This establishment is our preferred pet store. We frequent this establishment to purchase our finches. To date, we have purchased 10 finches from this establishment. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Additionally, they offer the most competitive prices in the area, and their birds are always healthy and well-maintained. Today, we purchased two beautiful emerald doves. It should be noted that the emerald doves were not inexpensive. We express our gratitude for their consistent service as our go-to pet store. I neglected to mention that I also purchased two beautiful diamond doves at a price that was significantly lower than what I would have paid at Petco or Pet Supermarket. This was my first time visiting this pet shop. Initially I walked in for some bird seeds for my backyard bird feeder and I left with an adorable budgie. Tremendous personality and seems to be very hands on and handy so is always tinkering to improve the layout and ambiance of the store. This is my go-to spot for fresh fish. You can’t beat the prices, or the service. This place has new owners now and ever since the take-over, the owners (married couple) have done outstanding. Fish are healthy and they have a good variety to choose from. They also have plenty of birds, if you like birds. I’ve seen turtles, snakes, hamsters I think, and I don’t know what else. Check out this small and cozy spot. Best pet store in all of Hialeah, that’s for sure.

Nice and clean place, both Luis and Jorge are very caring and knowledgeable. Bought my first yellow Ringneck baby from this store and I was given specific instructions of how to take care of the little guy. They also provided me with the food that needed to be given and a few free toys. Recently I bought a second Ringneck baby to have the couple. Couldn’t be more happier with both of my purchases. Highly recommend this place.

I never really shop at Hialeah due to every store owner being rude. Excellent! Under new management! They have a wide selection of pets and pet supplies. I drive to their store for food for my birds and ducks. $20 gets you 20lbs of food which is insane as other petshops or pet stores will upcharge for any item really. The owner is so friendly. I drove by on Sunday for duck food and the store was closed. I saw the owner walking in as he forgot something after he closed the store. As I am a regular, he noticed me and I asked if I could purchase food for the birds, although i knew he was closed. He opened the store after hours, sold me the bird food and I was happily on my way! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! This is the place to shop! Thanks again for everything!

They had bearded dragons put together and besides that they had no UVB or heat lighting no type of heat source ... giving out the wrong information and I tried giving them some advice and the guy told me he knew “what he was doing “ . He also had Leopard geckos and African fat tailed geckos house together which CANNOT BE HOUSE TOGETHER they need very different requirements. Leopard gecko Need a much dryer environment than African fat tailed geckos .fat tailed need a more humid Enclosure I will never buy anything from that store and I hope u can see what’s wrong with this!!
