Great place to go get groceries since it's near a bunch of other stores and laundromats. However, this place looks pretty sad because how understaffed it can sometimes be and how dirty some areas can be. But there are some good stuff inside the store like fresh produce and gift cards. Overall, 3 stars.

Good prices, a lot of items in all categories , store was clean, cashier was pleasant. . Store needs a bit of love some paint to fresh things up. looking dated.. I'll increase to 5 stars if or when it gets painted.

Good value on grocery but bring your own empty bags to carry the food home.Shop early so you can take advantage of the weekly specials.If you wait, they are usually sold out before the add ends.

If I could give 0 stars I def would!! The manager on duty this morning was rude and had a negative attitude charged me almost 3$ for a small tub of butter that clearly was only 1.89 on sticker he refused to go do a price check wich is his job if rang up wrong price!! I'm done with this store until they hire ppl with good customer skills!

Prices are great but the service was bad. My visit was very messy and the line reached halfway through the store with only ONE LIME ONLY. I am disapointed that they only have 1-2 workers responsible for stocking, checking out and cleaning. Hire workers that will stay loyal to the store and not call off all the time and maybe you will have happy customers.

I come here because its close to my house.. Shelves are NEVER fully stocked, prices are wrong, and it seems like this store ALWAYS gets stuck with the bad selection of veggies and fruit. You will also find things in diffrent sections of the store (so go with time to walk the store because not all cereal, beans, etc are in the same spot) if they cared more about the customer the store would be organized, clean and STOCKED!

Horrible The manager Javier was very coldhearted and had the worst customer service I've seen in my 40yrs of life. He doesn't care about his customer's and he trains his associates the same way. He has a very bad attitude and walks away from you while you're talking to him. Also loses my receipt then telling me that I have it in my pocket which he found it back after he kept arguing and demanding that he doesn't have it and said that's my problem. You need to look at the camera because I'm in Management and alsonbeen a Supervisor before with over 20 plus yrs and I will never treat a customer the way I was treated today at Save alot. Even another customer jump in because she didn't like the way they were talking to me. Because I look very young for my age even though I'm 40yrs old they figure they talking to a kid. I love shopping at Save alot but because of this experience I will never shop again at your company. People like him down grades the entire company and staff. Even some of the employees said he always like that he has an attitude. Sad to say even the employees have a tuff time working there.

Is a very convenient small grocery store near us.. if I only want a few things it's easy to get in and out.. the staff are very helpful making great recommendations.. they're working together to provide a clean pleasant place to shop. Much better than the big box store and cheaper than the can't find it anywhere else store. Both farther away.

Save a lot Haines City, usually cleaner than other save a lots in area. Produce section is definitely better cared for, whoever is in charge of produce should be rewarded. Overall a decent well kept store.

Cashier was excellent. The store was easy to navigate. Just had a moldy smell. Super excited they sell generic 12 pack cans of diet dew!!! I recently moved from Ohio. I was always able to find it at Kroger. I've looked at Harvey's, Windixie and Walmart.

We have been shopping at this store for 3 years but after today we won't go back. The cashier was on her phone the whole time she was ringing us up. When we filled the conveyor as she was ringing us up she decided to switch carts and took the cart that still had our unrung up stuff in it. She rang the stuff in the cart up and began filling this cart. She actually told my son he could empty the other cart into this one. We didn't tell her to switch carts!!! Very unhappy experience today!!! Going back to Kissimmee store.

Some of their prices, you can save-a-lot. I still have to shop at Wal-mart for certain things. Usually Wal-Mary's milk is more than Save-a-lot but today, Save-A-Lot's was $2.99 compared to Wal-mart 's $2.49 😖. I bought Save-A-Lot's milk first due to going their first 😑.Another example the sugar free juice packets I can buy a box for a $1 at Wal-mart but at Save-A-Lot it's $1.19. Lik3 I said SOME of their items you can save-a-lot.

I recomend this store only for certain things lile cereals n canned vegetables other than that the meats looks bad most have freezer burns. And alot of the fresh vegetables n fruits are old.
