Stopped at this Circle K today for a bathroom break and a coffee. The bathrooms needed a little attention, but in their defense it was 7 o’clock in the morning and they were super busy. There were a lot of vendors trying to drop off merchandise and the checkout lines were long. The checkout clerks were quick to check people out. The coffee was hot and good.

I stopped here twice a day at least six days a week. I get my Red Bulls in the morning and I get a fountain drink on the way home. Store is always usually very clean and the employees are usually nice with a smile. I just have one small inconvenience as the drink Coolers are usually not stocked as of lately doesn’t mean they don’t have your drink. You just have to go through the beer cooler into the other drink cooler to find them. I continue to come because the employees gives the store, the small town field that it truly is sometimes life is so fast we overlook the small things in life like your neighborhood store, where you see all the families of the area coming to satisfy their simple pleasures.,

On 4-9-2024 I went into the circle k in Hastings fl like I do often. I went to buy some lottery tickets, the cashier Julie Sherr asked me did I have a I.D , I told her in the car. Once I returned from the car with my I D I watched as she started to help a customer. He had 3 boxes of cigarettes, when she notice I was looking she pulled me to another register and continues to complete my order. I asked her did she still need my I.D? She then said yes, I said well you did not ask him for his I.D. she said "Who Him?, I knew he for a long time from my old store" I then told her it doesn't matter and rules are rules. She then told me" I have worked for circle k for over 20 years so not tell me how to do my job ". I told her I was not telling you how to do your job, I was telling you to give everyone the same rules regardless.. I live in this town, go to this store numerous times a day. Never once seen this lady.. This is not customer service at all.

this circle k is actually one of the better ones in florida, it has a great atmosphere, and the employees are very nice to me, also it has one of the best little caesars places i've ever been to, it's almost better than domino's! (i said ALMOST) overall, not a bad circle k, though it does have a few problems

The only positive note for this stop was the pumps worked.The restrooms were thoroughly disgusting. Thank goodness the soap dispenser wasn’t empty. Never again will we stop at this location.

Urinal out of order over flowing onto the floor. Empty beer bottles on the floor of the restroom. Cashier standing behind the self checkout machines to avoid checking out customers. Doesn't even have the common courtesy to look up from his phone to acknowledge your presence. All I needed was gas and a restroom break and this place can't even get that right.

If you have to keep receipts for gas, some of the pumps will not give you a receipts and you have to go inside. The upside app. always has this Circle K with a 12 to 13 cent cash back.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour location, I'm trying to get to work and need gas and don't have enough money to use my card as credit for it.And now have to sit here till 5 am being late for work until they decide to take the note off the door ,Im supposed to open a restaurant at 6 am and need time to prepare the food .This is costing me and getting me in trouble at work ,If y'all are not going to be 24 hour then y'all need to let people know ahead of time.Because this goes way beyond inconvenient and unfortunately I don't have another store close enough or I would never return to this one .So upset

Absolutely horrible. They had three lines going no signs people were getting all confused because I had to step out of line and go to. Extreme chaos. No order at all. Tiffany is awful. Even when I was next in line and there were 2 lines, she caught attitude and made me wait and allowed someone in another line to get in front of me. She actually yelled at customers to get them to skip me. I am reaching out to corporate because as someone who has worked customer service for 10+ years, there was no reason and absolutely nothing out of the ordinary, that should have caused her to catch an attitude. Very very poor service.

It's almost like a One-Stop show but the only problem I don't understand about them two gas you never tried to get gas in this town if we're having a hurricane or threat of what no keep asking your car because you might get blown away by the hurricane because you were trying to get ⛽ gas

This whole place is under a star. If I could give it zero I would. Rude staff with zero work ethic. Simply do not care about customers. All I wanted was a simple coffee. I've tried off and on for months to get French vanilla cappuccino here and every time it's the same thing " water". I get the same excuse of " oh it must be out". Once or twice sure but every dang time before 8 in the morning? Yeah whatever, just to dang lazy to fill it. I've never ever seen it work, ever! I will drive the extra 10 mins to flying J or racetrac from now on, these idiots have lost my business at ALL stores. They can never keep anyone employed there, I'm sure that's a good sign of something going on....

Just came in here with my Lottery scratch offs when was $10 when was five guy only gave me $5 he stole my $10 rip my tickets up and put them in the trash can wouldn't give them back cuz he didn't want to dig in the trash can so he's a thief I do plan on calling the lottery place tomorrow morning and making the store run back to cameras apparently this is not anything new with his store to shame to have people like this working for them
