I don’t remember the other guy who helped me but he was also super nice and the cashier was as wellS it felt refreshing for once going into a business where everyone was friendly and helpful and actually felt like working

Well, I try to be as fair as I possibly can when I reviewing a store that does more business online than in a "brick & mortar" location. That being said my visits there were surprisingly good . Past few months I order online and just pick up there only because it is next to another store I frequent almost daily. The store is very clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and eager to help, however since only a couple employees work at a time you may feel rushed a bit. They do a great job with what I consider is out of their control....staffing. That is to be expected. They are very knowledgeable and polite. I give 4 stars because items that are popular will be out of stock. Yes I know they cannot stock everything online but they should stock the highest-rated and most popular items referred to online. I am sure they are aware of this but it's Petco and 5 stars just can't be achieved. Need to be realistic when I review. Overall friendly, super clean and great staff. Location is convenient and never too busy.

I normally shop at this Store every two weeks for the last year and I do a very large haul. Today I had the absolute pleasure of having Chloe at the register for my transaction. She was kind, helpful, attentive by making sure my discounts all came out properly. A truly lovely and by far the most positive experience I’ve had at this Petco. Thank you, Chloe!

No one seems to care about the animals in this store, employees are not very knowledgeable about fish. Told me a betta fish and a clown pleco which get huge I might add and need a minimum tank size of 55 gallons maybe even bigger, told me that the fish would be fine in a 30 gallon which is not the case. As well as they had dead fish and I let them know so their water parameters don’t tank, and guess what was the employees response? “He’s just sleeping” like what the heck? Permanently maybe. Really sad how this store is ran :/

🤮🤮🤮 Visited today at 5pm. ABSOLUTE TRASH customer service and pet care. The old crackhead lady with the glasses needs to go back to rehab and they need to update their website to "whatevers in the fridge" instead of listing things that are not at the store. Those poor reptiles are also at bare minimum humidity levels.It is so disrespectful for a near dead rehab failure to talk to customers with attitude. She seriously needs to get checked back into her rehab center before someone checks her into something else and get themselves in trouble. I will never even look in the direction of this disgusting place again. GARBAGE

Large assortment but my first visit at groomers was great then I shopped and no one was helpfulI order bull beef sticks on line I ordered 12 then they only had 1 after a couple of days I went to the store I picked up my one then I found 4 more the only helpful person was the manager

B**** story and have a lot of things employees are okay. You're in the Harley, ever seen one on the floor and then when you ask for help, it's like they don't want to help you. But overall some of them are nice and friendly.

Wow!!! This is a very nice and well kept pet store. So my husband and I decided to come in to see what animals they had available for adoption. They did have so many beautiful kittens and friendly cats available, no puppies to see, except the ones that were getting groomed by the grooming area. Since we were there, we decided to look at other possible options. We were so surprised how the other animals that were there were kept so neat and clean. Fish tanks seemed spotless, baby turtle tank, bird and rodent section was spotless as well. The store itself was very organized and perfectly stocked in every section that we walked by. Although we did not walk out with a pet today, we will definitely be coming back. By the way, if you like to dress your pet for Halloween, they had a lot of cute costumes near the entrance.

Always wanted a ferret when I was young. There illegal in nyc. So when my son wanted to get a hamster I suggested we get a ferret instead. Best decision ever, she truly fit in with our crazy lives & family. We love our baby girl Cali! Thanks Petco !

I went to ask the cashier with the name "Cristin" who spoke Spanish and English, if the grooming was still working her answer was "I don't know that's apart from the store, I don't have that information" .. I go to the grooming comes out a kind young man I asked him if he spoke Spanish he told me no, that he was going to call his partner who spoke Spanish (the same young woman in the box) comes in and I ask him I want to know if the grooming is still working and without asking the young man who only spoke English he told me no, that it was only by appointment. But when I was at the checkout he told me that he didn't handle the information 🏻 🏻.. the bad attention and bad treatment of this person's customer is so fatal, that I would prefer to travel longer by car to Aventura for another store

Recently filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau on behalf of this establishment, they failed to check the products on shelf which then later made my dog very sick. It is not my responsibility to check for expired dates I should feel safe with the product I’m buying from this location if your employees are that lazy to check the inventory I think you should hire better ones.

I went there today to buy food for my cat. First, I can say that the store is very clean and organized. I loved the animals in there. Everything was easy to find and of course, multiple choices. The have animal training and grooming as well. I was afraid that I forgot my card in the car, but SURPRISE... they had Apple Pay (lucky me). I am very satisfied with this store and probably this will be my first choice provider of cat food.

Tom is the groomer, love how my dog looks every time he gets groomed there. They do a great job, they do take a long time (4-5 hours) but my dog always looks great! Smells wonderful!
