I love this location everyone so helpful and believe it or not a lot of the employees are women . I love that for Lowe’s. A beautiful woman named Danielle found me over by the grills needing help. After going over a couple of the Blackstone griddles she helped me decide on the 22 inch culinary travel griddle . It’s perfect for the beach, camping, tailgating or a quick breakfast in the backyard. There wasn’t any on the floor so she quickly ran to the back and got me one. She also escorted me over to the wood filler and spray paint.. Thank you Danielle for being so helpful. You definitely make shopping at Lowe’s a pleasure .

I would like to thank Louis Angelica Alyssa and Jose most all .... for the time spent helping to sort out my address for delivery of Samsung washer and dryer units... these 4 know what customer service is... all very polite and professional... these 4 are assets to your store and should be considered for your management team...OMG... these 4 made this visit to Lowe's Haines City my best ever... this crew brought all their knowledge together to solve a problem... for 23 years this has been my Lowe's store.... for once let me say THANK YOU

I come to this Lowes very often in Haines City. No matter what time of day or night I come Brad the employee is the one who always help us when we come. He is very helpful and informative. He doesn't mind helping at all and it shows. I hope they give him the pay ➕️ raise he deserves. If I could give BRAD a 10 ⭐️ review I would. THANKS BRAD😊 for all you do.

On 4/11/2024 I went shopping for several items, including a 4-light black ceiling lamp and there I found a young man named Brandon Caballero, who assisted me on 2 occasions with humility, knowing where he works and the ease of expressing oneself because my first language is Spanish and he assisted me in Spanish with a lot of patience and education. Thank you Brandon.

They need to start checking customers out. Ridiculous to expect customers to do their job. 12 checkouts. Two employees working lumber checkouts. Four self checkouts WORKING. That leaves six not working. Close the door if you can't run a business.

I had to wait for the guy in the paint department to finish flirting with the girl who came in after me to get the sample of paint that I asked for, and it was sitting on the counter in front of him. I got the paint free though because I signed up for a rewards account, so that helped a little.

Thank you to Jake and Manny who took the time to listen to our needs in trying to find the perfect plants to teach our special needs children how to nurture & garden. It was almost as if they recognized each one of our children are their own unique plant and carefully selected the perfect ones. Their intentions to help guide our children achieve to care and have responsibility when it comes to caring for their own plant each day and build confidence of what their own labor will create will be greatly appreciated for their journey in such a rewarding way. Just wasted 45 minutes trying to get some plexiglass cut they had no one in the store that knew how to do it. Hardware manager attempted to but broke two pieces trying. The service at this store has gotten worse every time I have gone there. I am now done with Lowes will shop at Home Depot for now on.

No more Lowes anything. Called to check on an order, because the website sucks, and I couldn't log in, the person actually got pissed at me for asking questions. 4 miles from my house, and I'll never shop here again

About the same as any other Lowes in America.I have been in 20 StatesAnd nothing extraordinary here.Same... have to hunt for help.Get misdirected assistance and sometimes find someone who may take a minute to guide you in right direction...lol

Place an order for curbside pickup at 8 am and as of 4 pm they hadn’t even started the order yet. I needed the items today that’s why I did curbside pickup it was supposed to be ready at 11 am

Awesome customer service and help from Rolando today! We needed some tiles cut for our kitchen backsplash, and he was able to cut them in the store for us in a matter of minutes!! I was able to install them around the outlets and windows immediately when I got home in order to finish the project. Thank you!

Very confusing to find things, the logical place for things is not the system used here. Staff seemed confused on what things were, or where they were. The store was very busy.

We went to the Lowe’s Haines City and had excellent customer service. Becky was working in the front at customer service and helped us find what we were looking for. She walked the entire store and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She kept a smile and was extremely pleasant. Also, in the tool aisle Ray went out of his way to help us out to find the certain tools we were looking for and also alerted us that it was buy a tool and get another free. He actually saved us a lot of money which we were unaware of. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Out of all the lowes this one in Haines city is my favorite because of this one employee JOSE CHALAS at the Pro Services Desk! He goes above and beyond his position. He actually helps n doesnt just stand around like majority of the workers/ loaders there. Jose has super great customer service and is always welcoming to everyone who enters lowes. I always see him greeting customers and lending a hand. I appreciate Jose and his hard work alot! He makes sure you get in and out as quick as possible. I am a Regional Manager /Project Manager for MHP Operations in Florida so im always buying in bulk for my projects! If there is anyone that can get your order correct and is willing to help, Its definitely Jose Chalas! I would reccommend everyone to order through Jose! Keep up the great work Jose and I appreciate you always having a positive attitude unlike some of your fellow Co workers...... You deserve alot! God bless you!

This place has everything and more. The only problem is getting help when you needed in certain departments. For instance the plumbing department is very hard to get assistance. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get someone to help me out.

I had the best shopping experience ever today! I needed some very particular weird items, and got help from an unusually knowledgeable employee, Janet.I would probably have spent hours searching if she hadn't helped me. I have been to this Lowe's multiple times, and the quality of the help varies somewhat . But today was so good that I even had to write this review.She even tipped me about the pro accounts, and helped me with the registration process.
