I cannot express just how helpful and freindly the staff is at this store. Angela helped my Mother in a situation to whereas, most wouldn't have any concern. She really revealed her gift for caring for people. And her employee Austin went above and beyond the normal! I'll be back!!!!

Either be all in on the hot food business or get out. I placed an order to feed 50 for a work function. They not only didn't have it ready at the scheduled time it was 45 minutes past the pick up time. I had a hungry crew waiting and they didn't seem to be concerned. Not very Publix like and after 9 years of coming to this location I'm done.

Members of staff are pleasant and helpful. The fruits and vegetables are beautifully displayed. The food on the menu whets one's appetite and tastes delicious. Wonderful place to shop.

Ordered a bunch off food from the deli on Instacart for a pool day and everything was so bland to the point I could not even taste the salt or pepper, the food was rather disgusting to be honest. Not surprising since I’ve gotten expired goods from this Publix store in numerous occasions to the point I don’t grocery shop here no more.

Publix is my #1 place to shop. People are very friendly and helpful. The stores are always immaculately clean and shelves are well stocked. The prices are a little higher than Walmart but the quality of their meats, produce, deli & bakery as well as the overall experience is well worth the extra you pay.

Would give five stars if their $5 sushi Wednesdays had spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls available. Not a big fan of only seeing California rolls as the only thing that's available after 3 p.m. Next time I'll post a photo of the lack of variety.

This Publix is okay they never seem to have wings ready when we go, there's always a 20-30min wait and their items are sometimes different from surrounding Publix we normally frequent. Service is good as Publix usually is but I never find everything I'm looking for at this one.

Good subs but their pre-order system is broken so don't bother.You will wait 45 minutes after the pick up time they set, and watch people walk up, order and walk away with their subs while your standing there like a dope!Much better off ordering at the counter!When you ask about the progress of your order 45 minutes after the set pick up time, the staff will give you attitude so just be prepared for that! Lol

Deli is awful. Don't bother ordering online for sub, they always forget 1 sub off the order, then you have to wait an additional 30mins for it. You can tell the employee are helpless and there isn't enough staffing. They tend to laugh when they see the line in front of them.I would avoid this location if I could.

I go to this Publix because it's smaller and they have everything I'm looking for. I only purchase organic products. They have them. It's not overcrowded like the bigger stores are.

The employee named Alexa has red ish hair really saved me from having to spend a lot of money because I was buying a good amount of things and she reminded me that everything I possessed was bogo, she really helped me out save money, so now I can spend the rest on beers and spend time with the guys and watch the game

Service at the delivery is always slow, waiting forever for anything. No matter what time you go, your waiting. Ran out of gluten free wraps and was told, sorry we are out. Um, excuse me...I have some in my cart. Aren't you a grocery store??

2 stars to the deli. I ordered on-line at 10:30am for a 12pm pickup. Want to disagree with me that I didn't order ahead. When I show you the order on my phone, then you say it never printed, but I see other orders in the case ordered after mine. Had to wait 20 minutes after 12pm to get my order. WHY ORDER AHEAD THEN? My coworker had the same problem last week. Get it together, deli.

AVOID THIS DELI!!! My wife went to get a sub,which is to replace a sub that was incorrect. So today she waits for 20 minutes and they never even made it, or had her order up. This took her entire lunch. Hey, I get that there won't be a rocket scientist behind the counter, but this is a new level of incompetence.And if they are this bad at taking orders and making subs correctly, do you really think that they go the extra mile to keep that area clean and handle the food correctly?I highly doubt it.I tried to call the Publix complaint line but all I got was a recording saying they're experiencing higher than normal call volume.

Never again. Bad store management. The store manager don’t care about the customers only how right the managers are never how right the customers are. They treat me like dirt. I am disabled and I can’t shop here. They never uphold Publix standards. It’s in and out. F off bye. Customer service desk sucks the Spanish lady manager is unprofessional service and ridiculous management. She laughs at you never helps you. She thinks every problem is mine or the customers never an employee or manager issue. Every aisle you walking on never anyone to help you. Nothing is in stock. Products are limited. If asked for help and I gotten attitudes snobby employees. Never want to do their jobs! When checking out Nathan is the only one person who is friendly. Says hi. It’s the Publix store from hell. Armpit of the company. I live a quarter mile from this store and never shop here. I drive 16-18 miles north on hwy 27 go to berry town center. Bc there is a man there named Jacob. In the meat dept. he helps me out. But the grocery dept sucks. Champions gate crossings is better than all 3. But I have not gotten a bad or amazing experience yet. Laughman store is rated 4.5 / 5.It’s ok and again same experience not good or bad. Just ok.

Needs a new parking lot. The setup and the paving. The prices are crazy. Just go to the store (not publix) a little further away on 27 and save yourself a lot of $$. I've personally seen 4 accidents at the light right in front. It's not publix's fault, but that parking lot setup contributes. I drive by her several times a month and only go in when I'm too lazy to go to the other store and only need 1 or 2 things.

Its always a pleasure shopping at publix, from the fresh made goodies at the bakery, fresh fried chicken, SWEET TEAAAAAAA, fresh cut & packaged meats.... they just need to bring their prices dowwwwnnnn but otherwise I highly recommend shopping here.

15 for a lb of fresh deli meatis wild and 13 for tomatoes. All I had was less then 20 item it was 100. I can get half of cart of groceries in aldi or Walmart not going here unless necessary. If you saving money would not recommend this store

This Publix I visited often is the closes one to me, Publix some how remind me one place on MA same Clean, Organize and even uniform colors, Nice.. Love it..!!

Everyone in this place is very kind. What I had an issue today on my trip, were unloading birthday platters and cakes into the car and I don't know if she was manager, dark hair Hispanic woman or supervisor that literally waited as we were unloading just watching . My purse keys all are still on the cart and she kept coming toward it as if she was going to grab it . Obviously we weren't ready so she backed off then attempted to get the cart again. I told her were still unloading and she just said it's ok and just stood there watching us. Like did she really need that 1 so bad. It was very uncomfortable and felt rushed over 1 cart. I felt like she watched us out and followed us to stand there.
