🤣 Ivan threatened the staff and got banned. You can't do that to people. Store was doing well and now fallen apart a bit the staff is over worked and under paid horrible company. Half the stores have rats get no hrs to run the store and disrespected by upper management. Cheap items to sell and cheap people running it...Employees deserve alot more than what they get...employees have been injured on the job on camera bleeding and still forced to work. HR or the better bearu business needs to step up this is all disgusting will never shop at one again till they get it together over half the stores are rat infested and force employees to clean dead rats with no professional cleaning

Former employee here, went in almost a month after I quit. Stood in line, cash in hand to buy my item and was refused service, no reasons given. If there's any policy against former employees being customers I'd love to know, cuz' this strikes me as beyond petty considering they had already rung me up before just asking me to leave. I left peacefully, but this is humilliating

Went there today. Freezer was broken. Beeping like crazy. Everything in it was defrosted and melting. Been that way for hours. I would steer clear of any frozen goods from the place for a few days. Other then that. Great store with friendly staff. Who are always alert and ready to help.

Went on for some candy. A lot of products were out of stock. Probably have a truck coming tomorrow. Staff was friendly.

The only thing I find upsetting is that the employees will close the store before 10pm. I showed up at 920pm and the doors were already locked and they are standing inside ignoring the door. My mom needed to stop by and get something, we got here at 850, and the employees are standing at the door. If 10pm is not closing time then it should be reflected as such.

This family dollar in Haines city is so dirty! And they did not have a public restroom shame on them! Avoid this family dollar it one of the worst in Florida, I believe.
