So years ago I would have given this place a 5 star review for a pet shop however, this location mainly focuses now on being a Botanica which is in the store title (In person, definitely need to update the location name online) you can buy birds and pultry along with rats, mice, some fish, and feed for reptiles such as crickets and meal worms and some pet products but yeah... definitely a Botanica mainly now, otherwise staff is nice and helpful

Been going here for years. Staff seems to be always on the run but understandable there is always so many ppl there and they are trying to quickly assist everyone. Staff and owner (Kenia) are helpful and respectful.

Good prices. But they could do a lot better with customer service. When you are helping a customer don't walk away or help 3 more plus answer the phone and cell phone. A bit too much for me. That is my only complaint.

This please is great, they have all kinds of animals, for racing, or whatever you need them for, festivities etc.What a wonderful place; flowers are as beautiful and less than $5.00 each bunch.Did I tell you they where beautiful!!!OMG!!!I did not have enough time to check the hole place out, but next time be sure I will.I'm in love!!!!Thank God!!!!

Asides from it being too religious since they sell stuff for Santeria & Brujeria.. I do LOVE that Macaw when you first come in. He's so cute but these animals are under poor care :( I'd wish they'd take better care of them.

Amazing they have everything from animals to soperas to collares even ciggarets lol it was awesome. Please keep in mind this is a pet shop for Santeria amount other things that doesn't mean the people are mean or anything in the contrary they were incredibly helpful and kind you have everything you need for religious reasons or if your like me that you just needed meal worms for your leopard gecko 😏

I would give a zero if i could. Animals kept in horrible, disgusting conditions. Extremely strong smell in this place around innocent animals especially birds that have delicate respiratory systems. Do not buy anything from here. Staff is rude and shady
