03/13/2023 3:45 PM. I had $40 cash out transaction and a hispanic lady was not happy that i had cleaned out her register saying no money. She didnt speak English and spoke in hispanic language but i understand.She also said CHINO something, which i was not happy that this hispanic lady was making fun of me.Btw im not a Chinese & i can say the same to her since she called me CHINO. I can call her RUSSIAN or GERMAN because thats what she's look like to me. Germany ww2. Russia Duh

While the customer service is whatever, most of the Prices at Dollar general are a total steal if you look for em. I always go here to baking baking materials because it's so much cheaper than everywhere else. And I would recommend simply for the great prices

Store was partly decent. Some areas a total disorganized mess. Employees have claimed a bathroom for themselves and the other, for customers, is not pleasant and has an almost hand sized spider in it. There's no soap in the bathroom either. No papertowels or blowdryer. Employees followed my family around the store the majority of the time we were there, a hour, despite there being tons of empty shelving and items to be put away.

If I could give this place zero stars I could! Do not go here, ESPECIALLY if you need a gift card because they're running a SCAM! You'll notice if they ask you to pay for the card separately from whatever else you're buying. And once you've paid you'll notice that on the receipt that it says "Summer/Special Event 420". None of the codes on the back worked so when I went back to the store no more than 20 minutes later to complain about it their "manager" said it was "impossible" for them to be wrong because they "scanned" the cards. But if that were true then the receipt would say that I bought gift cards NOT "Summer/Special Event 420". ABSOLUTELY the last time I ever go there!

The worst ever the cashier did not speak English at all another customer had to translate plus lady had adittud she said in spanish speak spanish pointting finger at us if it's not her fault it how hireed her should not have put her up front my husband said don't ask me to come back to this store again I'm disable and store is walking distance away please help with this unfortunate happening yes we live in Miami thank you

The employees are never at register or around store idk where they go but not here and when they are they are st register they on the cell phone or kissing up on each other or eating pizza the store is a hot mess and the prices are elevated to the max it's not a dollar general when you can get it cheaper at walmart but honestly the employees 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️

The store manager gloria is a bad manager she always aggressive talk with Actitud why selecting her as employee she doesn't know how treat a client she is always mad talking to the costumers bad with bad actitud its bad influence to the costumer service she needs to have manners and good actitudes she doesn’t show respect maybe she need manners class in customer service

I purchased headphones that didn’t work. I tried returning them within a 2hr period. But they refused me because I was black and assumed I had no money. So I purchased more headphones and told them they can keep the broke ones even tho I paid for them. Worse employees ever and I used to work for them 10years ago.

Went to buy a dual usb car charger that was 3.1A (2.1A+1A) for 5$. They argued with me saying it was a 2.1A and it was $8. Ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. Terrible customer service

Worst place ever they were closing at 8:48 when clearly it says in their sign they close at nine I beg the lady to let me go buy something really fast because my back was hurting and I already was there and with this big attitude and minding you she was been loud as hell to go somewhere else because if she lets me in then she will have to leave at 11 this employee was unbelievable never ever going there again 3 years of going there to the garbage

They made an error in proving and spent 20min telling me I was wrong even though it showed them multiple times and they continued to tell me I was wrong. The customer is always right.
