Picked up my prescription 5/16/24 around 2:15 p.m.Although it was not too busy, both of the employees working the line at the counter were fast, efficient and courteous. Way better than the nightmare one on Lecanto.And; Thank You for the smiles, I left the store feeling better and in a good mood.

Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.

Went to Walgreens a day before Thanksgiving but couldn’t get my prescription because pharmacist is floating and I haft to wait until Friday for my Ventolin. If I have an asthma attack I’m screwed. Since I work for a major radio station I’m going to drag Walgreens down on the air tomorrow morning.

The pharmacy is a nightmare. Half the time they don't answer the phone, when they do, you're on hold up to a half hour. I've been hung up on twice over the past month. One time they answered the phone and I could hear that they actually just put the phone on the counter without even placing me on hold or speaking to me.I called to have a script from publix transferred, it took a week to get filled. Once they didn't even bother to see if they had my meds because it SOUNDED like another medication that they are out of right now.If this place wasn't a corporation, there's no way they'd still be in business.

Very fast and efficient and courteous service. Plus very satisfied with pharmacy hours got extended . They no longer close at 7:00 Pm anymore . Makes my life alot easier to manage picking up my prescriptions. Thank u Walgreens for your all around services .

I came to this store to get some photos developed from photo dept. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Joel. He was so pleasant and helpful the entire time. He definitely went above and beyond. Made my experience so enjoyable. Its hard to find people so helpful as he. I hope he gets recognized by management & I feel he is an asset to your company!!! Great job whoever hired him*** Update with a beautiful evening sky!!

Great customer service, awesome employees, clean store, well stocked and very organized. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking is close to front door. Handicap ramps are conveniently located next to handicap parking spaces. The pharmacy can get busy at times, which can be a bit of a headache when you're in a hurry. Pharmacy Manager Bret is just wonderful! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain prescriptions and offers exceptional service with even over the counter items. Bev in cosmetics is super nice and helpful. She will take time to find the right products that will work best for you. She let's you know if there are deals or coupons on products and will even give you a coupon if she has one. She will explain benefits of different products and will show you products that she recommends for your specific needs. This has to be my favorite Walgreens. Exceptional service and an absolute shopping pleasure. I will continue to shop and fill my prescriptions here. Fabulous store!

Have used and loved this pharmacy for the past 10 years up until now. Had the rudest pharmacist, and uninformed staff ever, just trying to get some help on a prescription needed that they were out of. The pharmacist even hung up on me, as I was trying to explain. Having to now get from another Walgreen's was a nightmare. Told Walgreens can't help-on my own to call around. Seriously????? Given incorrect information from them 3 times, -just a total disaster. Medication is at a larger Walgreens's-but no help at all with knowing how to transfer this script over to them. I wonder what would happen if someone desperately needed this medication.

Review for the pharmacy. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy I understand shortages but got hung up on twice when checking why a prescription was taking so long. The call center is no help either. You’re waiting on line for what feels like forever and if you try to by pass the drive through and go inside it’s no better. The wait times are horrible the staff isn’t much help with communicating with doctors offices.

Ive had some problems there, but the male pharmacist with dark hair there ALWAYS makes it better and always makes me feel like it is a family pharmacy. The ONLY chain pharmacy and pharmacist that remembers my first and last name. I am sorry I dont know his, I would love to give him the recognition he deserves

New pharmacy tech by the name of Christian. The girl was very unhappy with her job and displaced her feelings upon me as a customer. She is new and I have never seen her before been doing business with Walgreens for all of my prescriptions she never smiled not once and was very defensive almost to the point of being angry for me presenting my prescription to her from my doctor. You need to get this girl and check or it is going to cost you customers she has no customer service skills whatsoever

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I shop at the photo department here often with no issue. I went today to pick up a poster for a funeral. After some technical difficulties the poster came out beautifully, but the backs to prop up the poster were nowhere to be found. I was offered another product that would fit my needs better and it came out just as gorgeous! The whole time every employee I came in contact with was polite and more than understanding. So thankful to still see places of business that value their customers. Special thank you to Haley and Melissa! I will never purchase photo products from any other store.

Lady at the pharmacy kept cutting me off and talking over me, insisting on their "rules" which didn't fit my case- she refused to listen and when I asked her to please let me finish what I was trying to say, she called me RUDE and hung up on me. I'm sick and disabled and NO ONE trying to get help at a pharmacy should be treated like this. I talked with the head of pharmacy, Tuan, and he explained everything to me in a friendly manner- Now WHY couldn't that arrogant lady be as helpful?

I just touched the review rating stars...it put 2 stars on, I would NOT give the pharmacy even that... I am in pain from an automobile accident. I called & called about the pain script after my husband took it in. I did the recorded thing (check back in an hour, check back in an hour, etc-REALLY!!!) Then pharmacy closed. In the last year we have had nothing but delays, & excuses from the pharmacy. I guess the manager is Next to talk to. We have tried that too...out to lunch or out else where. I would like some answers. M~~

Everytime I call I’m out on hold, then I get hung up on! I’m literally trying to find a place that has my sons prescription available to that I can get it filled, I’ve tried Walmart and CVS. I tried to just call but twice I was put on hold and call was disconnected

Apparently the social distancing rules change at this location. or that cashier with NY accent has her own rules .idk..if you walk up onto the carpet area which is way further than 6 feet back the cashier will scream at you...but today now I let people walk up from just coming in the store . While there were customers at the register and she said nothing.then 2 of us in line . And another person cuts around us .she doesn't dream at him and let's him stand next to the other customers.

please be careful. A Pharmacist at this location made two mistakes with a vaccine they gave me, then made a mistake writing down when I needed the following vaccines. If they are making mistakes putting vaccines in to my body, what else are they messing up on?

Overall great store, but when it comes to some of the associates that’s not the case… one that comes to mind is Rachel , she does not need to be anywhere in customer service with that attitude. Will be coming back but hoping for a better experience.

Tried for three days to get a appointment for a covid test. Finally get the email to be able to get the test done but have to wait two days to get it. Half an hour before my appointment they call and cancel my appointment.
