Winn-Dixie has really listened to it's customers and given great deals to those who are savvy shoppers. Instead of point rewards they now have percentage off your entire purchase which equates to far more savings in the long run. I always had issues with my reward earnings in the past but since their recent change I haven't had to call customer service as much to get my rewards added to my account. Keep up the great work you guys deserve the accolades.

Trying to support local businesses like Winn Dixie but things like this makes me want to go elsewhere. Went in around 11:45am decided to get wings for Lunch, and as you see, it was nothing to get. Why Winn Dixie, Why? You know what time lunch is, so why not have your food section ready, instead employees sitting back talking. GO TO APOPKA AND LOOK AT THEIR FOOD AREA!

I went into Winn-Dixie to pick up an item and noticed it's more organized and has more fresh foods. Prices are still a little higher than Walmart, and they can't be compared to Publix.

This was my first time ever coming to this store and the location and my experience here wasn’t pleasant. Maria and an older woman working self checkout was very rude and impatient towards me and my guest. They were not willing to assist and spoke to me as if I was a child and they both acted as if they wanted me out of their faces. I asked questions about the rewards and one of the women answered harshly, which I didn’t appreciate. The customer behind me had better customer service than they did and explained everything to me politely. I will not be returning back to this location.

I don't know what is going on with the steaks lately but this is the 2nd time in last 3 months I purchased a family pack and am extremely disappointed. A 4 pack 1.5" T- bone had barely a scrap of fillet on it and the strip was grisslythen a 4 pack ny strp again tough to eat and fatty.

Visited during the Christmas weekend. Not as busy as I thought it would be. Everyone is so nice, I found all I needed and still received discounts. I'm not even a rewards member.

Great selection. Prices are on the higher side, but look for the sales. Clip the digital coupons and don't forget to pick up your free printed coupons at the front of the store. They also have terrific weekend sales.Earn points on every purchase and use them for money off savings on a future shopping trip.Their bakery is really good too!Their selection of quality produce is exceptional - always fresh!

The staff in here is always really sweet to my little girls, and they really make it feel like a neighborhood market. Winn-Dixie has affordable groceries compared to some of the other markets around.

Very nice store lots of products you cannot find anywhere else.The delicatessen had a really nice variety of hot ready to go foods. Today I picked up some shrimp and some fish that I will try later on today. Aunt Jan had to pick up some duck sauce for her egg rolls and they had that also.

Good on sale pricing of a few items but since redoing the store prices have jumped big time....some items on sale are now more expensive than regular price at Publix.

Love the store. The deli needs serious work. The food stays under the hot light and is dry on the top because they don't turn the food over. They don't stir up their salads ( chicken, tuna etc.) so it's also dry and rarely fresh. You have say " can you stir it up some" so you don't the dryness on the top. Just stir the stuff periodically and turn the light down on the other food so it won't dry out. Don't bring stuff out again the next day. It didn't sell because of it's appearance. Prepare the food fresh each day and maintain it responsibly.

They remodeled a few months ago, they have a good selection and rarely do i find that they are [out of something I'm looking for.The BOGOs are always helpful when trying to stock your pantry/refrigerator.The meat is very good quality and I really like the fresh produce.

I enjoy this store and we can find some good deals. Aldi just bought them unfortunately and I heard they will eventually convert all over. I hope they do not as Aldi doesn’t have the same variety.

It is a great remodeled store with a friendly staff. The selection is great after the remodel, and the place is really clean. The prices are better than Publix and Walmart on a lot of items. The only complaint I have is that the pharmacy has been closed when the hours say it should be open several times when I have been there. I know they probably have a good reasons but it still is an inconvenience for sure.

Worst Supermarket I ever been to! They sell bad seafood and charge high prices for like Snow crab I paid about $32.00 for that is frozen and when you thaw it out the clusters have big black areas that look disgusting and crab taste terrible unfit to eat! In the past I brought frozen Lobster claws also at about $32.00.that were all rubbery and dried out and not fit to eat back to the store.Everytime I returned bad food they gave me a hard time. I called their Corporate Customer service when the store said they did not want to take bad food back from me for credit. Today when I brought back the bad Snow Crab they said they did not want to take it back for credit. They said I return things there every week when actually I only have gone there about once a month. I video recorded how badly they treated me and when the seafood person came over said the crab was bad then he insulted me and said I must have left the crab out on my counter for it to go bad. When actually I thawed the crab out in the refrigerator for one day which should not make the crab go bad.Even though under this horrible treatment by many people at the store for simply wanting credit for the bad crab and remained calm they said they were calling the Police to throw me out of the store and do a no trespassing on me so I could not go back again without getting into legal trouble. They did give me credit for the crab when a Police officer came there. But they told the Police they wanted to still do a No trespassing on me!This chain of stores is almost out of Business and I can see why! Avoid this chain and go to a good honest store that treats you right like Publix.Winn-Dixie was in bankruptcy for a reason!Anthony Hucker is the CEO of Southeastern Grocers, which owns and operates Winn-Dixie said the following:"We’ve evolved on how we engage with our customers"Based on how horribly they treated me and poor quality of their food they will be headed back to bankruptcy again soon!I hope German grocery giant Aldi who will be taking over will fire all the nasty people at this store. But maybe the new company like how they are like Nazis at this store!

A staff member seemed cranky, and no one seems to know where the dental products are located. I asked 3 people - all just pointed and said that aisle. I looked 3 times. The first woman I asked seemed miserable and annoyed that I asked her a question. I had trouble finding someone so I asked someone in produce. Her response was I have no idea. They were all wrong about the location. I finally found it - in the opposite direction- near the diapers. Do better.

I've started shopping more often , here , at Wynn Dixie. Publix has gotten to be too expensive. The prices at WD are cheaper , but their product line needs an update. They still carry a lot of unhealthy , unnecessary food items. Things like Chef-Boy-Ardee and Franco American canned pastas! Are you serious!? That was garbage in the 80's! Someone in charge at WD , please wake up! I'll continue to do some shopping at WD , but I could do a lot more.
