The amazing pharmacy team at the 101 Hialeah Dr. Never stops!They are incredibly nice, will help you with any issues you may have and are always helping you save money.It’s a Great place to do a little Latin comfort food shopping too. I get all my favorites there like black beans, caldo gallego and all lot more.It’s my one stop shop for everything now.Beautiful store, very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We are visiting from California and my husband left his medication at home. We contacted our provider and since they do not service Florida, they said they would send a refill request to CVS. After multiple submissions by our provider and doctor to a pharmacist or employee named “Tom”, and confirmations via internet receipt and opening of the transmission by CVS from our provider, CVS pharmacy said they did not receive the prescription. My husband’s prescriptions are life saving, and there are consequences if does not take them. Both medications require slow reduction of the prescription in order to stop without severe consequences. I have to commend both our doctor and provider pharmacist for call CVS and remaining on hold for over one hour to talk to the CVS pharmacist, no one ever picked up their calls. The doctor realizing the extreme issue with the medication has sent them via express mail but they will not be received until Monday, that is the best that they can do for him. My husband has never had to take any medications in his 69 years, and since these are very recent, it was easy for him to forget to pack them! I just wish I had picked them up and put them in my bag! Fingers crossed that my husband will be okay.

Manager amary Vega continuously lied about having a medication and lied over and over again and in purpose made me wait and wait and kept telling lies about the status of the medication .

The pharmacy department here is largely incompetent. No coordination with medical providers or insurance companies, they expect you to do all the legwork (yet still charge $200 for a generic drug). I recently had a claim processed incorrectly due to CVS fumbling the insurance Group and ID#, something that should be very easy to fix, and instead of correcting their mistake I had to call my insurance to figure out how CVS had messed up (they didn't even bother doing that before rejecting my RX) and then call my doctor to get a new script sent over (which they should do as a courtesy considering it was their mistake). La ley del menor efuerzo aqui. Find another CVS.

Es un lugar con buen servicio de los doctores y todo el personal que trabaja ahí en la farmacia, todos son muy amable y preocupados con los pacientes y hacen todo lo posible por darte las medicinas y aunque es cierto que siempre hay mucha línea , es por falta de personal y porque han recortado horas, pero eso no quiere decir que hay una mala atención, ellos no pueden hacer magia, llevo ańos recogiendo medicinas ahí y para mi son excelentes

Nuy Mal cervicio.Como es possible que te rreceten y no te entreguen todo lo que dice en la rreceta. !!Y lo peor de todo es. Que tu use que ir al medico otra ves. Pera poder comprobar que El doctor me abia recetado El medicamento que ya abia ordenado.No te dan information . Recien operado. Y con mucho dolor en MI rrodilla. Esperanto un medicamento que nunca llegara x falta de professionalism. De la farmacia. ( solo quiero que cepan x si no lo saven. Nuestras vidas estan sus manos.) 😔

La atención en este CVS es pésima,lo mismo en la farmacia,que en el servicio al cliente en la caja,con la dependienta Yarelmis yo llevaba algo para cambiar con mi recibo no me lo quieisieron cambiar,supuestamente es en otro horario y ahí tuvimos unas palabras,ya yo he tenido varios problemas ahí por el mal trato que hay con los clientes,jamás vuelvo,no lo recomiendo a nadie.
