I came down with my dog Remi from Grand Rapids Michigan ,and she does not like people until she warms up to them , I warned them ahead of time and April feed her with no problem gave her pills no problem it is like she sensed no fear I was very happy also they let me come and visit , they had everything under control, I can't wait to go next year , I will use them again Thanks again Christopher

Good luck getting this place to answer your calls. It's ridiculous. You basically have to call the vet next door and force them to tell them to pick up the phone. The people who work at the pet resort are very sweet and always nice to us, but not answering the phone is a huge issue. I will gladly remove this review if they improve. Hire more people or keep a phone on you.

Our puppy loved staying here! Conveniently located right off the freeway, we got to visit here frequently which was nice! The ladies took great care of our puppy that we just got. When we go back to Florida in March we will have them watch our other puppy too! Highly recommend as they are attached to a vet clinic that is also awesome to work with :)

They are excellent with the animals and my pup enjoying going there when I have to go out of town and cannot take him. They take great care of him.

Good lady to work with there was no TV or radio for our cats to listen to Just Dead Silence day in and day out so we purchased a radio and brought it up there for the cats to listen to and they seem to calm down quite a bit we brought our own cat food but they were not fed so my daughter went and had to feed them everyday the bill was quite High even though we had to do the work

It was very clean. I can't use them because of their hours. They close for long lunch and then at 5:00 for the night. No one is there till morning.
