If i could give 0 stars i would , i just picked up my dog from this place and in the process of them brushing my Frenchie out , the fell out of the groomers hands and lost an entire tooth. They still had the audacity to charge me , if you care about your animals well being , don’t trust these people ! 65$ for a missing tooth, make it make sense. Accidents happen but I’m good faith they should have atleast discounted , asked us to see a vet to make sure she’s okay and covered the charge. Something to show they actually care, now i have to take her in to make sure she’s okay and no responsibility was taking. These are our kids.Update , just incase - groomer said nothing happened until my 10 year old step son found my dogs tooth on the floor.

Friendly and professionally trained staff, spacious location, very clean and our dogs were so happy. We will be leaving our dogs here whenever we travel. Highly recommended.

The staff is respectful and there's a friendly atmosphere overall. They accommodate to the customer, and answer any inquiry you might have. You can set up an appointment or walk-in, which is great for me. I dowalk-ins a lot and there is no wait time and they call me right away when my dog is done getting groomed. If they're super busy, they let you know and give you a time frame, so that you know how long it might be. Great experience for me and my dog looks great at the end of the day.

10/10 recommend everyone this place. I have a 2 year old beagle and he’s very timid but yet he always feels comfortable coming here. The staff is super friendly and reassuring that my dog is in good hands and every time I pick him up he’s always clean and happy. Sometimes he dosnt even want to leave.

I have taken my Golden Doodle to many Pet Groomers & had very bad experience’s. But I finally found one. 😍 I am so very happy & pleased with Dog Grooming USA. I would recommend this place 100%. Very professional and courteous! I have a mid size golden doodle and she’s white! We have an auto repair shop! Gracie accompanies me to work everyday! When she came in today she was black!! This is the groomer I needed. I have three big dogs and it’s such a task to bathe them. I had one of my dogs in and out within an hour and 1/2. The groomer was extra attentive and showed me some concerns he had with my dogs ear. I’m so thankful to find this groomer!

The first time here everything was within a reasonable time and came out very good (1hr-1.5hrs). The 2nd time around even with an appointment it took 3.5 freaking hours long. They are too slow, too chatty and take too many smoke breaks. The one sketchy thing is after the first time the dog got fleas. I have no proof that is was here but our dog is an indoor dog 24-7 and has never had fleas period. Going to give them one more chance in a month's time. Will update again after that. One more thing, This 2nd time around the ears where not done at all.
