I gave this place a 1 because of how uncomfortable I felt after the lady (maybe wife?) of the guy (owner?) who was helping me made me feel as she came out of a room from the back to be where I was browsing the stones and oils. I did take my time but it was my 1st time ever in a Botánica. I said hello to her but she just kept giving me a nasty stare. I asked for the price of the stones and she gave it to me in a way that is not warn nor welcoming to a customer. I'm not quite sure what was on her mind when she did this but she gave me the impression that she was not fond of my browsing as long as I did while the man was at the front waiting to charge me for the items I was picking. Is this how it is in all Botánicas? Awkwarrrrrd...not a good experience at all. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Nice lady she only speaks Spanish I speak a little bit too but she did good at helping me even with the language barrier
