I go back inside to exchange and manager tells me I emptied the thing in my car instead of telling me to check if the others are the same way!

The pharmacy in specific doesn't even deserve a single star. Most of the ladies working there are very rude with very few exceptions. I was yelled at by a very rude lady that I wish I could have noticed her name to make a complain

This store is horrible. The employees are rude and unhelpful. It's always chaotic, a mess and when you don't find a ride employee you don't find one. Parking is horrible.
