Pet Resort for our pup. Excellent service. New to this, our dog was well cared for and loved. We are testing it out for a trip we will need to board him for. They didn’t charge a dime. Kelly was wonderful and is just so good with our over active dog. 🐾 Also our dogs vet.

They watched my dogs over the weekend. Everything was good my only issue is they do not allow you to pick up on Sundays and you have to be there before noon on Saturday if you're not you won't get your pet until Monday. I do find that odd but it wasn't a deal breaker I just won't use them for trips I get back on Sundays. The staff was friendly and dogs came back happy smelling good. I do wish they sent reports but not all dog boarding places do that.

Dr Wilkinson and his staff have cared for our pets for the last 14 years. They are kind and professional. I consider Dr. Wilkinson's level of care to be exceptional. I continue to drive almost 2 hours one way for Shelby's visits because he is the best!

Brought my senior cat in for her yearly checkup. The Dr was so compassionate about my cats arthritis. She showed she truly cared and was not just interested in money. This was my first time here and I will definitely continue to have my them care for my cat.

We love this place! The front staff is great and treat you like family even when they're swamped. We trust the vets and techs with our fur kids explicitly and would never go anywhere else. Dr Wilkinson takes time to explain all treatments and options and has great stories. He's gone the extra mile on a stray we found and looked for unusual options to treat her parasites that saved her life. He saw it as a challenge and we will be forever grateful. Highly recommend

I initially tried setting up an appt via the app (new pt) which they messaged me to call and set up, so I called and got our appointment set. A few days before the appt, I messaged in the app to add a nail trim, which they responded that we had no initial appointment, so then we rescheduled for another date.We got to the vet at our appt time. We gave the front desk our previous vet records so they could scan them. We waited about 20 minutes before getting called back, meanwhile two parties who walked in after us were seen first. The initial impression of the vet tech is that he seemed confused. He grabbed the nail clippers and we then requested nail grind, so the vet tech left the room (I assume to grab the grinder?) with the poop sample. Vet tech comes back and says he was not due for a fecal exam and asks if we want to go ahead and do it anyway or toss it. I thought he was due, but they said he wasn’t, so we said toss it. I was confused because our other vet did it yearly. The vet comes in and confirms that we were doing a wellness exam and a nail trim. I mentioned vaccines (as those are typically included in a wellness exam from my understanding and I mentioned he was due for vaccines in my initial phone call of setting up the appointment) and they said my dog was not due for any vaccines. I said he was and they asked for the papers again and left. So now a different vet tech comes in to confirm the vaccines that he is due for and says he is due for influenza, which he was not due for, because she wasn’t looking at the most recently dated paper. They also said he was due for the fecal exam after all and grabbed the sample out of the trash. I wish I hadn’t gone through with paying $40 for that test, when I can’t even be sure it was the correct fecal sample considering it was grabbed out of the trash and being confused as they were. The vet tried to draw blood and the vet tech was holding on to my dog really tight and my dog was just freaking out. I asked if they had peanut butter or treats, so the vet went to grab that while the tech held my dog on the table, instead of letting him down and giving him a break. My dog had no interest in peanut butter, which is unusual because he is insanely food driven. They tried to draw blood and vet tech just held him tighter and my dog was freaking out. I told them to stop and that we were done for the day as I didn’t want this experience to get any worse for my dog.I thought about calling it sooner, but wanted to give this place a chance considering the great reviews, which is questionable. I wish I had called it sooner, but glad I walked out before he got any vaccines. Too much confusion going on here. This was a super stressful experience for my dog and I.

This was my first time going to this vet. The clerks was very friendly and knowledgeable they answered all my questions. The Technician took all my information about my dog condition. He let me know that they cared Will was very theral. The Vet Dr Hendry exam my dog and listen to my concerns, he listen to me and did not rush me out and told me to call or come in if i had any problems. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!. We have 3 pets who receive their routine care here. We are very happy with the service we receive. Our cat recently needed to be dropped off for digestive problems. I was very appreciative of the opportunity to address the problem at HOFAH rather than having to go to the emergency vet. Dr Hendry went above and beyond to provide the care needed and follow up with me.

This is my story. My pet eye infection required emergency care. Being a Sunday, we rushed to an animal emergency hospital. The fancy vet hospital happened to be located inside a Petsmart store! $328 and no actual infection diagnostic. Winter allergy they stated. Monday we called our trusted vet services at Heart of Florida. They told me to bring my pet. I did. It took Dave our vet about 20 seconds while washing his hands to make an initial diagnostic call. Blepharitis! DAVE is such a great vet, he first placed a couple of eye drops to relax my chihuahua eye discomfort. Then a full detailed examination. He ordered me to suspend and throw away the WRONGLY prescribe meds. That's unbelievable. Then he prescribe two medication. Two days later We knew we were on track. 10 days later a visit. My dog was OK. Then one more week to end treatment. We love the staff, their rates and the professionalism of Dave. Guys, I sincerely recommend this animal caring organization

They were very carrying about my puppy and i... I thought my puppy was going to die from some type of disease and they found out it was only worms. It only toke 8 minutes for the results to come back. I felt that, they was very concern about sugar and me.. my visit was only 15 minutes altogether. Thanks staff for doing an awesome job.. If you're looking for a place to keep your animals healthy n happy, this is it.When our pups got parvo about 13 years ago everyone said they'd surely die from it, this place saved both our boys and one just passed away last year and the other is still kickin.
