The manager needs to get a personality. He accused me of driving over a pallet of dirt. I think I would have felt the impact if I had done it. The cashier and the young man who loaded my purchase were very professional and kind.. The Beverly Hills Ace is a much nicer store and they care about their customers. No more trips to Hernando Ace.

Ace is my #1 choice for getting tools, nuts, bolts, nails. Anything to do with home life. The staff are helpful, they know what they are talking about. If I need anything and Ace doesn't have it in stock, I order online. If I need a 3/8 left thread hex nut, I know Ace will have it and the quantity I need. First choice, Ace Hardware.

They have just about anything needed to keep the home front operational. It would be nice if they were open a bit later to accommodate those who work a 9to5 job and need to pick up an item or 2 .

Sounds hard to believe, but I was cussed at and kicked out of the store for doing literally nothing wrong.I had spoken to a sales associate and described the item I was looking for several times til he needed to ask the owner about it. Neither knew of this product, and both suggested something that wouldn't work. (I'll add that it was not their fault to not stock the item, not a particularly common thing)After the owner insisted the item they had would work, I quietly turned away toward the exit. Before I reached the door, the owner called out that I was an ***hole and needed to leave. I asked him to repeat it in case I misunderstood. He then kept telling me my new title and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I tried to remind him I was a regular customer whom the employees were familiar with, but he only continued.I have never met an owner so eager to dismiss customers, that it didn't even require adequate reason. Absolutely horrid man who doesn't deserve the helpful staff he has under his rule.I wish there were negative stars.Disgusted-

Awesome friendly staff, i needed some machined screws for a wall mount tv and a very nice employee got us to the right area and we were out the door in a few minutes.

Another Ace hardware store where the people aren't all that friendly. They don't offer a military discount which tells me they don't appreciate my service. They had what I needed ok, but I can find it cheaper at other stores. Just stopped by Ace for the convenience. But I can go somewhere else if they don't want my business.

Convenient location makes this Ace Hardware a gem for doing things around the house. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, makes for a pleasant experience. I frequent this location for basic home repairs, upgrades, quick trips and gardening. Overall, a wonderful experience each time I visit. I will always shop this Ace and highly recommend it.

This is one of the few Ace Hardware stores that has a mechanic that will work on small engine machines. He is reasonable, and gets my weedeater and chainsaws serviced and running at the start of the growing season. Great service and friendly personnel.

We’ve been to this store twice and now we’re done. Whoever the man is who seems to be in charge is awful. I thought he just had a bad day the first time and told my husband about him. Today my husband went and had a similar experience. He’s so rude it’s laughable! How does this place stay in bisiness. You feel like you’re putting them out by just coming in. Well we won’t anymore! By Ace Hardware!

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever received in my life and it was from the owner of all people. Whatever you do, don't call about Uhaul. He acts as though you are inconveniencing his entire life to ask him any questions and if you ask him why he's being like that he will tell you he doesn't have time for this and he will hang up on you. Wish I could give it 0 stars!

I've read threw the reviews here and I must say I haven't had the same experience as many others have, maybe I get lucky and catch whoever's working on a good day?? Or maybe they're used to seeing me? I don't know. I can say that a lot of the employees look like they hate life though. Anyways, the store is a bit small but well taken care of, I can usually find what I'm looking for. If I have questions they're answered with as much knowledge as possible.

Went in looking for something to make repairs on a mirror stand.Went I went in ask Shelby the cashier if they had bolts she said yes.Then asked her if I could bring in the 3 wood pieces of frame, she said yes.I don't she realize how big.When I carried them in a man who works there Larry helped me with wood filler and I also needed black glue for bathroom black towel hanger.When I was done they helped me more than I thought I could be helped. Amazing staff! From the manager (owner?) to all the floor employees, they're polite, helpful, friendly, and patient. :)Best place around for hard to find hardware and other useful tools and knick knacks.Like most Aces, things are a bit pricey but I have gotten some really good deals from time to time.I've also rented a uhaul trailer from them a few times and they make it easier than it already is ^^

The worst customer service. Larry acts like he’s doing everyone a favor by being open. The place is old and the stuff has been sitting there a long time. I purchased a propane system it wouldn’t work he wouldn’t give me a refund I ended up at Lowe’s. Strongly not recommended and that is from a business owner.
