The staff are helpful once you get their attention. The place could be organized a little better. But they do take care of the animals and are kind when we bring in our dogs.

I got my first baby love bird from there! They were very helpful and explained to me everything I needed to know about how to raise a happy and healthy bird. Definitely recommend their store for anybody who loves birds :) They have everything you need.

The best pet shop EVER, The owner is awesome his wife and him are the sweetest people ever super nice and helps you with anything that you when you buy a bird from them, the animals are healthy I bought 2 birds and all are great, the owner gives good quality food for his animals, and the prices are great for the accessories.Happy customer

I own love bird since child hood. The birds here seem to be overheated, unhealthy, and stress out. The store has no a/c and its dirty. Beware buying here. You been Warned!!

Although this place is kept really clean I would go somewhere else for my next pet bird. I have years of experience with parrots and think of them as more than just pets. Recently i have bought two lovebirds and both have died within less than 8 months. The first lovebird died of respiratory problems and the second lovebird from Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease virus, a contageous virus attained from contact from infected birds or from the mother during hatching that causes abnormal beak growth and loss of feathers. I welcome you to Google pictures. To the owners of the petshops I want to advice you choose a different breeder to get your birds from. I can't expect much from Hialeah but you should always put your animals first. Never going back you wasted my time and money (vet bills were not cheap) and most importantly you sold me a sick animal TWICE!
