I went to Max's Ace Hardware because an Auto Parts store told my daughter that they have a big selection of screws and bolts. She went and got the hard to find bolt she needed and was satisfied. So I went myself there to see if there was a slim chance they had a bitty tiny screw that goes in an LED Headlight set I have and not able to use it . The manufacturer or LED distributor never responded to email. I meet Chuck a very nice Gentleman and He said he would give it a shot and after 5mins He tried one and it fit like a glove. We both were happy to get it. On my way to the register I found two good coffee mugs and then headed home and put on my LEDs back on my Jeep. Very welcoming staff over there.

My first place to explore over Lowe's or Home Depot. Depending upon what you're looking for I check with ACE first. Some departments ,of course , they don't carry. Small store, but well stocked, and knowledgeable friendly staff.

My family and I Have came to this location for years. My grandpa owned Cypress electric who came here religiously and I can keep understanding why every time I come in! They are always so helpful an have the answers unlike your big department store like Lowe’s and Home Depot. Thank you fellow named angel for the help with this bolts todayyyyy!!!

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me find what I needed but still will never give any Ace hardware more than 3 stars because they don't honor Craftsman lifetime warranties when they are supposed to.They lie about it everytime.

There are always plenty of people to help - you never have to go far - and most employees out in the store can do most anything and also know all of the products in the store!

I love not having to park or walk a football field to get in, around and out. And it's easy to get help when needed.Also they leave you be if just looking.😎

I choose here over Lowes/Home Depot for smaller specialty items, plumbing,electrical as they are more helpful and personable and organized. Their nut and bolt center is well stocked.

This place is great. Helpful, accomodating staff, never too busy to help you find the just right item. This is the polar opposite of the big box stores. The staff knows their business and they have a great variety of hardware and other merchandise. If you're old enough to remember when local shops operated this way, you'll love White's. If you're not that old, you're in for a treat.

Small hardware store tucked just off the main road. Friendly service. Didn't have quite what I needed, but with this virus mess I wasn't surprised. Cannot hold it against them. Did look around and they had lots.of nice things. Will return without hesitation should I need their services. But if you don't want to go to lowes or home depot, check this place out. Free parking. Just no lumber.
