In my opinion, best place to shop for birds. This includes the actual bird, food, cages, etc. Also very clean and friendly workers. Cheap birds too, $15 for parakeets!

I was expecting a great customer service and knowledgeable staff based on previous reviews.In fact I was very disappointed with the lack of willingness in helping the customers and the way the staff treated me during my visit.There were no eye contact, did not took time to stop what they were doing in order to answer questions and did not wanted show any of their products nor birds available.I strongly believe they need to take a customer service class to avoid losing future customers.

poor service and bad advise to care for pet. never buy baby pets. make sure they can feed themselves or take the risk of it dying. They won't replace, although they said they would. Never buying from this pet shop again. Seems prior owner took pride in his shop...but under new management all reviews after 2 years ago are not very favorable. Explains the poor customer service.

I’m so disappointed and feel uncomfortable with the fact that walking into a pet store, there was a poster of an inappropriate lady with viagra pills under it next to the register door. I can’t even walk into a pet store with my own boyfriend seeing some inappropriate display of a woman. To think that I thought the place was nice until that revoking and disrespectful display.

One of the best places to visit if your a breeder or are looking for a great variety of birds. They have seed, meds, vitamins, just about anything you need for finches, canaries, small parrots even some items for fresh water fish and dogs but mostly for birds.
