On Saturday (2/24/2024) I went there like it's been customary for the past year and bought 8 chicks for 3.99 ea. The next day (Sunday) I placed them in a small cage but noticed a strange behavior in one of them. Late that same day I found him dead. The next day I found another one dead and another one wasn't looking good. I took them along with my receipt but they simply told me that once I took them out of the store it was my responsibility and then I told them that their responsibility is to sell healthy animals. I was very disappointed of their unfair reaction and they simply lost a regular customer. They should check their policies and treat their customer better. I do not recommend this place to nobody. P.D. the photo shows another one that is dying, so pitiful !

We have three pets, a sheep, a Labradoodle, and a Chihuahua. We goes to tractor supply in Haines City for all their needs. This store have everything that you can imagine, especially for animal services and farm life, etc.. the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful but the best person I dealt with is the manager Joseph. He went back and beyond to help me. I was surprisingly amazed by his services because he went beyond my expectation. I always shopped at this store and will continue to do so, I highly recommend store #514.

Went to Look for soothing spray and shampoo for "Kid" our dog.Went in to find Wildlife Milk Formula and bottles for Possums, waiting for Call from Wildlife Rescue...then, came back for Dog Food, andL👀k for Electric Flea Comb...💳 No Flea Comb.Chick's in, "Americanas" Our Pick x3, 2020...I was Unable to Donate to "STOP BULLYING"🙁🤲🏼...Bonnie called back about Possums. I took them to St. Charles Emergency Vet. "GOD'S HELPING HANDS" accepts Donations for their Wildlife Rescue. ✝️🙏🏽🕊💕 In case you find orphaned animals, call someone. The guy who said he "could get them for $180"; was not the HELP I needed ...I was not going to leave the babies on the asphalt. And, I did have my Rabies shot...Seven squirming, bald, "blind" Possums made it to St. Charles Veterinarian appearing healthy & unharmed.Thank GOD, Thank You JESUS ✝️🙏🏽💕Short Story Looong...Thank You Bonnie.💕Thank You St. Charles Veterinarian.💕

I never thought I would ever go into a Tractor Supply Store but I am very glad I did. Not only do they carry the brand of dog and cat food I feed my pets but their prices are much lower than at any pet store in the area. This is not to mention the other variety of items they carry. While I have not purchased anything major here in addition to the pet food I do walk around this location most times I go and the selection is wide, the prices are great, and it is always clean and organized.

Went to get some propane today, while I was looking around the store I found this hitch coupler lock.This is fairly heavy duty compared to the other ones that I've looked at.I may have to go back and pick this up for my travel trailer.

I didn’t even want to give one star to this place. Went today, asked for help from three ladies standing at the registers, Spanish lady said “what do you need” so I told her and she said well hold on. Never came to the aisle I was on waiting for help. After 20 minutes I walked out not buying anything. Will stick to Dundee Feed from now on.

Pretty good place for specific out door and farming need cane to look around because I'm planning on building a chicken coop for my daughter and wanted to see what they had per say and what do you no they even stock chick's as well as pens and other things can't believe it

Walked around looking for help. Could not find any. I told the cashier I wanted to buy a zero turn mower. She called someone. Waited a half hour. No one came. Before I left, I went to use the bathroom. It was dirty with standing water on the floor. I do not recommend this place.

Bigger than other Tractor Supply stores I've been to. Three pine pellets are outside aaaaall the way RIGHT next to the Big Lots. We could not find them. Thankfully we asked and the guy was very helpful. The woman who rang us up was nice, too.

Decided to try their dog wash today since I had seen so much advertising in their store. How was it? Absolutely disgusting. Floor and sinks were filthy. Was unable to regulate the water temperature as it constantly fluctuated. The drain was all but plugged and began filling with water. There were few towels and those available were worn out. The hair dryer was without any heat. I needed to get my dog home to get him dry but will be going back to speak with the store manager. I expected a lot more from them. Be better, TSC!

Daughter and wife just picked up 6 pullets Wednesday evening. Thursday morning one had passed. I got back from a business trip Friday night and they had let me know. Saturday morning I called and spoke with a manager I didn't get a name, and asked to exchange explaining that it had passed within 24 hours of purchasing. She said that there are no exchanges.i could understand had it been a week, two weeks later. But now the money I spend weekly for the dogs and the chickens and the bunnies and the cats go to rural king.

I love shopping at Tractor Supply. Their prices are great and they carry a lot of unique items you absolutely don't find anywhere else. They also have an amazing variety of items. All of their locations I've been to are clean, the workers are very knowledgeable and courteous. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Their credit card gives wonderful rewards and I love how you can use more than one at a time.

Went here like 6 times and unless I'm desperate I will not go back again.Each time I could not find what I was looking for, could not find floor clerks to point me in the right direction.I have spent 30 minutes several times just walking around isle to isle looking for items just to come up with the assumption they must not carry the item at this store... even the young cashier in front was not friendly or helpful.Basically was like I'm the cashier so I don't know where anything is it's not my job...So unless you know exactly where you are going for an item and they haven't moved it or put it back in the stock room area... you might just find it.It seems that this particular store is trying to be more of a boutique store with the facade that it is a farm supply... even the prices are boutique level and I don't believe the local farmers rely on Tractor Supply.

Called about propane refill and they were out. Called a few days later and was told they got propane in and I could bring in my tank to refill. Went in today (Called yesterday), lady at the registers told me they don't refill tanks and to go to pilot, which I will from now on.

Went to refill a propane tank and was told to wait for 5 minutes so we waited. Asked again and we're told to 5 minutes, so we waited. An employee didn't come out till much later. He came up complaining and being rude. Saying that he told us to wait five minutes and that he was busy. We told him we had waited and had we been told that he was busy we would have waited longer. He then proceeds to say that well if you don't like it then just go to Pilot.

Went in to buy a new lawn mower. The first lady we spoke with said the only one in the store was the display. But the gentleman she called to take it off the raised shelf for us said he could get us one out of the back that was still in a box, which he did. He also matched a competitor price with out question. We paid for our purchase and off we went. I do like this store and for the most part and it's staff. They are usually very helpful, friendly, and willing to check the stock room if you cannot find it on the sales floor. Generally a good experience. I do shop there often for pet supplies and their mobile vet clinic is top notch. Sometimes the pricing can be a bit high, but when things go on sale, they stay on sale sometime for two or three months which is very convenient. Overall it is a good place to shop.

We signed up for their club and each time we have shopped there we gave the phone number but after a year and a half, we never got any value from the "club". When we have asked for help finding something the employees roll their eyes and point vaguely and are no help at all. When I get emails they never have advertised items I want in stock in Haines City store. I have unsubscribed from their emails and we will not go back.

I stop here all the time to get pet treats and food. They have a great selection of pet supplies, especially for people who are looking for healthier options for their pets rather than just the big name brands. They often have live baby chicks and ducks too for people who want to raise their own and they're always cute to see! The store is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Compared to pet stores, I think the prices on their pet products are better, especially on certain healthy brands.

I like this store. Has great farmer stuff and hardwares but not much of variety. Some items are expensive but usually because of the good quality.The employees are helpful and the cashiers are friendly and nice! Always pleasure to shopping here.

Prices are so-so, BUT the service is excellent!! Jim knows his stuff and he exudes wisdom. Catey is very good in the register and knows how to keep customers moving. Everyone else is great too just don't know their names too recognize them.

This place is fun to shop in! They have an excellent selection of cat food, dog food, and other animal food. I only shop for cat stuff so I'm not sure about the other stuff. They also have general merchandise like boots, shirts, and random kitchy stuff like plastic animals and cheap tools. Weird but fun to browse! That's only half on the store. There's another half with lawn and garden stuff and a section in the back I've never walked through. The store is huge and sometimes has neat clearance items. I would recommend checking it out just to see all the interesting stuff they have.

We go here for everything. Jim is amazing he knows everything about farm animals to lawn equipment. Hes always ready to help and suggest the best products for our needs. We even have called ahead to make sure hes working if we need specific help. All the staff is great and we appreciate that special touch they give us.

Bill and team always helpful. We regularly purchase our chicken, chick and rabbit feeds and supplies here. Seasonal gardens supplies, tools, basics available For several years they have become a source of Christmas gifts. Wish they were closer than 15 miles away. But it is worth the drive.
