Honestly, should have read the reviews before I decided to use this pharmacy. They are by far the worst! You call, they hang up on you. If you need more staff, you should get more staff. I thought maybe I was just being impatient but when the same thing happens to you over and over again, you eventually figure out that it isn't you. I understand that they are busy but so is everyone else and most of us don't have time to wait for you to pick up the phone or sit in the drive through for an hour. And I am not kidding about the hour thing.

I tried to call the pharmacist twice today in the Haines city Walgreens, and could not get through. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, the pharmacy just hung up on me. I called later to find out about a medication because they gave me the wrong dose. Again I was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. If Walgreens cannot afford to hire someone to answer the phone, they might as well just lock the doors now and give up. My medication are $50-$60,000 a year and yet they can’t hire anyone to answer the phone . This is my last day with them. Amazon pharmacy is just too easy, very simple to use, and like y’all Amazon products comes quickly.. Years ago my boyfriend and I saw drug dealers in the parking lot more than once and told the manager. They still haven’t cleaned up the outside of that building . Just stay away.

I called to check on a prescription insurance issue before driving there. I was on hold for 42 minutes and that includes my time driving there. This is a service to people for medicine who need it. A lady kept picking up and saying “Walgreens, we’ll be with your shortly” .. for 42 minutes every time my call went through again. I’m a patient person but that needs to be fixed. Assign someone to that position or make it to where everyone is getting a fair amount a service. Yes, I’m aware things get busy but not everything can be fixed through the app or on an automated. Bad service

I'm going to have to let it out before I go to bed, today this is so upsetting to me. I took it upon myself 3 days ago that I wanted to do an amazing book with so many pictures in my phone. I wanted to make a nice coffee table book for my home. So I spent over an hour selecting all the wonderful pictures of the family, utilize my wonderful coupons from Walgreens came up with an amazing book with over 35 pictures for just over twenty five dollars. I was so excited when they sent me an email to come and pick up the book 2 days ago. Upon speaking to the cashier she let me know that the book was available, but the only problem they had is that the machine broke and two of the pictures were not able to be placed in the back two pages of the book, the book was so beautiful I said fine "forget it" she says no that's not the way we do things here. We will destroy the book, you go back online cancel the book and choose another Walgreens preferably the one in Davenport, where the machine is working and be able to redo the book all over again. I asked if she was crazy, I'm willing to pay for the book disregard the two pictures and let me go home, she explained again. No you cannot have the book!!! We cannot deduct the two pictures or pay for the two pictures, you have to go online and redo the order and because the machine is broken use the Davenport Walgreens location. I have no words I'm done. I'm going to bed let me grab a shot of tequila before I go.

When I first started using this pharmacy in 2016-2017 it was great. Friendly staff, there was never an issue with getting my prescriptions when needed. Within the last year all that has changed. I’ve been trying for over two weeks is to get a prescription filled. The order has been canceled saying the pharmacy couldn’t get approval from my doctor which was a lie because when I spoke with my doctor she said she was never contacted. Now that I’ve spoken to her and she said she had it sent over the pharmacy is still waiting on approval. Go somewhere else they clearly have no clue what they’re doing at this pharmacy anymore and don’t care about the employees or customers!

I was in the line for very long time and the lady she said for me to go another day and my medication is available for me pick up , another day another big line and very stressful my medication is not available , i was in the line for 35 minutes and just one person to help everybody. The lady said i am sorry its the manufacturing company fault, its never happened when i lived in Melbourne, i regret to move to Haines city.

The pharmacy is a disaster! Over 1 hour and a half for an antibiotic! That's insane! It's by far the worst experience at a pharmacy ever. 1st because of the insurance then because they have to count the pills, etc. bottom line, the worst part is that the lobby is full, over the phone they're not helping either, it's like a hot patato, where the hot potatoes are us, the customers, the ones in news of the pill.. A huge deal for 47 cents worth of prescription. It's like they're playing with all of us here. The pharmacy people are so incompetent at this branch. In person, and over the phone. And is not the first time, which is the worst part of all. Unbelievable. I would most certainly avoid this branch for future refills, because my patience has a limit, and 30 minutes on the phone plus over 1 hr and a half in person simultaneously, reached my limit patience wise... Crazy!

Their phone line never works or nobody picks up. It even has a message that there’s technical difficulties with their phone line - well this has been going on for years. People need to be able to check on prescriptions before driving all the way there just to be told that it’s not ready. The phones need to be fixed - why haven’t they been fixed?

My first experience here was horrible. They didnt have my medicine in stock and had to order it, then they didnt even order enough to fill my whole script, when I called to refill my remainder the new pharmacist wanted to get more information from the doctor. Im not using Walmart in Haines City for pharmacy ever again. (The only plus side was the woman pharmcist and 2 techs were very kind and helpful).

corporate managers for this location are scum. at any given day when i pop in for medicine theres only 2 people on call and 8 people in line plus another 6 in drive thru.skeleton crews are not supposed to be a life style choice. fire whoever is forcing the crew to run this way and bring in more staff

Prescriptions are being filled by Orlando now, if their service wasn’t bad enough before. I can never get medication in timely manner. Basics are not even in stock like some generic antibiotics. It’s absolutely terrible and I am switching to Publix. Service is also leaving much to be desired, staff was rude and unprofessional yet again, implying that I should be grateful that they are filling my prescription here and NOT through Orlando micro pharmacy and waiting a week for delivery. If it’s in stock and they could fill it why should I be grateful, So confusing. Not a single person in line was able to get their prescription without an issue. Absolutely terrible. I will no longer be wasting my time.

Went to get passport photos today, was told by the young man I had to be wearing a black or navy colored shirt. Went to a store that was close and bought a black shirt. Came back and a woman was at the counter, told me the camera was broken and to go to another location. No apology. Don't go here.

Called three times to try and get my Rx transferred I was hung up on twice and the third time they literally answered the phone and didn’t say anything they continued to take care of the people in front of them no one said can you please hold nothing rude! Unprofessional and I will definitely not be transferring my Rx to this location.

This drive thru pharmacy is a joke long waiting times employees working like they don't wanna be there and when you go inside the line is worse. It's awesome how you sit in line for 30 minutes and no cars moving what's going on inside 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have used this pharmacy for many years. For the last year and a half the service has been horrible. Getting meds filled by ordering on the app was once easy, you order, they fill it, you pick it up. Now you order, it sits in some perpetual hold, you have to call them to find out what the hold up is and the people there at the "dispensing pharmacy" are rude on the phone. They place you on perpetual hold and then when they do answer it is short, abrupt, certainly not customer service oriented and they basically hang up on you without even a "thank you for calling". It's not like they are worse or better than CVS because they are both the same. I know you are busy but a little thanks or appreciation goes a long way. Why is the electronic system not working? It would prevent all these calls and I wouldn't have to hear the distain you have for answering the phone in my ear.

I have been waiting almost 4 days to get 4 prescriptions filled. I had eye surgery last Thursday and the pharmacy still does not have them filled correctly. One pharmacy tech was so awful and rude. She should not be dealing with the public. I’ve called at least 10 times to try to get the correct prescriptions. You are on hold for close to an hour each time you call. I will never use Walgreens for anything again.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life these people are just awful there just isn’t enough words to describe how awful these people are, horrible customer service, they lie and give you such a hard time with everything, honestly they shouldn’t have jobs period especially being responsible for people’s medication no these people should not be in charge of people’s medications they shouldn’t be working at all. Worst experience in my life but not just once every time I mean I tried giving them a second and third chance to take care of meds but NO OH NO worst mistake ever. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST !!!!! 👎🏻 👎🏻. THEY ARE ALSO VERY PREJUDICE AND RUDE.

Worst place to get help for your prescription. I waited to get my prescription. I was first in line. They skip me start giving service to others who was last. This was on a Tuesday around 820pm lady with brown hair and wears glasses serviced two cars in the drive thru then a third car I still didn't get my prescription

Honestly I used to love this pharmacy. What happened? You can’t get a real answer from a person. I’m a retired nurse and I totally understand how understaffed they are but I’d like to speak with a pharmacist once in awhile and please please have a human being call me back not that friggin Walgreens useless recording.Desperately researching a new pharmacy option and sadly.

Went on for my No Appointment Needed vaccine and the tech immediately said the Pharmacist was on lunch and it would be 30 minutes til he got back and then after that, once he got done doing something he would be able to get to us, so it may be an hour or more to wait. I pointed out the No Appointment Needed sign in front and she was unwavering in this response and basically told me, sorry.. that’s how it is. Mind you, it was 1:30pm so it wasn’t crowded or anything. Her customer service skills were severely lacking. Add to this, I had ordered an item online and when I tried to pick it up, the employee spoke very little English and had no idea what I wanted. I finally had to show her where the online orders were kept and there was my order. Lastly, my final purchase was a BOGO that I had tried to order online, they said it was out of stock.Of course the item was absolutely in stock, so I picked them up and the process of checking out was a pain. The kid behind the register just didn’t want to be there. I was trying to use a discount card, but all he kept saying is, “it don’t work.” In fact it finally did work and we got the transaction done, but the general attitude and overall lack of customer service at this location is astounding.
