We took our spoiled little pom here to get his nails done, he is a little antisocial when it comes to strangers, yet he did not bark, growl or came out of their back room scared, he came out happy and satisfied, we did too, they even ask you if the length is good, and you can even put some colone for free 👍 and the best of all, 8$ you can't best that price and service ! Highly recommend this place for all your dog needs, atleast nail trimming!

Bought my chihuahua 7/31/2019 puppy on Tuesday. Came back on 12/13/2019 got another chihuahua. Place was very clean and staff very friendly. Already had my puppy checked by vet and has a clean bill of health. Would highly recommend. Now, 4 years later bought a second puppy from this same store very healthy. Both chihuahua,d are happy and healthy all these years. Owner very friendly and knowledgeable. Always available to take my calls and answer any questions. Highly recommend. They had their first litter and puppy is healthy after 3 years. Now my dogs are grandparents to healthy chihuahua puppies. Thank you Alina very happy with my babies.

The groomer Aarol is exceptional; I’ve been to many different groomers before but once I went to Biyu there was no comparison to anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and treats pets like his own, and always remembers them which is nice. You can definitely trust your furry friend here. I’ve actually visited Biyu twice since I left Miami because of their exceptional service and attention to detail. It’s honestly like a family. The owner Alina is super kind and very accommodating/understanding with busy schedules, and will work with you to get your pet in as soon as possible. I can’t say anything bad about this place. Most important of all, the grooming techniques are top notch! You won’t regret it!

We got our pug puppy from Biyu in April and he has been a wonderful new addition to our family. He has been very healthy with a great temperament. We got him at a fair price and everyone we dealt with through Biyu was very helpful. It was worth the long drive!

The most amazing experience i ever had buying a puppy george was incredible and they really love and handle their puppies with their hearts. I would highly recommend anybody who wants to buy a puppy to buy it from biyu puppies and grooming!They are the best

They need to change their hours on here. It says they are open until 7 and it's not even 6 yet and lo and behold the place is shut down.

Did a good job on the dog cut but I had to bathe the dog at home cause they sprayed him with so much perfume I could not have him near me. The odor is so strong my dog still stinks 😞.

Llevo 5 años usando de los servicios de este lugar, tengo 2 mascotas y nunca he tenido ninguna queja de ellos,siempre que recojo a mis perritas me voy más que satisfecha, a veces he llamado de última hora para el grooming y siempre buscan un espacio nunca he recibido un no,he tenido el placer de que cuando llamo me contesta el dueño o su esposa y han sido muy amables siempre.súper recomiendo este lugar.

Where do i start, this place is HORRENDOUS they have the worst costumer service. The staff is so beyond rude. And it’s not the cleanest establishment i’ve been to.They burnt my dog with the clippers they used.Now my dog is in a lot of pain when it could’ve been avoided by doing there job right. I really don’t recommend bringing your pet here.En donde empiezo, este lugar he horrible y tienen el peor servicio al cliente. El dueño es pésimo. El lugar no es el más limpio.Ahora mi mascota está quemando y en mucho irritaciones. En verdad no recomiendo que traiga su mascota a este lugar.
