Small parking lot. So many folks on scooters blocking the way. Employees blocking aisles while working. So many empty spaces on the shelves. Lots of rude folks shopping.

Made a huge online order for delivery. As is in most stores issues occur, here they love to compound the situation by disrespecting and being rude. If your order goes well, lucky you. Something goes wrong, good luck to you. Am suggesting if they must shop in Walmart, rather look for another store. This one is the bottom of the barrel

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Walmart. Staff seem more focused on fulfilling pick-up orders than assisting in-store customers. Constantly cutting people off, blocking aisles, and showing no acknowledgment towards customers. Unprofessional behavior with staff wearing ear pods and chatting on the phone. I'd rather endure a longer drive to another location than deal with the chaos here.

We used their grocery pickup service. We did not have to wait too long. So much better than fighting the big crowd. Received everything we ordered except one item they did not have and I didn't have a substitute for it. Saves you so much time. We love this service. Pleasant transaction.

I go to there to get my 5 gallon oil at a good price you cannot beat!!! Definitely a savings!!!It’s a very crowded Walmart always just make sure you are not in a rush. Parking lot is full at most of the time..

Usually this Walmart is one of the best in the area. But when I needed a tire no one I mean no one was picking up. And when they finally did. They put me on hold and never came back. I said ##** it and went to the automotive department. They said 3.5 hours but I was out in 1.5 hrs. I would have appreciated better customer service but it worked out in the end.

With the hundreds of employees this store has, they have poor team leadership when it comes to answering the phone. I get tired of hearing a phone ring over and over to never be answered by a human at the department I’m calling. The simple fix, pick up the phone and put the customer on hold until you are able to attend them, treat the future customer as you would like to be treated yourself if you were the customer. For this I blame the management they have no integrity. Go in person and call to see if the phone rings, it won’t because they’ve either silenced it, or are so bold as to ignore it and let it ring continuously, right in front of you.

DO NOT order curbside. You will be waiting over an hour, almost 2 hours, to get your things. We waited almost 2 hours. The store was already closing if you can believe it. Even if you order one or two things, they will take forever. People are literally waiting in their trunks cause of how long the wait is. When we spoke to a manager, she said they are backed up, can't give you anything ahead of anyone even if you have to leave and can't wait that long and if you do go, they will cancel your order. Long story short, either be prepared to wait for a long time (turn the car off cause you're going to waste gas) or do not order curbside.

Nasty Customer service people at this location should be fired! They came up very short. Like the Wild Wild West in there! What Randy Newman was saying in his song. They were very unreasonable and embarrassingly stingy and Refused at this location wirh my receipt to give me credit for bad cookies. Ask to speak to Manager and Manager also refused then they called the Police on me with out any real cause. Would not give me any credit for my other reasonable returns either! The other Walmart store in Davenport Fl I then went to was very nice to me and gave me credit for same bad cookies and other reasonable returns.without any problems. Called Walmart Corporate customer service to report them and they are investigating this horrible service in their Ethics department. Go to the Davenport Fl location also on US 27 for much better nice customer service.

I feel like when they are so intrusive to check your receipt even though you have 50 cameras on you at all times is like accusing you of stealing. Even when an employee checks out all our stuff. Legally, you don't have to stop and let them rifle through your things.Store is always dirty too. People are rude. 3/4 don't speak English which is the dominant language in this country. Learn it. Use it. Learn how to speak with your customers who English isn't their second language.

What can one say about Walmart that hasn't already been said.We had an eclectic list of items we needed, and they had them all. Praise God ❣️The store was clean, which is really amazing considering there were 10,000 people in there.

90% of the time Walmart delivers everything to me. I haven't shopped inside for awhile and enjoyed browsing and shopping. I didn't have to wait in line to get my merchandise scanned! Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

Three Walmarts and still can not find an inflater for my air mattress that is USB chargable, lite weight and only was a couple pounds... Alas, I know where to get one online...Busy Sunday afternoon here, but self serve lines move pretty quickly.Overall, looks like a well-stocked store...

Bad customer’s service, I approach to manager name tag: Atashia (didn’t identify when I asked her name), I showed picture of self pay cash machine didn’t have bags, and floor was dirty (picture attached), and wet which can produce an accident, I asked if she can send someone to clean and fill up the storage for the plastic bags, and same stated “I’m short of staff…” in a very rude manner, I told her that is not an excuse, and she proceeded to leave very angry…Hopefully high management take a look more closely to their lead staff, and get some better training about how to properly address customers in at least a better polite, and educated manner

I go to this Walmart location bcoz I'm always in the Haines City area doing something. I live in Davenport. I wish we had one here. This location is always busy. The parking lot is always full and finding a parking space can be a challenge. It takes alot of patience and remembering kindness matters. At this Walmart, not everyone speaks fluent English, but they do try to be helpful. The shelves are usually full. An upside to all Walmart stores is they are the only grocery store that accepts our Food benefit card that we get from our Health insurance company.

Yeah, I just don't understand why tell me my pickup is ready if I have to wait hours for it to come out? I really don't understand the system. If it's busy maybe not let so many people schedule at the same time. Kinda makes the service pointless. When I normally shop inside the store is still crowded, just with workers shopping.

The general manager needs to be aware of the store. The employees will never let you talk to a manager. I have asked to talk to one several times on different occasions, and they always end up disappearing. I have even called the store self asked to talk to a manager even a general manager nothingthe employees are rude and the lines are always long and the merchandise is always on the floor and nasty. The product of the food is always a mess.

Not a safe store! An employee watched me get manhandled at the self checkout and did nothing. I was using the self checkout and a woman came out of nowhere and pushed me out of the way and started using the register I was on. Literally out of nowhere. I didn’t cut in line. I didn’t do anything. When I asked the employee to stop her and what was going on and the employee did nothing! The employee even went up to my register and helped the crazy lady with a mistake she made while ringing up her items on the register I was using. I’m standing 2 inches away from some crazy woman who just pushed me out of the way on a register and the Walmart employee helped her instead of telling her to go back in line. It was the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. Walmart you should be ashamed of yourselves and that employee should be fired. I complained to the service desk and I complained online. You allowed a me as a customer to be abused and did nothing. Shop anywhere else but don’t give Walmart your money.

They allow a guy to walk around with a dog and 2 snakes. The manager told me there was nothing she could do and could not care less about how I felt about the situation. Said "oh yeah. He's here all the time." Will never step foot in this store again.

The prices are reasonable and there are always discounted prices. Walmart is ' One Stop Shopping Store ' as most necessities are available there.They provide comfortable parking spaces.

We were having problems using a vanilla gift card we had bought at a Walmart in Texas for this trip to Florida. Card was continually denied at all locations on our trip. It looked like we had lost the $150 we had put on it. We came to this Walmart to see what could possibly done and the first employee we spoke with said that we had to contact company ourselves . Then up comes Michael, the “front end, front service manager. We can’t say enough of his professionalism, caring, and patience in helping us. He even called the card company himself several times before we got an actual person on the line. Long story short , Michael was able to work it out where we were able to buy a gift card online with the defective card and were able to recover the amount we had put on the defective card.Even if we had not been able to recover our funds , I still would have written this review because people like Michael are what we need more of in this world. The care and help Michael provided was truly incredible. Thank you Michael!!!

Da Vinci Nails.Omg. I have been in many very good salons them l try this one just to really see if it works.For my 😮 surprise. Best pedicure + masaje and it was a regular pedicure.My hand nails were perfect but the best of all was the price....Best on town.Don't miss the opportunity to go. You won't regret it.Please don't look my hands just my nails. I'm a senior.Lots of experience here!
