This place is awesome. Came to enjoy ice cream with some of the great grands. It is very kid friendly. The ice cream is delicious and the banana split was a work of art! May and Trent made us feel like welcome family the first time we went. We will be going back and I highly recommend you give it a try.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The ice cream is amazing. The owner made balloon dogs for my two grandchildren and cotton candy. They have an air hockey table and a basketball arcade game. On Saturdays, they have live music, and the guy playing was really talented. It's definitely a new hangout for us.

Ice cream is ice cream, but this place feels like home! Sometimes your taste buds transport you and this place takes me to summer days churning up ice cream in the heat and the sweet pleasure it fills you with. The coconut base of the acai bowl was simple and crisp, leaving me happy and full. I loved all the decor and the customer service is top notch!

My boys and I had a pleasant experience here. The staff's customer service is excellent. The boys enjoyed themselves playing games. The banana split was so good. There is something here for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely be back.

Love this place, so glad to live close enough to visit regularly. Very relaxed atmosphere with free games and cool movies on. The ice cream is fantastic but I love it most for a post gym protein smoothie. The owners are super nice and welcoming, great with my kid, but adult enough setting for me to stop in with no kids in tow. Nice addition to downtown Havana.

Five star is rare but this wonderful establishment has earned it. The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The shakes, teas, and acai bowls are phenomenal, including healthy low sugar options, and other specialized offerings based on specific dietary needs. The themed atmosphere is fun and inviting. We frequent Hero’s and Villans and LOVE IT!!! The atmosphere is amazing my kids love it and so do we. Trent, May and Lia are all super sweet and enjoy making your favorite treats. The boba teas are delicious and the banana splits are fabulous. So much to choose from. Highly recommend!! Kid tested mom approved

Went there to get a acai bowl, super yummy. The owners are very sweet people and although it’s small place it is very cozy! The owners May and Trenton are super nice people and the food is really good. Whether you are looking to fulfill a sweet tooth with some ice cream, or get something healthy such as a smoothie or açai bowl, give this place a try you won’t be sorry. 😊

This place was worth the short drive from Tallahassee to enjoy the amazing treats they have to offer. This cotton candy burrito was so fun and amazing who knew cotton candy and ice cream go together so well. We also got a scoop of strawberry cheesecake and chocolate moose tracks in cups but they have all sorts of vessels to choose from. This ice cream is indescribably delicious, like no other. Can't wait to go back and try something new!

So much variety of customizable sweet treats including acai bowls, protein shakes, ice cream, toppings, teas, boba, etc. As healthy or decadent as you want it. The dark chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream (pictured) is hands down the best ice cream ever made. The games are awesome for kiddos, and the owners are super friendly. Please stop by and check this place out!

I love the Marvel super hero theme throughout the shop! The service was excellent. May was very friendly, professional, and personable. Trent's floral arrangements really added just the right flare to bring the place alive. He and my wife exchanged ideas about how to care for the plants. I really appreciate their kindness and DELICIOUS!!! Ice cream!!

Came here on a whim and now I’m sure to be a returning customer!!!! Excited for there upcoming loyalty system!!!! So many toppings and a great atmosphere!!!!! We got a cotton candy burrito… mixed blue raspberry and strawberry cotton candy vanilla ice cream with two toppings (nerds and sour worms) most unexpected wonder combination of flavors!!!!!!

We've been in on two separate occasions. Both times the owners were there and absolutely amazing. The variety of cotton candy is pretty extensive. Call ahead and request your flavors before stopping in. It's quality cotton candy, not store bought. The two flavors of ice cream 🍦 I tried were delicious 😋. We adore this place and couldn't be happier that they are here.

This place is amazing! It was our first time visiting and we were immediately treated like family. Our daughter is really into Spider-Man right now and they gave her a Spider-Man figurine and sticker, her face lit up instantly! Ice cream is delicious and service is outstanding! This place is a treasure in Havana. We will be back. :-)

I've been visiting May and Trent since February of 2022. No matter what they serve, they do it with a positive attitude and the type of customer service you can expect from a family-owned business doing what they love to do. May remembers what foods I am allergic to and cannot have, and makes sure I can still get exactly what I have a taste for. They provide an upbeat, cool spot to chill and play games during these hot days. H&V is a great place to bring the whole family for an affordable sweet treat.

Brought my son in for the cotton candy burrito, we loved it! It was so big they kindly put half in the freezer for us to take when we left so it didn't melt while we were there. My son loved the games they had available to play with. Definitely need to make a trip to Havana soon.
